Sandra was able to come to my house the day I contacted Silicon Valley House Cleaning to evaluate my kitchen and bathrooms. She was so professional and was immediately able to give me dates of availability to get the cleaning done. Two ladies showed up and they both were incredibly professional as well. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

I really want to give them 3.5 stars…read more I requested for deep cleaning for most of the house. Sandra came to assess the scope of work and took notes. A staff of 3 came at the appointment time and finished within 3 hours. Overall they did a good job. Most of the areas they cleaned were done well. They did miss some of the instructions I gave Sandra, so I don't know if the staff got the memo. When I reported that to Sandra, she just apologized and didn't offer to rectify. They also worked around my pet areas, which I thought felt kind of half a$$. So like half the wall was cleaned. A few minor things were thrown away, so I needed to buy replacements, which was a little annoying. Like others mentioned in their reviews, they didn't put things back the way they were. If that bothers you, don't go with these folks cuz it will drive you crazy. Price is relatively cheap I think, so maybe I got what I paid for. Not sure if I'll use them again.

After using QC's services for nearly two years, we've decided to move on…read more 1 - Their cleaning materials were too strong and bleachy smelling. 2 - Oftentimes instructions weren't followed or the team would do things that defied cleaning common sense and would create more work for us (like putting trash in recycling bins) 3 - They tried to hike up our cleaning costs with sloppily defined reasons. I will spare the details here, but when I debunked their reasons with hard evidence, they ultimately reneged the higher cost proposal, but didn't apologize. This rubbed me the wrong way and unfortunately, that's when I decided I was done. The cleaning services, besides the smell and odd lack of common sense stuff, were good. If you're in a pinch and don't want to use your brain for recurring services, QC is fine.

Wish I could give more stars ! TLDR GREAT company GREAT people GREAT work GREAT price…read more Just a little background- my family hired people before from ANOTHER company who charged more and said they would do a really good job but they did a half a** job and tore our screens up. Thankfully our experience with the Lazono team was a complete 180° difference!! The price is unbeatable and the team was clean professional and verryyyy detail oriented. They not only cleaned the windows but even the tracks and all around the frame. They were careful with the screens and so respectful around our family. We were able to go about our day (3 adults a 3 year old and a dog) while they worked hard.

Thorough cleaning, but major safety issue and poor management…read more While the cleaning crew themselves did a great job and left my apartment very clean. I had two major issues that prevent me from using this company again. First, a serious safety oversight occurred: one of the cleaners accidentally turned on my stove dial while wiping it down and left it on. I left for the weekend right after they finished and came home days later to an apartment filled with propane. Second, dealing with the owner was uncomfortable. They were overly pushy about locking in consistent cleaning schedules and flatly refused to give me $20 in change during payment. I appreciate the hard work of the cleaners, but the safety risk and management style are major red flags.
