The staff were very friendly, listened to what we wanted, and showed us some bikes. The prices were definitely more than what you might find at Walmart, but they explained why the quality of their bikes were a lot better and worth the money. We were satisfied and found one in the perfect color that was on sale. When I need a bike, I will come here too.

BEST bike fit ever! I worked with Geoff, and he was great. Took all my measurements, and got me…read morefitted to my bike so that I could be more aero, and perform better. I have had a few bike fits in the past and they left me with a feeling of uncertainty about who to trust. After all I spend between 15-18 hours a week training on my bike these days. So to be able to meet with Geoff, and sense his ability to read my body while on the bike without all these crazy gismo machines telling me I should be at whatever angle based on this mathematical equation....needless to say It was refreshing and exactly what I knew I needed. He listened to my goals, and my history about injuries and surgeries. Took all that into account, and was able to get me lower on the bike by lowering my bar height. Geoff taught me how to ride more aero, to reduce wasted energy and reduce wear and tear on my body. I came back for a second fitting a few months later to put on new aero handlebars, and have new cleats put together by the only guy I now trust to adjust my bike. With the help from Geoff, I just recently qualified for the USA Cycling Gran Fondo National Championship! If you are serious about racing, or just want to feel better on long rides - GO SEE GEOFF. Later that day, I brought my wife in to test ride one. She enjoyed it so much, we bought it on the spot. I'd known about Vermont's financial incentive programs and asked about them. Apparently there was some confusion about how it worked, and I left thinking I had to apply for a rebate, but in fact it's a voucher program. That meant I had to apply for the voucher, then use it towards the purchase of an e-bike. I contacted the state's program and was told I had no recourse. I called the shop and spoke with Andrew, who was very apologetic, offered a solution that met with our satisfaction. What it came down to is that I can get an e-bike anywhere in Vermont. It's the customer service that will bring me back, time after time.
