Marek was very understanding and worked with me to pick out some new tiles, demo the previous bad job and put up the new ones. He was really professional with the demo and kept the job real clean. This was important because I had just had new countertops put in. I'll definitely be calling Marek again.

NOT 1 THING! We had them paint 3 bedrooms when we moved into our home 4 years ago and just had them back this week to paint our entire main living space (kitchen/living room/foyer) plus 2 bathrooms, laundry room and our walk in pantry along with the hall connecting everything. They painted all walls, ceilings, baseboards, windows, trim, banister spindles, doors, and the shiplap wall We have in our entryway that flows down to our basement... all don't absolutely perfectly. They left my home spotless- probably cleaner than when they started. No messes or paint drips to clean up after. Not to mention the entire crew was very friendly, professional and clearly took great pride in their work. I love that they are a family business. They even changed lightbulbs in high fixtures for me that I could not reach with my own ladder! You will not regret hiring them!

The services delivered were absolutely awful…read more He seemed knowledgeable but did not deliver. The tile job was terrible. As you can see the grout lines are uneven and thick. He installed our flooring and it it is uneven. He installed a 100 pound barn door into the dry wall. My husband had to reinstal. We have never experienced anything like this. The tile grout has been bleeding for over a month. We were told by the contractor that is going to fix it that they would never suggest black grout in a shower or the type of grout Mark used.We have to have the tile redone and when we asked him for a refund to fix it he didn't respond. we were encouraged by the contractor fixing his mess to request the refund.

Initially, he was part of a team working under his boss, but it became clear that he was a true professional. When mistakes and issues from the original plan surfaced, Zach took it upon himself to address them, often going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. His attention to detail and ability to communicate solutions in a clear and respectful manner really stood out. After seeing his work ethic and skills, we decided to work with him directly to finish the job, including some custom design elements we hadn't initially planned for. The results speak for themselves--our bathroom is now a beautiful, functional space that perfectly suits our style. The tile work, fixtures, and overall craftsmanship are all excellent. The only reason for the four-star review is Zach's schedule was packed at the time of working with us so we'd have days where we thought he'd be coming but would reschedule late in the day to handle other projects. However, once Zach showed up things ran smoothly, and we felt confident in his hands. If you're considering a remodel and want someone skilled, honest, and hardworking, we highly recommend Zach! We'll definitely call him for future projects.
