Girls..it's a 3.5 star review. I ordered a normal matcha with whole milk and 75% sweet but I asked for simple syrup in exchange of vanilla syrup. The matcha taste was good, very smooth and not stringent/artificial tasting. I wish I got 50% sweet lol you know I just can't with a too-sweet drink. My friend got the blueberry matcha with no sugar or milk edits but she didn't think the blueberry taste was very prominent and we didn't like the fact that the blueberry syrup was not smooth, you were chewing the blueberries skins. And (from my perspective) it was just a sweet drink lol didn't taste matcha. The store was cute, big, and clean! Nice place to hang out. Staff were nice, and they had pastries from La Casita too.

This is the cutest coffee shop ever. The drinks are fun and delicious and amazing. Everyone that works there including owner are really kind and wonderful. Favorite coffee shop hands down. Still need to try a matcha flight. You literally can't go wrong.

Didn't get any food, but l have come here 2x during my stay. This place is really quiet, but the baristas are amazing. The coffee based drinks can't suck because the coffee is amazing!!! Vietnamese coffee with crème brûlée foam is where it's at!! Lattes rocked had the banana foster, butter bear, and matcha latte! Nothing disappointed!!! Nothing at all! The first time I came in I asked to give me whatever they liked and make it how they like it! It's been awesome!

I can't get enough of this little coffee spot in Richardson. I always get the Elevated Milk Tea but my friends have tried their banana fosters latte, Chai tea and their fruit smoothie. ZERO complaints about the service, vibe or coffee/tea. They have plenty of space to hang, chat or even work. You can't go wrong with checking this place out.

This was my second time at Elevated and we got the matcha flight! I loved my drink the first time but the matcha flight was really lacking. We chose the blueberry, mango, strawberry, and vanilla. They were all pretty bland and tasted watery except the mango one had a better sweetness to it from the mango puree. I was disappointed and probably won't get their matcha next time. Service was great though and they had wifi and some tables to work at with outlets!

I love the location in Cityline because they always have activities going on. Tried the strawberry matcha and the strawberry was a bit too sweet and overpowering for me. Interior was cute but can get a little crowded when they get busy. Overall a cute spot to check out something new.

I like this coffee shop in Richardson Cityline. They had an extensive collection of seasonal lattes - I tried a coconut latte and it was wonderful. Nice and creamy, a perfect hit of caffeine with 2 shots of espresso in the regular size. There's a screen where it looks like you can place your order, but I went ahead and spoke to the barista directly. They also have a jumbo screen display showing where you are in the queue. They have a small selection of pastries from La Casita bakery. I was in the mood for a decadent, calorific treat so I ordered a grilled cheese panini. It came on a tangy, chewy sourdough bread which was nice, but sadly, it was pressed without butter so it was quite crispy and dry and the amount of cheese was stingy indeed. The decor is soothing. Lots of grey, gold and green. Lots of plants. I perched at one of the mini-tables with poof ottomans for seating. The hard bench seating featured lots of plugs evenly spaced, making this a great place to work. The gender neutral bathrooms were modern industrial and clean.

WHAT I ORDERED: Pumpkin Foam Latte with Oatmilk PARKING: Street parking out front but if that is full, there is a nearby parking garage INSIDE: Cute space with a couple self-ordering kiosks. I went right when they opened in the morning so it was quiet. Service was relatively quick but again, that was when they first opened. Not sure how busy/fast service is later in the day. Bathrooms available towards the back. THE FOODS/DRINKS: The pumpkin cold foam was flavorful and tasted delicious with the coffee. They offer some food items and have a good variety in the drinks. I only noticed their fall specials but want to go back and try the matcha drinks and banana foster latte. I also appreciate the variety in cold foams that I need to try. While a little pricy when modifying the drinks with different milks/adding cold foams, it's a nice place to treat yourself for a tasty drink.

I actually really liked everything I tried. I love that they have so many unique & fun flavors. Both matchas were super smooth and creamy, but I especially loved the strawberry cream matcha, a little sweeter and richer, which is how I like it. Their customer service was amazing and the space is also a really great study spot. I'll definitely be back!

Elevated price is what you pay here! Why do they charge an extra $.45 fee on top of the already inflated drinks? In total I paid $9.76 for a cup of coffee with Boba. And it was only ordinary.

Cute place. Friendly staff. Some of the seating is a bit uncomfortable. Parking was pretty simple. I got the pan au chocolate-- it was perfect. I also got the house coffee with cold foam. Pretty good. A little burnt but still palatable

We got Viet milk coffee with cream brûlée foam and matcha latte with cream cheese foam. Both are regular (small) size and the bill was $17-18 without tips. Viet milk coffee is 5/10, as a Vietnamese I wouldn't drink that again since there are so many other places to get it in Garland/Richardson area with better quality, better taste and better price. Matcha latte was ok, I think I wont go back for that either, since La La Land has matcha latte that way better than that. Or even Starbucks where you can customize yours for a bigger and cheaper drink with high quality too. Service is kinda meh ...the lady that took my order was not friendly, she had cold, unhappy face the whole time. She put extra charge on one of my drinks. I saw she clicked cream brûlée foam, then she clicked ube foam and another foam on top of that (which I didn't order). Then she deleted one foam and quickly went to check out screen (I was worrying that she didn't delete the ube foam). After couple different screen of tips? Name? Blah blah I was able to see my order and she had added 1 extra foam I didn't order. I told her and she was "ohh" then went back to change it. So 2/5 stars for average drinks, rip-off prices, and unfriendly service. read more

Elevated provides great options for beverages when you are in the area of Cityline. They offer a variety of beverages at different price points from simple drip coffee to some unique flavored lattes and tea options (boba). You'll find the staff friendly, a great way to get your morning started. I went for the lavender latte for something different. It had a great flavor and was a nice treat from my standard vanilla latte. read more

Deciding between a matcha latte or a matcha milk tea, was advised matcha latte is milk based with a shot of ceremonial matcha whereas matcha milk tea is fresh brewed tea with matcha mixed in. Go for latte if looking for milky/creaminess but milk tea for less milk. Fastest service if order online to skip waiting in store. Otherwise, there's an ordering kiosk available in addition to the old fashioned order through cashier. Casual chill ambiance, perfect for picking up a drink and walk around CityLine. Would give an extra star if possible for being in this neighborhood. read more

great location and the interior is aesthetic. love the variety on the menu. it wasn't busy at all when i went, which made for a pretty swift wait time. staff never greeted or spoke to me, but that's okay. i stopped by and got a milk tea, and was heavily disappointed. probably the worst milk tea i've ever had :/ it was watered down and had a weird sour tang to it. i couldn't even bring myself to finish it, and had to throw it out, which i HATE to do. especially when the drinks are $7-9 each. i'd give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was a bad batch, or i went on an off day, but still.. wish i dined in so that i could've at least gotten a refund. i'd be open to giving this place another try, in hopes that it would redeem itself with a different drink, but i'm just afraid of the same thing happening. read more

I got the rose milk tea with boba. It was very watery, not smooth or creamy or anything like what you expect from a milk tea. My friend got an iced mocha latte, she asked for regular sweetness but it was not sweet AT ALL. She still drank it but it everything was OK ..not the worse but definitely not the best. The girl that was working didn't look or sound like she wanted to be there ‍ read more

Love the coffee and tea here. Their tea is brewed fresh to order. I tried the Elevated milk tea with and without milk.The tea was perfect to drink by itself without the milk, and also tasted great with milk. I also tried the Vietnamese milk coffee as well as the Vietnamese black coffee with creme brûlée foam. The Vietnamese coffee has great aroma and flavor and tastes amazing with the crème brûlée foam. read more

Don't get the loose leaf tea (matcha) here! It is over brewed/ burnt. I have tried every loose leaf hot tea on the menu and every time it is steeped for too long and too hot that the tea is bitter. They also don't strain it well so the leaves continue to brew and get more bitter. Their drinks are also over priced. Sad but true. Hopefully they get it right because this is the only coffee/tea cafe on the strip. Everyone needs to be properly trained on brewing tea in this place can't speak for the other drinks. read more

I walked in because I live in the neighborhood and thought I'd try it. It's a good place: bright and cheerful. You order at a kiosk, which is a bit confusing. I had the Vietnamese coffee; it's hard to find so I tried it. It was good and they had the condensed milk. Pastries are from La Casita so they are the best in town. I had a cruffin but it was stale. So was my wife's muffin; I guess they don't get a fresh substitute my daily. I'll be back for the coffee but I'll go to La Casita for the pastries. read more

I was so excited to see a coffee place open at cityline that I had to try on the way to work. Upon entering it was nice and clean. I can see it being a nice place to sit and get some work done or a nice meet up place. However, I had ordered a regular rocking espresso with a splash of milk and it was lacking flavor and tasted watered down. I got an order from DoorDash and got the Ceremonial Matcha matcha vanilla latte with added lavender syrup and an espresso with coconut milk. The matcha was like happiness in a cup and the espresso was pretty good. Even one of the front desk ladies at my work said it looked like a "pretty green drink." The prices were pricin' with the Ceremonial Matcha coming to $9.25 and the espresso being $6.39. I thought, "this better be some of the best matcha and espresso ever," and the matcha delivered. I do think their prices could calm down some. read more

Ordered the Honey Milk tea boba, first time I've ever been asked on what type of milk I wanted as most boba places already have them already made. This boba was the worst I've ever had very watered down and flavorless boba tasted mush. Would not recommend getting their boba. As a simple Milk tea is really hard to mess up. Absolutely LOVE this place! Located in a cool area, where the community hosts a farmers market. You can walk around and shop, then stop in for a delicious "pick me up"drink. Highly recommend trying the Affogato! The staff is very attentive and quick. You won't be disappointed! read more

I give this drink an 8/10! I added the torched crème brûlée topping. You can get this torched or un-torched! Topping is optional. I love matcha so I was pretty excited to try this drink. The matcha is pretty smooth and it balances the drink since the creme brûlée topping is a bit sweet! If you don't want it to be as sweet, get the topping un-torched. I will definitely be coming back to try more items - i will say that the toppings are pretty unique. read more

Cute little place, bright and aesthetically pleasing. Painless kiosk ordering process and the barista was helpful with my questions for recommendations as it was my first time there. My name popped up on the big screen indicating my order progress. Waited five minutes for my coconut latte with double shots of espresso added. Serious and professional espresso machine behind the counter is quite impressive. I love all the plants they have displaying. Wish they opened sooner, when I was working in the area. I also get the Mango Pomelo Sago if I'm not feeling like milk tea and it's one of my favorite places to get it. There's self-service ordering machines if they're busy, or they can also take your order at the counter if not. The drinks are consistent and come out the way I like it every time. They have some tables you can sit at to hang out with friends, or to do some work during the day. I'm hoping they open a location in Austin sometime, I would LOVE that!

I stopped by this coffee shop mostly because it was one of the few places in the area open later, which already earns it a few points in my book. Late-night coffee spots can be surprisingly hard to find. That said, the overall experience was pretty middle-of-the-road. Parking was a bit trickier than expected--mostly limited street parking. I noticed a sign for additional parking nearby, but it wasn't totally clear whether it was public or reserved, so we ended up circling a bit before finding a spot. Not impossible, just slightly inconvenient. The area itself has some interesting neighbors (I noticed a Red Mango and a few other spots nearby), so I went in expecting a lively little café vibe. Unfortunately, the interior felt a bit underwhelming. The lighting was dim in a not-so-cozy way, and the seating area felt slightly worn and a little on the cheap side. Nothing overtly dirty, but not particularly polished either. As for the food and drinks: my mocha didn't really land for me--it was pretty forgettable. The croissant, however, was perfectly fine. Service was neutral but polite; no issues there at all. Overall, nothing here was actively bad. No rude staff, no major problems, and it does fill the niche of being open later than many other coffee shops nearby. But at the same time, nothing stood out enough to make me want to return. If you're in the area and need a quick coffee fix, it'll do the job. Just don't expect it to be particularly memorable. read more
