She could immediately point out the names of every pair in the store, and explained all of the lenses options so thoroughly. I stopped into this location after a friend had recommended it to me. I was in the market for some new sunglasses and was told they had a great selection with a nice variety. To be honest, I couldn't have been happier. Karen was a huge help and she was super knowledgeable. She talked through different styles and options for my face shape and helped me lock in a pair that I was really excited about. You can tell the quality is really nice and the prices were better than I expected. All in all.. it was a huge success and I'll absolutely be coming back when I'm ready to update my regular glasses. It's also worth noting that she saved me over $100. My existing sunglasses were from Warby Parker and I've had them for several years so needless to say they are quite a bit scratched up. When I went into WP weeks back, they told me it would cost $220 to get new lenses but getting a whole new set would be ~$265 so I should just get a new pair. When I asked Karen about it, she told me she could have it done for $100. I was pleasantly surprised. It's customer service like this that you won't get from a big brand store. The store is rather unique with a variety of options with great service! The manager of the store is rather helpful and patient, allowing me and my family to take our time and explaining the pricing of the glasses. I brought my own frames to replace lenses ($45 dollar fee for frames + lenses based on prescription) to get updated! He also explained the variety of lenses options they offer based on what you're looking for and what they do. They're also transparent about pricing when asked after they view your prescription if you're bringing your own frames. A family member of mine brought frames there which ranges from 50-500+ but at a lower cost and they check if you have insurance! The frames do include lenses, so the price you're looking for is flat with its additional cost for blue light, transitional, etc.... The service is rather fast as they have their lab in the store rather than sending it out. They finished two glasses in around an hour and customized a 3rd glasses lenses for a frame (therefore having to take longer with it which I didn't mind) I brought in to make it nicer and less thicker to avoid any issues in the future which is excellent customer service without additional cost! I'd go back again in the future for more eyewear as my family and I decided that it's worth the service and pricing read more

Second time at Eleven Optical and I love it! I just bring in my prescription and they are able to get me my glasses within a couple of days! (If your prescription is -3.0 and under then they can possibly do it same day because they have lenses for -3.0 and under and their lab is on-site) The service is fantastic, the individual that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful... and super nice :) Best part is the frame selection, tons of great stylish options. I came in to get prescription lenses put into frames I brought in and was very satisfied. Since Costco doesn't put lenses into Gentle Monster frames, I came here and got it done for a really good price. Gentle Monster offers Zeiss brand of lenses for a starting price of $220, but Eleven Opticals offers Zeiss starting at $150.
