I've debated posting this review because when I first came to Elite Dentistry to get implants on all my bottom teeth close to 3 years ago Dr. Le was great and his assistants were so nice and helpful. I was well taken care of and his staff was always checking on me making sure everything was ok. Flash back to this past Wednesday August 12th, 2026 when I needed to get a crown and filling... Shae, his assistant (who is absolutely AMAZING) could sense I was nervous and I just said that the shots kinda freaked me out, she then reassured me that I would be ok. Dr. Le comes in the room and barely acknowledges me and Shae told him I was nervous about the shots so he said he would go slow and he did... usually before the dentist starts his procedure they usually say "you might feel a lot of tugging or pressure or hear the drill going but it sounds worse than what it is" not Dr. Le he just went straight in and it was just like rushing and calling out to his assistants to bring him this and that and if I would move he didn't even ask if it was because I was in pain he just kept going. Then Shae was prepping my tooth for a temporary crown and I could feel some pain and she asked if I wanted to get a little more numb and I said yes... Dr Le. comes in, opens my mouth and just gives me a shot then tears his gloves off and leaves like nothing... It was not a good experience and the only bright side was his sweet assistant Shae, she took such good care of me and his other assistants helped out as well and I have always loved them! I just don't know if he was preoccupied or busy or what but he wasn't the same Dr. Le I saw when I got my implants and like I said I debated writing this review because I am not that kind of person that just sees the bad In everything but this visit affected me such that I had to write about it read more

My husband went in December for exam/X-rays, etc. Then pre-op. My husband tried to reach out to Dr Le to answer a couple of questions about anesthesia and meds pre-post surgery. We never got a call back from him. We had to cancel surgery for a few months due to 2 of my emergency surgeries. When we called back, they said we need another pre-op consultation before surgery. We scheduled pre-op with doctor on 6/18 and surgery on 7/1. After we waited 20 mins, the reception tol d us we wouldn!t talk to doctor. The main purpose for appointment. If that's the case, why was my husband even there. I had check in hand for surgery after pre-op interview. We waited for 30 mins to talk to doctor and then left. My husband has 5-10 mins of questions for doctor about medications and what to expect during and after surgery. We finally left. All we want is a call or a short face to face with the doctor. All we get are misunderstandings from a "receptionist" What do you suggest we do? My husband liked Dr Le and would like for him to do his implants, but not until he has a couple of questions answered. Really frustrating behavior from his staff!!! read more

Not a dentist who addresses patient issue. Only interested in defining expensive procedures such as implants or crowns. I visit this dental office with significant pain in tooth in Dec 2025. I waited for 50 minutes of my 1 hour appointment for the dentist to arrive and he shows up, looks at the tooth for 3 minutes and say that he cannot do anything to relieve pain or anything. This was really a huge mistake in using this operation. I had a small tooth ache in my bottom front. I went in and he said, "root canal now". I agreed. This man broke his tool off in my teeth which then turned dark greyish black. I went back and he said he had no idea why. He recommended me to specialist. It was $2000 with amazing insurance. The specialist told me the after x-rays he can see the part of the tool he broke and left in my tooth causing the color, pain, and shift. He recommended I stop seeing this dentist immediately and he should be paying for his malpractice. They refused and I am looking at another $7000 bill to not have a pushed back black tooth in the front of my mouth. My sister is a doctor, she is measured and levelheaded. She said in no uncertain terms. The specialist make their bread and butter from referals, and if this man is willing to risk his cash flow to tell me to never see this man again. He must be a complete Charlotin. Which he has been. And whatever they say is the bill 4x it and expect mail every week saying its more. Put this place out of practice. Disgusting. read more

I like Dr Le & he is brilliant to have his own lab. However; I have NEVER been spoken to as rudely as Jeannette. I asked her about a zirconium/ titanium combo implant & she harshly said to me (a forensic scientist) there was no such thing. I explained she was incorrect. Then I noted the $10k delta in Dr Lee's cost & my portion, whereupon she told me it was none of my business.... what!?! Although she did stay on the phone with me between phone calls and had a nicer tone; there is no way I want to spend almost $40,000 in this office for several implants and interact with someone, who has almost 0 compassion and very poor communication skills. When we're spending that much money, we deserve to be treated politely and with courtesy and even when we aren't spending money we still need to treat each other that way. so I won't be coming to your practice Dr. Lee and I highly advise you to teach your staff communication skills . I've written communication curricula and traveled around the country and taught military personnel communication skills. You could even ask me to come in and give your staff a few pointers and I would do it for free. read more

Dr. Le and his staff are simply amazing. I've suffered from failing teeth and dental anxiety for years, but from the moment I walked into Elite dentistry I knew Dr. Le was going to take care of me. He is kind and compassionate and crazy smart when it comes to full smile makeovers. His staff is equally great. I did the all on 4 procedure and could not be happier. I have gone from hiding my smile to wanting to share it with the world. I can eat anything I want without worrying about what tooth would break next. Its an investment that was worth every penny. Dr. Le continues to take my anxiety into consideration every time I come in and for the first time in my life I show up to my cleanings and am taking care of my new teeth. My employer changed insurances so I needed to find a new dentist. My husband was going to Elite so I decided to check it out. The office is small and a bit older with their equipment/process (paper records to include information I gave online and over the phone). I've been to franchise practices that had the newest and latest tech, but all they do is try to upsell you on services you don't need. I much prefer this down-to-earth environment! Hannah (dental assistant) was super friendly and efficient and Dr. Lee was quick, thorough and knowledgeable! Glad to have found this office and would highly recommend it. read more

Super affordable compare to other offices they offer FREE Implant consultations I did not feel pressure to do anything everyone is so nice and welcoming! Vickey and Jessica are great at what they do! And Dr.Le is so professional and he educated me very well on the process and what I could and not expect. He's funny and makes your appointment very at ease! He's office is nice and very bright! It is a small private office which I love! I really dislike having to see different providers I like to stick to one and you'll be able to get that at Elite! Also he does everything here and he has he's own lab in house. The only thing he does not do is Root Canals but he can refer you out to a endo. I have never felt the need to leave a review about a place because I've never had someone botch something so much. So I've been dealing with wisdom tooth pain for about 3 weeks now and scheduled an appointment for an extraction of both bottom ones. Before my scheduled appointment and at my first initial visit with this office I was given a rundown of how much I would be paying on the day of my extraction. I was told how much all of the work would cost and how we would split up the procedures to ensure that I'd barely be paying out of my own pocket. Insurance was to take care of $2500 worth of work, but does not pay for anesthesia, which is normal, however I was told by a receptionist or someone in charge of finances that anesthesia would only cost me a measly $125 at the time of my visit. I asked her in very careful words if $125 is all I would be paying and she said yes. This morning, I head to my appointment, fill out the one sheet of paperwork and then talk to the girl at the front desk where she proceeds to tell me that my visit will be costing me over $1100. Whoever told me that I would just be paying $125, failed fo mention that it would cost me $125 every 15 minutes of the procedure. The extraction itself was only $124 out of my own pocket which I would've been fine paying if I would've been paying $125 for anesthesia like I was told, but they wanted me to actually pay them $1000 for anesthesia. To make this long story short, I did not get my wisdom teeth removed, my mouth is in pain, and I'm looking for a new dentist. If you read this and still decided to go to this place, make sure you're told all the facts and figures before getting any work done. read more

If I could split my review, it would be a resounding 5 stars for the hygienist Emily, and then join other reviewers with a 1 or 2 star review for the scheduling staff (which likely includes the dentist!) I've had my share of rough cleanings in my time, so it was a real pleasure to experience Emily at work. She was gentle, smooth, quick, and almost Zen-like in her craft. One of the few times I had the final flossing without feeling the person on the other end was determined to cut through my lip! A big shout-out for Emily. On the other hand, I noted many recent 1 star reviews complaining about the poor scheduling up front (or out back, who knows who is to blame). I have experienced the same frustration of long wait times in the past; in fact on one previous occasion I finally just gave up and walked out after waiting 45 minutes with no explanation nor acknowledgement from the staff. On my recent visit, I personally had a negligible wait, but I did notice one other guy in the waiting room when I went in for my cleaning, and when I came out 45 minutes later, the poor guy was still waiting! I wonder if the issue is the fact that there appears to be just a single dentist covering those 6 or 7 examination rooms. Even that wouldn't be a problem if the staff didn't overload the schedule beyond any reasonable expectation. Somebody needs to take charge of that schedule and maintain it professionally. Is it better to try to squeeze every last patient into a day while pissing off half of them due to unacceptable wait times, or space out the appointments to insure that each client is serviced at the appointed time, creating happy, return-prone customers? I'm no expert on client relations but I do know plenty of other dental offices that seem to be able to maintain a working schedule, and they all seem to be very popular. Just sayin' read more

I fretted, worried and procrastinated on getting my wisdom tooth pulled and finally went in this morning to see Dr. Le. I was flabbergasted when I realized he had pulled it without any pain, tugging or struggle ........WITHIN TWO MINUTES! I thought he was joking! I was astounded. I was relieved. I was happy!! This guy is great! I love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and skilled at their job. I have been coming here for a couple of years and I drive down from North Austin because they are the best! read more

Warning- do not use this dentist. Bottom line: Dr. Le damaged two healthy teeth on one side of my mouth and then did a filling that damaged a tooth on the other side. I have gone from 100% function to not being able to chew on either side of my mouth and I am in my 40s. I think he is rushed and careless and has now cracked three of my teeth and taken thousands and thousands of dollars (for two crowns that then needed two root canals and then I still had pain and was told he'd cracked those teeth doing the crowns and now my only option is implants which surprise, cost thousands more). I cannot believe I paid him thousands of dollars and he caused months of pain and now that I cannot chew on either side unless I eat soft foods. I am surprised he still has his dental license. I will never, ever go near him again. When I have reached out about these problems I am dismissed and he won't even examine the damage he's caused. Seriously, someone needs to sue this person and he should not be operating. read more

I went to Elite Dentistry today as a new patient to get a quote on replacing my veneers and crowns. I was referred by someone whose opinion I value. When I arrived I immediately noticed the 2 women at the reception desk were not wearing masks. I know they are not required to wear masks but 100% of the medical offices I've been to recently require that their staff wear masks. This was a red flag, so I asked if everyone in the office was vaccinated. I knew they weren't required to tell me but I decided to ask any way. One of the women became very defensive and told me I wasn't allowed to ask that question, which I already knew. I also asked if the dentist and his technician wore masks and she said again I wasn't allowed to ask that question either. I'm pretty sure that's not a rule. Basically she was very rude and argumentative. I finally said I wasn't going to stay and honestly I don't think she cared one way or another. The customer service was terrible and the staff definitely needs a course in how to communicate with customers. I felt very uncomfortable and regardless who the dentist is there was no way I was staying. read more

This dentist office has the most unprofessional and rude office/finance manager. I had a quote on a procedure with multiple visits involved. I had made an appt. for two procedure which involved more work and time. When I arrived they said I was there for one procedure which would take minimum time not both. I had taken a whole day off work. When I disagreed with them the office manager basically called me a liar. Needless to say I left with no procedures completed and found a different dentist for the work. I do not recommend them. read more

Many years of dental issues from crooked teeth, periodontal disease and front caps that covered teeth again with cavities. I found Dr. Kaar's credentials were excellent, so I asked for a quote for All-On-Four on the top and one implant on bottom. Expensive, but extremely competitive and reasonable compared to quotes from other prosthodontists. Procedure was completely painless and within a year, I'm all done with the final set and extremely pleased. read more

Everyone who works in the office is so responsible and friendly. I never had one hitch in my dealings with this office. I dealt with Holly, both Ashley's,Valerie, Anna, Cassandra and Sylvia. The office staff is highly unprofessional and lacks compassion for patients. I recently got an implant started and the next day I called due to some concerns I was having. Its been almost 2 weeks and despite leaving 3 messages, I've never received a call back. Yesterday they called ONLY to confirm my appointment. Then less than 24 how later (the next day!!) I got a call to cancel due to the dentist being off that day lol. I expressed my disappointment and concern because I took a sick day for this appointment and now it's wasted. I work 7 days a week and I don't have the luxury of just missing work because I have clients that book in advance. So not only did I lose money but I lost a sick day THAT I EARNED. I mention all of this to the person who called and damn near BEGGED for a better solution and was given nothing but a frustrating tone and passed off to an office manager who has yet to even call me. BEWARE... I had elite dentistry make a front partial for my two bottom front teeth. It broke 7 hours later. When I went in at 1st they said they were not going to repair it. After arguing the partner dentist who actully repaired it. He was blown away that his partner had filed the two teeth down upon completion. Elite dentistry sent me on down the road with a chopped up partial retainer. Now a year later all the surrounding lower teeth have become loose from rubbing. I have had nothing but discomfort and pain since. They have made me now have to get more work done for their mistake. Please beware of them. As I found out after the shady retainer broke. In the first place. They don't stand behind their work. Other dentists that I have been to. They can't believe that elite dentistry said this was ok.... Knowing that I would have future problems with the bone from the surrounding teeth rubbing causing them to loosen up. SMH Beware of elite dentistry unprofessional dentist. It was time for some serious Dental work because of the DAMAGE !! Castle Dental did to my teeth and they couldn't be saved. I was calling another Dentist Office and by mistake was connected to Elite Dental ( Divine Intervention) I didn't realize it until I was in the office for a examination. Elite was straight up and honest about my dental need's, I knew it required extensive work because of the damage that was done. So after discussing the work needed and the cost I agreed to what I thought was a Super Deal on Implants and Denture's. The price was a lot lower than I thought it was going to be and after starting the work I called a couple of places and found the price I was given was much lower then other Dentist. I jokingly told Dr. Kaar I wanted a Red Carpet mouth when he finished. As they say be careful what you ask for cause you just might get it. Now... I can't stop smiling because I want people to see my teeth, I have that Hollywood Red Carpet mouth I wanted and it look's so natural nothing fake or not real about them also they function like real teeth eating a not so tender Stake or Corn on the cob is no problem at all. It was money well spent and I'm so glad I got the wrong number because Dr. Kaar was really the Dentist I needed to do the work. Ok Support Staff I can't leave any of you out of this review because all of you made me feel special and at ease from start to finish. People GO TO THE PRO's I highly recommend them. I had both upper and lower..dentures..done about..7 years ago--with a lifetime warranty..--Dr.Kaar was my dentist..--about..a month ago..I had a broken tooth..upper denture..--went back..and was told..that it would cost me..188.00 to fix..prior to that one occasion..on a chip..it was done at no cost..--of course..I needed it fixed..so I paid...and did not..request.. anything..other than was told..that the ..business had been sold..--well..lo and behold..how..can you take over a business..with the same name..and not keep the warranty..on work performed.--this is certainly not right..however..I was in need of my denture being repaired..I simply cannot understand..the greed..--it took them..15 minutes..to fix..the denture.--being.that this is a business..that has been there for sometime..you would figure..to take care of the patent.--Dr.Kaar always did..and honored.. the warranty--sadly..I wont be going back.. and I had insurance..as well..that would have probably covered..as well..--this type of business practice..is not good..I had referred many patients there..but not anymore. Initially my review was not the best of this place however they did do really great work on my extraction. I had a billing issue where I was charged for something that I felt was unfair. Dr. Karr personally called me to take care of the situation. He refunded my money and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I do recommend going to this office as the staff is very friendly and Dr. Karr will do his best to make sure you're treated fairly. He even has his personal number in the front lobby for his patients to call if there is an issue. read more

And even better, I was never once asked to edit or re-review the business. Which I was sure would be a stipulation for accepting his offer.
