The…read moreaccountability of the damage being done during the install is now there (which is all I really wanted, as I realize accidents easily happen in such cases). Steps are being taken to fix things, and the owner is regretful that things happened as they did. I appreciate it. (I'm so glad, because Anthony does seem like a delightful guy, and I would like his company to succeed. As long as clients concerns are taken seriously, I think it will! ;) I am shocked. I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

When I reached out, the gentle "Sal" was extremely rude, he cut me off and hung before I could even finish telling him what my inquiry was. After I stated my name that is very unique. He stated "No! were good" and proceeded to hang up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Please take your business else, I will not say why I believed he hung up, however draw your own conclusion from my statement. ****** update *********** The company is run by racists and bigots. I implore all customers with a conscience to take your business elsewhere. I left a bad review regarding how my inquiry went with the first point of contact. The gentleman was rude and hung up. Only to be called back later, after I posted my initial bad review, by another man who was even more vile than the . He called with a sense of entitlement and attempted to belittle me due to my disagreement to with removing my review, as if my experience didn't happen. After he realized that I wouldn't be bullied into doing what he wanted. He then started to proceed with micro-aggressive tactics. Referring to me as "Homeboy" Even though I gave him my actual name, he repeatedly referred to me as "homeboy" in a derogatory manner, as if my dialect or the way I articulate myself was somehow a reflection of my cultural background. He then mocked me and said I was unsuccessful for leaving a bad review. Again, I say please take your business elsewhere. This is now two different interactions with "leadership" of this company who have shown less respect for people they don't deem worthy.
