For a super busy Friday I got in and out pretty quickly and they did a good job. I prefer to go during a quieter time when it's less busy but it became my only chance to go. I've been coming to Blush Nail Bar for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. It's more…read morethan just a nail salon; it genuinely feels like home. Everyone is so sweet, attentive, and accommodating, and you can feel the care they put into making every visit a good experience. I absolutely love Armine for my Gel-X nails, and Alina has been doing my pedicures and I always leave satisfied. If they happen to not work on a day I truly need them done, they always accommodate me with someone just as professional and attentive. One of the things that means the most to me is how they treat my daughters when I bring them in for their nail appointments. The patience and attention they show them will always mean so much to me. Years later, I still love coming here, and I couldn't recommend Blush Nail Bar enough. If you're looking for a salon where you feel welcomed, cared for, and never just like another customer, this is the place.

I've been coming to this salon for years because I genuinely like their nail work, but I've often…read moreoverlooked the unwelcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, my most recent experience may be my last. I paid $190 (before tip) for a gel manicure and pedicure. During my manicure, I politely asked Jasmine questions about different gel options because I wanted to maintain my natural nails' strength without adding excessive thickness. Rather than helping me understand my options, she became visibly irritated and asked what I was complaining about. I wasn't complaining; I was simply trying to communicate my preferences. Two other employees eventually stepped in to help. Although her demeanor improved afterward, the interaction had already made me extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my nail edges were left rough, and the usual cuticle oil and lotion were skipped entirely. I've overlooked similar attitudes in the past because I've generally been satisfied with their work, but at nearly $200 per visit, I expect both quality and respectful customer service. Asking questions about a service I'm paying for shouldn't feel confrontational. I'm disappointed that after years of coming here, I'm reconsidering returning.

When that was finished I was given over for my gel manicure to Anita who is also fantastic! She is very talented and while there was a little burning it was minimal and she resolved it quickly! Super sweet young ladies. Very professional and wonderful work. I highly recommend you check this place out! The prices are great too. Especially for all I had done!!! DESIREE IS A TRUE ARTIST!…read more This was my first time at the salon and I have to say that I'm now a fan! I saw Desiree for a full set (gel x) and a pedi. She is gentle, detailed and a true artist! I was lucky enough to sit next to her other client who had a beach themed set of nails that was so creative and fun! Desiree made me feel comfortable and right at home with her kindness and hospitality. She even made me a special tea with orange peels and honey. I love my pedi and my mani is totally unique and beautiful. She spent time doing nail art in cat eye paint and then put a chrome over it. The effect is very subtle and unusual in a good way. I'll definitely be back and will tell friends about this salon right next door to Sherman Oaks (fraction of the price) and Latina owned too! :)) This is exactly the type of small business I want to support. They're doing excellent work and it's family owned and operated, which feels warm and friendly, not stiff and corporate.

I try to go to more cost efficient places, but I'm only saving about $15 on average only for my nails to start popping off 4 to 7 days later You spend so much on nails regardless of where you go, you might as well have them LAST!!! These DO NOT LIFT no matter who does your nails! Which is the most important part to me. But side note: IVANIA IS AMAZING! She's my fave. One can besides price is that it can be tricky getting an appointment with the gal you prefer. And walk ins don't exist, for a person that's very last minute and wants to cancel without a fee, that can be annoying. But for great nails, you can get used to that. So moral of the story is, yes I'll pay $15-20 more for quality that will last me weeks versus days. And if you keep it simple without designs, it's actually the same as the other guys!
