The worst service and unethical business practices from Vice President (Gary O'Gorman) to receptionist (Elex Santana), with unprofessional and fraudulent business conduct. The Eliminite Termite Services is interested only in making you sign a business contract and grab money out of your pocket, without an inch of professionalism and sincerity. They seem to forget that he is in a profession that can destroy a person's house if it is not treated properly.They could literally destroy your house with untreated termite infections even after the fully contracted termite treatment with a two year warranty. The CEO (Barry O'Gorman) does not have clue as how his employees lie and do not perform their business services. The vice president ( Gary O'Gorman) orders his employees to stop delivering their contractual duties, if there are any complaints. Eliminite termite refuses to perform a full termite inspection at my cost. Eliminite Termite Services is interested only in making you sign a business contract and grab money out of your pocket. Gary reported to me that my house termite infection was so severe and wide spread. He needs to charge $5000 to treat my house with two year service contract. It will take himself with full crew a whole day, the work will start at 9:00 am to the evening. In reality, Gary never showed up and the four man showed up at 9:30 and left my house before the noon to hop for next job. Even after calling them to come out and treat any more live termites, I found out the house was severely infected and damaged only when I hired an outside company to repair all the termite damaged wood, we found there still severe live termite infestation all over the house. But Eliminite Termite Services refused to perform any more services for my contract. read more

I ended up choosing Eliminite because we have a lot of pets here, and no way am I dealing with moving them all out for tenting if I don't have to. The inspection and bid were completely free with zero hard sell. Evidence of infestation was found and clearly demonstrated to me. I cannot overstate how no pressure was put on me, which is always appreciated. Scheduling was easy and timeframe was reasonable. We paid over $5000 in 2019 to get our house serviced by Eliminite. We were initially happy with their services & signed up for their annual warranty. We had to have them come out a few times to re-treat areas of the house when the weather got really hot and termites were coming out of the walls. During Covid, they wouldn't send anyone out, which I didn't understand. They could have had us leave our home while they were treating the areas that needed treatment. I needed them to come out in 2021 and they treated the same areas. I paid for the extra annual warranty on my credit card assuming I'd receive an email notifying me that my warranty was due for renewing. I never received an email so I assumed they just charged my card. We needed another treatment in 2022. They sent someone out who apparently was the manager. I wasn't home but my husband was. He received a quote from the guy for $4000+!!! When I got home, I immediately called the company and spoke to their receptionist who informed me that our warranty had expired and that we would need to start the process from the beginning!!! I asked her why I wasn't informed that it was going to expire and she said they don't send out emails. She said she called and left a message the month it was due to expire and left a message but that they don't send emails claiming that is standard industry protocol. I told her that was not true and that I receive emails and letters for any of my warranties that are about to expire and that GOOD customer service would do that. I told her that we were only a few months past our warranty expiring and asked if there was any way we could get a one-time pass to pay the warranty price. She refused. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she would have him call but I never received a call. I went back thru my old phone voice mail messages because if I had received a call about our warranty expiring, I would have called. I was unable to find a voice mail from the company. I really wanted to support this company and even asked the receptionist if she could allow us to renew the warranty and I would do a reel showing the process since I know a lot of people locally who want a more natural way of getting rid of termites and have over 10K followers on IG. I mean, free advertising seems like a good trade off but she refused. It seems like a scam to me--get people on their annual warranty but then let their warranty lapse and then make them pay full price again. I'll be looking for another company. Don't waste your time with this one. read more

Had a last min need for a termite inspection in order to close escrow . This company is amazing . They were able to schedule my inspection the same day and unfortunately found a few blemishes and repairs were needed before I was cleared to close escrow. They were able to schedule me the following day to take care of my issue. The tech was very kind and professional and got everything done and certificate was sent literally immediately. While I was okay with the service at the time of the treatment, I was disappointed by lack of any follow up. Within a year, I was seeing signs of termite (probably because this is site treatment and if it is not obvious, it will not get treated) and had live termite within 2 years at sites that were treated. I was unable to reach them. I got a courtesy call from them after the 2 year warranty was over to see if I would like to renew the warranty. So, they won't address any problem unless I pay money to renew warranty. I am not challenging the company but may be the method is not so effective. Lack of follow up and calling after the warranty is over is not so good follow up either. read more

This company is fantastic. Gary came out for the initial consultation and was friendly, professional, and honest. Bobby came out for the actual treatment and he too was phenomenal. He applied a preventative treatment in the attic and treated all of our problem areas. He was very thorough and even used his spackle to repair several holes in our drywall that were completely unrelated to the termites- simply because he saw them and he had his spackle with him! Want to send a shout out to Gary at Eliminite. Eliminite was the first company we called when we suspected we had a termite problem. I was interested in using the orange oil fix to avoid tenting. Gary came out, did a detailed inspection and verified our worries, we did indeed have quite a problem. He explained the process, answered every question and we found him to be very upfront and honest. Enough so that he told us that they could not perform the services to their satisfaction and that we should look into another company for tenting. Our home is on a hill and one side is rather a cliff. Gary said the only way he would consider doing the job is if we had scaffolding on that side of the house. He then proceeded to contact scaffolding companies for us, unfortunately, the scaffolding costs were just way more than I think either of us thought and made the cost unreasonable. Gary gave us helpful information to assist us in questioning and finding a tenting company and we are so appreciative of his honesty and integrity. Gary showed up within a few days and told me that these were fly larvae. He still did a walk through and did not see a need for a full on inspection, so I was not charged. He was professional and knowledgeable in the field. More importantly, this company does spot treatment, which is a much more convenient alternative to tenting. I contacted 5 tentless termite services and this was the first business to get back to me and follow through. Only 1 other company got back to me. The others said they would but didn't. Only Xtermite and this company does orange oil special formula. Eliminate Termite came out in a timely manner and did the free consultation. They were the most reasonably priced and did the service 5 days after the consultation. Hamir was the technician who came out with another technician in 2 trucks. Both treatments for wood termites and ground termites were completed. They took about an hour to assess where to apply treatment and then the actual process took over 3 hours. They were thorough, professional and friendly. They even did a final inspection to make sure all the bases were covered. The price was quite reasonable and definitely less expensive than tenting. Eliminate, Inc. was so professional. From the start, Gary came out to check the house and gave the estimate to my son since I was at an important appointment. We made the decision to go with the orange treatment because tenting involves too many problems and also, a safety issue. The team arrives exactly on time and were great. They were considerate of my senior dog and how I had to keep her isolated. The orange treatment is so effortless compared to the tenting. I had the home tented about twenty years ago and we had to remove plants, prepare the food in cupboards and go to a hotel. That was a terrible added expense. This was a snap.
