This was the most seamless experience. Great communication, professional, and the final product was better than anticipated. I've already referred a few friends. Any time we have guests over they always compliment our staircase. My next project is the outdoor side gates. Highly, highly recommend Andrew and his crew.

Contacted Elevate Metal to replace some gates. They were very responsive and professional. They came out and measured and gave us a quote within hours. We had gotten several quotes that were just overpriced for what we needed. We decided to go with Elevate Metal and had 2 gates installed about a week later. We could not be happier with the quality and service. We love our new gates. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after the demo and installation. We highly recommend Elevate Metal! Great quality and pricing.

Eternally grateful for my modern rails. Went above and beyond and extremely professional from the measurement to the install. All on a timely basis and communicated every step of the process. Definitely recommend Andrew and family!

Andrew and his team are top notch! quality work. can't say much about price because I didn't even get other bids. you get what you pay for. I'm a contractor who does patio covers and I've reffed a few customers as well. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

I hired elevate to do two gates at my house. Great communication and very reliable. Prices are competitive for handcrafted work. You get what you pay for, and these projects were definitely worth their value. I will be hiring them again for a balcony staircase that I'm doing.

The experience working with Andrew had a successful, positive outcome. We found him professional and respectful; working diligently and communicated well. His work was precise and worth the (fair) price to update our home. The picture shows the before and after.

Got rid of old/dated ornate wood railing and replaced with powder coated metal!

Andrew did my stair railing a few months ago and we love it! He was quick to respond, easy to work with and fair priced. He was clean and respectful while working in our home and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality metal work.

We used elevate metal co to replace our old wooden side gates and are very pleased with the final product! Andrew was transparent and responsive during the entire process from original quote, fabrication and install. We get lots of compliments on our gates and after close to a year, they are holding up great!

Andrew has done multiple projects for me, from new construction to remodels. Can always count on him getting the job done on time and his work is always perfect. No job is too big or too small. Only company I will ever use for metal work.

We had a vision and idea and this company went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them. They showed up on time to measure and give us a quote and they completed our gates also by the date we requested. We had a pool built and needed gates asap along with the latches we needed to pass the inspections by the city. The price was very reasonable and they nailed it when it came to matching the color we wanted the gates be to so they would go with the colors on our home. Let me not forget they completely communicated very well when I had any questions. We would use them again and again.

Don't call anyone else. Did an amazing job on two of my projects, stair railing and custom gate. Easy to work with, on time and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

We were looking for someone to upgrade our gates and Andrew did a spectacular job! From the very beginning of contacting him to the completion of the job, Andrew was punctual, professional, and created for us our beautiful gates. His quote was very reasonable and the materials were top-notch! It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Andrew and he made it so easy. I highly recommend his business!

Custom gate between my yard and my sister's

Andrew and his team built a 6 ft wide custom gate for me between my sister's and my yard. He matched my vision exactly and was prompt, reliable, and very reasonably priced for the great quality work. He was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to my schedule. My contractor was so impressed, he asked for his info too!! He's also done more contemporary metal gates for some friends that inspired me to go to him after their great experience. I'm now meeting with him about installing railings and will use him for any gates or metal work down the line- he's that good!

Very nice doors that are about 11-12 years old, but the double-door's lower locking pin broke and I could only open one side of the double doors. I got in touch with Jordan at Naddour's Custom Metalworks to find out about getting it repaired. She spoke with their manager at their manufacturing center and discovered the same parts used with the older door were no longer available. The good news was updated parts were available at a very reasonable price. They would have to just slightly modified for our older door. Great! I booked the repair appointment ASAP and Edgar came from the factory to do the repairs. He showed up at the house and was very nice and professional. He got to work quickly with removing the old parts and installing the new ones. Thankfully, this repair could be done without removing one side or both of the iron doors. He modified the parts, installed them within a little over 2 hours, the repairs were completed. Both doors open and close tightly again. I'm planning on buying an extra set of top and bottom latches for the door, in case I need them later on or the next owner needs them in the future. It was great working with Jordan, Edgar and Carlo at Naddour's Custom Metalworks. Everyone was really friendly, professional and very helpful with getting the doors fixed as soon as possible. If we wanted to put iron doors on our next house, I would definitely call this company to purchase them. 5 Stars for the great customer service!

However, the masonry wall which the 3rd gate was attached to began to move after the gate was installed. Therefore, it was necessary to demo the existing masonry wall and construct a new wall. I contacted Naddour's after the new wall was completed requesting that they confirm a date and time when they could install the gate. I called twice and also texted but never received a return call. I was able to contact another gate company who agreed to install the gate. I am very disappointed in Naddour's as I paid $19,021 for the door and gates and was willing to pay for installation of the gate to the new wall.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hand Crafted Metalworks…read more From the beginning, I was extremely clear about what I wanted. I provided a reference photo on the very first day and made it known that I am very detail-oriented, especially because this was a major custom staircase railing project costing around $20,000. I wanted the finished product to closely match the design, proportions, style, and overall look of the reference photo. Unfortunately, the process became frustrating and confusing. Instead of feeling like my vision was being understood and executed, I repeatedly felt like the design was being scaled back, reinterpreted, or changed from what I had originally requested. Multiple revisions were needed because key details were not reflected properly, including how the railings were supposed to continue down the lower steps and terminate at the bottom. One major issue was that the shop drawings showed a rectangular/square wood cap, even though the reference photo I provided showed a round wood handrail. That was a major design difference, not a small detail. For a custom project of this size, I expected the drawings to accurately reflect the design direction I had communicated from the start. Another major frustration was the coordination process. I hired Hand Crafted Metalworks expecting them to manage the project. Instead, I felt like I was being put in the middle between their metal team and their wood subcontractor. I was connected directly with the wood subcontractor, who appeared to be unaware of important details, including that the wood was already part of the original quote. At one point, it felt like I was being asked to coordinate or clarify things that should have been handled internally by the contractor. There was also confusion around the timeline. A timeline that had been discussed as approximately six weeks later appeared to become September, which was a significant difference. When I asked for clarification, the conversation became defensive instead of simply explaining the scheduling change. Overall, my frustration is not just about one isolated issue. It is about the entire process: repeated miscommunication, inaccurate design assumptions, unclear subcontractor coordination, changing expectations, and a feeling that I had to keep fighting to preserve the original design vision I clearly communicated from day one. For a high-end custom project, I expected a much smoother and more professional process. Instead, I felt like I had to constantly correct, clarify, and manage details that should have been understood and handled by the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'd post only after the credit card dispute is filed, not before, and keep screenshots/emails organized in case they respond publicly.

Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating. After paying our deposit, the project…read morewas ridden with missed appointments, poor communication, and repeated mistakes. Our primary point of contact, Chris, was responsible for coordinating the project, yet we frequently had to make multiple calls just to get updates or receive a response. On one occasion, workers arrived at our home, informed us they needed to leave to purchase materials, and then never returned that day. The problems extended far beyond scheduling. The initial measurements taken for our custom railings were inaccurate, resulting in the wrong product being fabricated. When installation day finally arrived, the wrong order was delivered. We were assured the mistakes would be corrected, only for another incorrect order to arrive later. The same crew was repeatedly sent back to address the issues, yet the problems remained unresolved. The quality of the installation itself was also concerning. The railings were improperly installed, caused damage to our walls and floors, and portions of the installation began pulling away from the wall within a month. Given that stair railings are a safety feature, this was particularly alarming and further diminished our confidence in the company's workmanship. What should have been a straightforward project turned into months of delays, repeated errors, broken promises, and constant follow-up on our part. We were repeatedly given timelines and assurances that were never honored, and obtaining updates often required persistent phone calls. The most disappointing part was not the mistakes themselves, but the lack of accountability and follow-through. Every issue seemed to require multiple calls and reminders, yet meaningful resolution never came. After months of frustration, we ultimately canceled the contract because we no longer trusted that the project would be completed correctly or safely. Mistakes can happen in any business, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, between the inaccurate measurements, incorrect fabrication, poor installation, wall damage, communication issues, missed appointments, and failure to stand behind the work, our experience was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this company.
