Steak Caesar salad was good and we enjoyed the music! I also enjoy how you can make the perfect ratio of mimosas with different kinds of juices. However the service was a bit slow (had to ration the water lol) and it was not transparent that our bills had an auto gratuity/surcharge. I never have an issue with auto grat unless it is not disclosed somewhere on the menu or to me by the server. Maybe I couldn't read well and the endless mimosas were too good... haha but be sure to check printed receipts (we were cashed out at the computer with no printed tab).

This bar I've frequented MANY times has FINALLY been taken over by someone who fixed the menu. I have not had a better steak quesadilla than the one I had here. It was AMAZING! Service was polite and attentive. I was there for a party and I love what they have done with the patio. I will be back.

The burnt chicken we were served. I boxed it up to take a good picture because it was dark inside the establishment.

First time visiting. We found it googling on our way home and wanted a brunch vibe. The DJ was good and vibe was good. We wanted food and sat with a random guy at a booth. Our chicken tenders were burnt and when I asked for a refill of my drink. The server took my cup and random guy cup and brought us back our drinks unfortunately we both had coke. There was no way I was trusting the cups weren't switched mistakenly. The staff attention was was subpar.

Today I went to Elixir for lunch with two friends. I ordered the Chimichurri chicken sandwich. I asked the waitress for clarification on the menu since the sandwich said it came with a side salad and all sandwiches come with fries. She went to ask for clarification and said that was correct. When she brought out my check she charged me for a side salad although the menu said my meal comes with one. When I asked her for clarification again she said that the salad is separate because I got fries. Doesn't make sense at all. The sandwich was average and not worth the $24 I paid for the meal. I would recommend the owners fix your menu.

Elixir is always a good time! This is a brunch review* - It's hella loud that's for sure so if you want something intimate or to be able to actually have conversations, this isn't the brunch spot for you in my opinion BUT if you like to brunch while screaming over club music and having $15.99 bottomless mimosas - then yeah, that's the vibe!! LOVE the outdoor patio area - bartenders both inside and outside, good food, and bomb music. Super fun lively spot!

Great spot for Sunday Funday. Went with a group and it was a fun vibe. $14.00 bottomless mimosas. Food was decent. Server was a little slow but everyone's attitude made up for it. Plus they have a DJ. Good time.

On the Corner of Washington and Orange downtown there you will find a local bar that might look a little "sketchy" from the outside but if you dare to go inside, you will find a great place to eat. Came on a Friday for lunch. It's a bar with a bar menu. The courtyard is gorgeous, inside has exposed brick and dark decor with a rustic chic ambiance. Waitresses are pleasant and accommodating friendly and greeted us on entry. Unfortunately, they have a full bar with no happy hour specials and I found my drink to be lacking actual alcohol. I ordered the chicken strips, others in the party had the patty melt and the blackened Mahi sandwich. All were amazing! Like you wouldn't expect bar food to taste so good! The fries were perfection! Truly! We couldn't stop eating them. Everything was hot and served fresh, and didn't take very long to come out. Kudos to the chefs back there. It's worth noting, they do have brunch on Sundays and we will be back to try. Overall, fun atmosphere, plenty of tvs for sports, a full bar (not their selling point as I was disasstified with my drink) , pretty waitresses that expectedly cater to the male population, and great food what else do you really need?

I watched the Wilder vs Fury fight here on Saturday night. I have nothing but high praise across the board for Elixir and the staff. I got there early and secured a place at the bar. Let me backtrack. Even at the door, I was greeted cheerfully and given the rundown of what to expect on fight night. No cover charge. They could easily have charged a few dollars, but opted to make it free. There is plenty of parking in the area within short walking distance. The service was excellent. Even after the place filled up as the night progressed, there was no falloff in the quality and promptness of service. I ordered a chicken and tomato appetizer which was plentiful and delicious! The crowd was friendly. It was a great night.

Came in for dinner before a concert and we were a little suspicious with how empty and dark the restaurant seemed. Then we saw the patio! We moved out there and it was amazing. They had a live dj. The drinks were good the food was good the staff was friendly. Overall a surprise wonderful experience. By the time we left the inside was pretty busy too. The one downside on the inside is the booths are not built for fat people.

The guys at work picked this location. It was a small spot in the corner of Washington in Downtown Orlando. Went in and there were several folks at the bar while the quiet of the bar barely had a happy environment. Stood by a large table inside for at least 7 minutes before anyone bothered to come by even after I made eye contact with some of the bartenders. Oh okay. Finally one came over and asked whether I was waiting for folks - which I confirmed - and then she inquired whether I wanted to sit outside while I waited. I chose to wait inside and luckily, two from our party made it in. We chose a large table for 8 outside. Apparently some event was happening either that evening or the next day because there was some hardcore hammering stage like metal encasement in the area where the seats outside where. They were going at it for about 30 minutes. The wooden tables seemed to be damp and felt odd to touch but the seats were all dry so at least there was that. I got an Angry Orchard while the folks ordered wings (I tasted a single one which was decent) while others got a hamburger and other appetizer like meals. They all stated the food was very much bar food with no complaints. We spent a good two plus hours before we went elsewhere. The service was decent once it was determined we were going to be a small group.

Now, diving in, I've only had food from Red Panda Noodle - which I initially discovered during Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District. My first time having them, I fell immediately in love with their beef noodle option: Beef & Broccoli. It is flavorful and filling! The price points are standard (roughly $17.00 for the Beef & Broccoli). All other dishes are reasonably priced. As for A La Cart City as a place, it's centrally located off Orange Ave. There is PAID parking all around - sadly, unless you use the DTO promo code for a free two hours of parking, you will have to pay to park just about anywhere in Downtown Orlando. Parking is ample, but it can get pricey depending on when / where you park. There is ample seating downstairs and upstairs. It is service animal-friendly. They have a large screen for viewing sports or displaying any video (if you reserve the space for an event). The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. They have a decent (not super large, but decent nonetheless) beer and wine selection. Price points are comparable to the other A La Cart locations. The overall location is great in the sense that it's a great spot to start a "bar-hop" vibe and make your way down into the thick of DTO. All in all, I am a fan of all three A La Cart lcoations. Also, did I mention, it is a great little spot for events! So, definitely visit them if you have not already.

Recently I went for a lunch meeting in their upstairs space, the Summerlin Room ($75/hr rental with a 2 hr min). It was a lovely spot and fit our group of fifteen perfectly. I'll admit that I had been to the house once before to help with another event and the room wasn't set to the specifications agreed upon so we had to move and reset the chairs and tables right before the meeting. It's a great way for the little ones to explore and expend some energy while meeting & playing with other kiddos. Terra Play Center is located in Lake Nona, and while it's quite a drive from me, this is by far my favorite play center so far! You do need to book a reservation online in advance because the time slots do sell out everyday, and they do not accept walk-ins if they are at capacity. I love that you can book 2 hours for $20 which is a great deal and the perfect amount of play time. Entry includes up to 3 caregiver passes at no extra charge. Adults are required to wear socks at all times and kids must wear the grippy Terra Play Socks ($3.99). Once you purchase them the first time, you can continue to wear them for future visits. Upon walking in, I was amazed by the sheer size of the play area and it's beautiful unique design. My son was just in awe. They have so many little nooks to explore, including a dedicated area for crawlers which we really appreciated during our first visit as my son was not quite walking yet. It was also not overly crowded which was a relief. He loved the climbing blocks, swing, ball pits, and trampolines. I was most impressed by how clean and well maintained the facility was. You will see staff continuously cleaning and wiping down surfaces the entire time that you are there. I even watched them remove every single ball from the ball pit in between play sessions to wash & sanitize. I know that germs can be a big concern for many parents when it comes to these play places, but seeing this definitely gave me peace of mind. They also have a stunning cafe area to order coffee & snacks, as well as seating to either relax or get some work done (where you can still keep an eye on your kiddos while they play).
