This is a great nail salon to go to if you want a quick & easy to schedule appointment and don't want to break the bank! The people who work here are super super sweet! I'm giving this business 3 stars here's why. Scheduling was a breeze, the facilities are updated and clean. They follow all the common Covid procedures. They are a full service nail/wax salon all good things still seemed like a good choice to come here, at this point they have 5 stars. While the above is important I usually favor quality of customer service, here's were it went downhill the first nail tech I had was not friendly from the moment I walked she never really spoke to me even to say hi, once she realized I wanted regular polish over gel for my pedi she nearly lost her mind. This is when 5 turned to a 1 and maybe no tip. I was ready to pay and leave mid service I had no desire to let her do my mani but Swan took over and the experience went back up. She was friendly and chatty she provided great service and she made me feel like I was a welcomed customer and I was a little sad that she had to split her tip with her hateful coworker but all and all she made me reconsider my rating of this business. One star is too much in my opinion. Hands down the worst place I've ever had my nails done. She made me bleed, burned my cuticles, and didn't do what I asked for. A sloppy job on my nails, didn't clean them up at all and was too busy talking to the other co workers to focus on the destruction that she was doing on my nails. Worst place ever, all they did for was put my feet in water and take off the old shellac I had on, they didn't even cut my nails, I even decided to not get any nail polish because all I wanted to do was to leave that place, she even cut my toe while taking the shellac off, she put nail glue ON MY TOE TO MAKE THE BLOOD stop. 1 Star is gracious. I wanted to nail salon closer to home but I will continue my drive to In Style Nails in Park Meadows. I called to see if I needed an appointment but they simply told me to walk-in. I walked in and was quickly helped but the technician who took me had already booked an appointment. She rushed my nails while her appointment customer sat over my shoulder, she did a less then satisfactory job. One of my nails was crooked and I had acrylic all bunched up underneath my nails. When I finally made it over to In Style they were appalled, I promised I would never go to another nail salon again! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I had the ability to rate a business this low, but alas, I *have* to give them at least a one to get my review published. The interior of this place looks like a sparkle fairy and a garbage pail kid had a baby and let it vomit all over the walls. Everything looked extremely unsanitary. Also, the technician spilled a bunch of water all over the floor and it got on my purse. They don't have a waiting area so people had to wait outside and or sit in the nail chairs. It was VERY crowded. I would NOT go here unless you want a fungal infection or like spending time in a place that is too hot, too crowded and too dirty. read more

Well from a first look into the salon, its in bad shape. Look old, no music or t.v I saw many people so I decided not to judge by the salon looks. I did my normal gel pedi, full set acralyc shellac nails and my daughters nails a manicure. Pedi was not the best they did not bother to shape my nails. My acralyc nails look great and feel great NO ISSUES!! Im mostly dissapointed in my daughters nail we came home and they literally washed off. She was happy to do her nails and within 1 minute in the tub they where around the tub. Little pieces of all her nail as if the put tape in every single one... Very dissapointed!!! Payed $62 for all. Not bad, actually very cheap compared to other places, ive had them for 3 days now... Ill update my review if any other issues seam not normal. I will and wont recommend this place. Great costumer service but yes you deal with more than one person dealing with your nails. read more

They did an ok job on my pedicure. Also the AC wasn't on. Not sure if it was broken or not but it was a hot afternoon on Denver! 93 degrees today! The lady doing my pedicure couldn't finish my French tips on my toes so she asked another lady to come and finish it. The other lady that came to the rescue noticed that my toes weren't filed correctly so she came in and "fixed" the pedicure. That's the only reason why they are getting 3 stars! read more

After hearing one of my friends explain that this place was amazing, I decided to try it out. My first impression wasn't great. The place looked run down. Throughout the process, I had 3 different people do my nails...kind of like each person knew how to do only one thing. Throughout the process, I just noticed little things they weren't doing that I have always had done. I asked for tips and they forgot. my nails had bubbles in them. Not super impressed. The shop is really small & you feel cramped as soon as you walk into the door. The spa chairs are right up against one another & there is only room for one person to pass against the wall at the bowl areas. Hope you like the person sitting next to you because you can't whisper without them hearing it. I received a mani-pedi. I am happy to say that while I have put this pedi through some of my toughest shoes it's lasted longer than most. (Hence the 3 stars!) My manicure on the other hand (HAHA!) did not last. It doesn't even look like I've had one & I'm not really rough on my hands like that. All in all, the place will work in a pinch but I will definitely continue looking for 'that' place. read more

Elite nails doesnt deserve any stars!! I do not recommend this nail salon at all!! I'm 7 months pregnant and wanted a pedicure and a rebase. I couldn't even enjoy the pedicure with the other person standing over me doing my hands. I wasn't comfortable at all being twisted around. I will never go back and what makes me mad is it was not busy at all. There were only 4 customers in there and 2 of the employees were on their phones the whole time. I will never go back! Do not go here! I went there as a last resort before thanksgiving and I should have walked right out. It is SO dirty, the technician was jumping back and forth between me and another girl... he didn't even ask me to wash my hands after he was done grinding down the acrylic and filing. So there are bubbles and hard spots that would have come off if I had been asked to wash my hands. I will never go here again. Waste of time and money read more
