We called Erica's Tailoring and the man who answered said he didn't have a tailor in that day, but that he could do it for us if we came by. Initially we were a little hesitant because of this, but we didn't have many options for our timeline so we decided to trust the mostly positive reviews and give it a chance. I'm so glad we did! The gentleman was very kind and would not accept my fiancee's money at all for the repair. We had taken out cash to bring based on the reviews here and he refused even a tip, so we are happily leaving a positive review, at least, in exchange. They're conveniently located just off exit 2 on i-87, with plenty of parking, and very convenient hours. The communication was excellent, as was their knowledge of styles and clothing.
