At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

Unfortunately, after Roof To Stay LLC / Eddie Sanchez failed to complete our pool installation, we reached out to Latham Pools multiple times seeking assistance. We were hoping they would help facilitate communication with their authorized contractor or provide guidance on how to get our project completed. We were disappointed that our concerns were not addressed and that we did not receive the level of communication or support we expected. After investing more than $57,000 in our pool project, we expected better customer support from a company with Latham's reputation. While the pool itself may be a quality product, our overall experience has been overshadowed by the lack of support after problems arose with the authorized contractor. We believe manufacturers should stand behind the contractors they authorize and make a reasonable effort to assist customers when serious issues occur. I hope Latham Pools will improve its customer service and responsiveness when homeowners experience problems with authorized dealers or installers. We immediately call the company that installed, a licensed retailer, Copano pools. It took them 2 weeks to get a response from Latham, and we couldn't get anyone out here to do repairs on until Sept. 2nd. Day of repairs we notice a new crack, after they repair several that day. We call them back immediately, and are told it may be a few weeks to get someone back out. Meanwhile fill back up the pool again, only to drain it again, for second repair. Mind you- this is a NEW pool! Still waiting on confirmation when. Someone will come back out for repairs a second time. Really unhappy at this point and fed up with waiting. This is not a new pool at this point and this entire experience has been regretful and upsetting to say the least. Also, they only schedule first repairs once we left a BBB review. I will update this once they actually complete all the repairs. Still waiting...

Come out and say it's now the motherboard. Replaced that, it glitched, came on and back off. Now saying it's the control panel but it's one that may not be able to find to replace, since tub is an older model. And may need a new hot tub. Will go elsewhere if that's the case. Also ordered a new liner over a month ago for pool. Said it would be installed before the 4th of July. Got a call last week stating it's now being done July 6st. Well it's the 6st and still not being done e. They charge a $299 show up fee when they come out, even if they can't fix the problem. Better off going elsewhere and save you the headache and money!!
