I have been trapped on the third floor of my apartment building for two months. I am a wheelchair user who cannot walk and cannot take the stairs, so I am at Kone's mercy. I do not know why my landlord works with them, but I cannot imagine it is worth the money they pay when I have been trapped for so long. Even before this incident, the elevator was breaking down at least once every few months. This is unsafe and their failure to treat this as the emergency it is has endangered me.
