Not only did they decide to help, they went far beyond the level of customer service he had ever experienced. They didn't just help him find boots that fit, they also made sure the boots would work with his skis. When it turned out they didn't, they pushed all their appointments aside to make sure everything worked so he would not have to wait any longer and could continue his road trip, and so he would not have to deal with it at the resort and pay extra fees. They replied "anything with 75mm on a green label". They did not offer to come help us. We looked at those boots and found all the sizes were European . Not knowing what size he wore in European we looked around for a conversation chart and did not find one. Again no one came to offer help. Finally googled a conversion chart. We spent another 15 minutes in the store looking at boots and wandering around but no one once asked if we needed help finding anything. The three men hadn't moved from their chat session as we left the store. Would never return.

Bill and his staff have always been so helpful in guiding me in my purchases to ensure I get the best equipment for my needs. My five friends and I went up to Jiminy Peak Mountain for a three day ski weekend. I called ahead to reserve skis, filled out the form, and emailed it in. On arrival, we parked in a big parking lot right behind the shop, walked in, and saw ALL of our gear ready to go, name tags and all! The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He made sure the boots fit everybody, and we were out of there within 15 minutes. The shop is exactly 10min from the mountain. The quality of the boots and skis were incredibly. You could tell 'Ski Fanatics' really takes care of their equipment. I have never worn, let alone rented, such comfortable boots in my life. Most importantly, the boots were warm!! Warmth on the mountain is paramount, every skier understands colds toes. Once we got loaded up, John, the owner, told us to give him a heads up if we were going to return the skis after hours. He lives down the road and was willing to open up the shop if we needed to come in later. Finally, during the return process, John came out and helped us quickly unload all of our skies and gears. Overall, the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. It was a true 5 star experience, start to finish. I recommend Ski Fanatics for all of your ski needs. No one in our group rented snowboards so I can't speak to them.

Simply the Best! My…read morewife and I got new boots from Nick this past January and now having skied 25+ days on them we agree they are the best boots we have ever had! The entire experience was amazing! Nick and TJ took the time to understand what we wanted out of a boot and how we skied. They gave us a few options and helped us select the perfect boot. They made several adjustments the day we picked them up and then on several other occasions over the couple of weeks to get them fully dialed in and perfect! I spend 8 hours in my boots on three consecutive days last week skiing in Utah and the boots preformed beautifully and were amazingly comfortable. I cannot recommend Nick's highly enough!

There still was a piece hanging off of the scratch, it wasn't even properly waxed. When I received my board for pick up it barely even looked like it had any maintenance done to it. Rather have gotten my money back because now I have to take it to a better shop that'll actually wax and fill the scratch which I asked this shop to do and instead they just take your money and don't do what they said.

This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW.
