They didn't just help him find boots that fit, they also made sure the boots would work with his skis. When it turned out they didn't, they pushed all their appointments aside to make sure everything worked so he would not have to wait any longer and could continue his road trip, and so he would not have to deal with it at the resort and pay extra fees. We spent another 15 minutes in the store looking at boots and wandering around but no one once asked if we needed help finding anything. However, I'm still stewing and frustrated that my bike is still broken after being charged $250 for a tune up and a tire replacement and being nice didn't fix that. The front tire wobbles after being replaced, the bike is very very hard to peddle to make it move forward, the brakes aren't tight and the front brake doesn't grab the front tire so it's useless, and they put a sticker on my bike. As stupid as the sticker part sounds, how would you feel if every mechanic threw a bumper sticker on your car? Why haven't I called them to re-look at the bike? I don't want to spend at-least another $250 to have them come "fix" the bike. The bike is old and they knew that coming in to this. It needed a total overhaul, which I was very clear about and I thought we both understood this. I'm very disappointed and frustrated that I still need to invest more money into this bike to have it fixed.

She spent a considerable amount of time using their equipment to analyze my wife's walking technology. She then spent considerable time asking my wife what she was looking for in a sneakers- in terms of fit and function. Tyler then brought out quite a few pair of different brands of sneakers. She and my wife analyzed each pair in terms of comfort and features. One thing that I found quite impressive was that Tyler had the discussion with my wife vs looking at me even though we were sitting together. Many other sales people in other stores tended to direct the conversation to me even though it was abundantly clear my wife was the customer. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and personable and patient. She wanted to be sure all questions were addressed appropriately and in the end my wife did choose one of the pair Tyler recommended. This was a wonderful shopping experience and we would not hesitate to return to the Colonie store for future needs. Ask for Tyler if you go and we are sure you will also be impressed.

It had been ten years since I was last here, choosing more recently to shop for sneakers at the outlets instead. But I was not happy with the last pair I purchased at an outlet and desired to shop this time where I could rely upon an employee to search, instead of me, through the store's stock for what I was looking for. Vivian did just that. I explained what I was looking for, and described what features I wanted to avoid. She then retrieved from their stock several pairs that met all my criteria. After trying out all of them by walking throughout the store, I made my choice. But I wasn't finished yet. She had responded to an earlier question regarding arch support that none of the brands of sneakers the store carried had arch support. I therefore said I was interested in purchasing a separate pair of insoles that would be appropriate for my feet. She brought me to a 3D foot-scanning machine that showed the shape of my arches. Based upon that information she had me sample several different insoles that would address my needs. Once I made my choice she custom cut the appropriate pair of insoles and inserted them into the new sneakers I was buying. I got to also retain the insoles originally provided by the manufacturer. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Ten days have now passed and I'm quite satisfied with the feel and fit of my new sneakers.

A very nice staff member found the right size. He said a youth outfit was never going to fit me. Also, my normal shoe size may be 7 but we were going to have to go bigger. I usually don't show photos of myself in my reviews but the whole point is that with proper help I was able to get waders that fit. They ran over $90 so I don't know if that was a bargain. It was a one level shop Bass Pro shop and it looked like when you walked. It looked like it went on forever, but it was just Big and Wfp level so everything was kind of like fit in there. It was nice and neat clean. Everything was beautiful. It was all arranged perfectly. It didn't look messy or overwhelming for me. It was amazing because everything that we've ever gone into. They've all been two and three floors but this one here was unbelievable great selection of products we found T-shirts to bring home to the kids. We found a really reasonable deal on baseball caps and they said you know that it was just from New York so that's why we had to get one cause we don't have one from this particular store and every time I travel with or without the other half I try to take and I'm always get him something from Bass Pro. But they were very very helpful to us because he walks really slow and we met people in the store that was super nice. One young man held the door open for my other half of the bathroom thank them for service and I made sure I told my mother how flight and wonderful they were and she's like wow thank you so much. The Customer people they went above and beyond. I was totally taken by the fact that they were so kind so patient we were looking for particular things we were able to find size extra large socks for a young boy size 14 shoes but we weren't able to find the shoes. Unfortunate. But they were super kind. They went out back and looked. They brought the guy out that runs at Dept. He looked for them. He finally found one package away in the back, which was awesome. I apologize. I don't remember his name we also got to see a nice display from one of the other sales people about the special kind of fishing and stuff to do and then check out. People were just top-of-the-line absolutely willing to help you no matter what I really feel like this is probably one of the better bass pros I've ever been into but also one of the most beautiful.
