They said they have the guy come back out and he did brought it up to ground level after he left. Also this should be noted, they have tile made from all over the world, many of the vendors are from Europe. Most other places locally only carry materials from China, which as you may imagine are just not on the same quality level. If I had one criticism it would be this, they hard working ladies are assigned to professional accounts like mine.
