This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

Aquatica was scheduled to close my pool a week ago but never showed and did not communicate with me until several days later (I've since learned that they have a reputation for this). They eventually rescheduled over a week later and attempted to charge an additional $50 because the water level was not low enough. I explained that the water had been at the proper level the previous week, but had risen due to heavy rains. I agreed to pay the fee, but also let them know I would be discontinuing my service. I came home later in the day and discovered that they left the job unfinished, with my pool cover off and all my accessories left scattered on the patio. I've called and texted several times, but they will not respond.

It may be that your ridiculously expensive hot tub is facing the wall of your house, with the cover blocking the view. Also, the head of delivery interrupted me, talked over me, yelled at me, hung up on me then told someone else not to connect me with the manager. The technicians did an excellent job vacuuming and brushing the liner, testing and balancing the chemicals and informing me of any follow-up actions I should take, all at a reasonable price. The techs were experienced, professional, friendly and careful and worked in extreme heat conditions. I was fortunate and grateful to have hired this company and wished I had found them sooner.
