A favorite. Coq au Vin, Steak au Poivre, Coquilles St Jacques... the French classics are all great here!

Good food....a bit slow of service but good food. Very pricy. Only 20 or so tables. I would go back.

Cute place to hangout at! You can get a gaming/boardgame pass to play from their huge selection of…read moregames. Very nostalgic, easy to access location, and friendly atmosphere. Food was tasty albiet a little bit on the pricier side! We got nachos. Only knocking off a star because I wish the place was a little bit more easy to navigate: the menus were scribbly and a challenge to read, there was no guidance on how to use the video games unless you asked (one of the games wouldn't start and for the other one we couldn't find the controllers!), and the board games weren't obviously organized by alphabet or anything! I would have appreciated that. As extremely casual board gamers, we spent a lot of time deciding which board games to pick and only ended up playing a couple of games! A lot of the games are very old (which was cool). I think what sells the place is it's vintage-y charm coupled with nostalgia :) would recommend to go at least once.

Good mix of video games and board games, it is a fun place to be! I went with my fiancé, so we…read moredidn't have the pick of the games (given it was only two of us), but we had some fun playing N64 and enjoying some drinks (note, that the ENT draught cocktail comes in a very small glass, in case you expect a full cocktail drink glass). They did also have a section to help you identify which games you could play with only two people which was super helpful. We didn't stay long because we had to get home, but enjoyed our time here. I would definitely go back to check out more of the stuff they have.

I stopped in looking for Portuguese tarts, the price is $1.50per tart so I picked up 6. The tart…read morecrust was not the best, I do prefer a slightly thicker and crispy crust; it may have gotten soft from sitting out all day? The custard is quite generous and sweeter than I prefer. It was my first time and very frankly I struggled ordering because none of the items had pricing so I felt I was disturbing someone to ask pricing of cannoli and tarts...would prefer pricing listed. Not even the website has pricing. Parking is pretty busy, it seems to be busy in waves and there are two entrances into the location. So drive in carefully.

Been hearing about their fantastic Tiramisu for a while and finally got the chance to try it out. I…read moredon't usually go to downtown Kitchener very often and this trip totally did not disappoint. Environment: The cafe is located a little bit west of the Charles Terminal, probably around 20mins walk, but the 7 bus stop is right in front of the store. I immediately saw the array of cakes and other bakery items upon walking in the door. The atmosphere at the bakery was great, suitable for sitting down and grabbing some coffee and treats with friends. There doesn't seem to be many students visiting due to the distance from schools, so it's more of a local favourite. Food: I got their signature Tiramisu, which was $3.10, pretty decent price in my opinion. My friend got the cheesecake which I believe was $3.50. The portions of the cakes were pretty big too. The Tiramisu definitely lived up to my expectation, and I especially loved how smooth and flavourful the mousse part was. Would definitely come back again for their Tiramisu and maybe next time I will try out their Portugese egg tarts as well!
