The plaza itself has my favorite bagel place (Manhattan Bagel and Bistro) so bonus for me. It's old school here so all machines operate on quarters but no worries they have a change machine. For ppl with small bladders like myself there is a clean restroom. Their hours are pretty much all day everyday so no excuse to clean all your dirty laundry.

Next, I wanted to pay with a gift card, but apparently, credit card information is stored and saved on their computer and they just used that one without telling me. When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!

First off, they do not do their dry cleaning on premises, it is shipped out to Loundonville. My suit ended up getting lost and I did not have it for my meeting! I finally received a call a day later to tell me they found it and it "should" be in the following day. I called to confirm before making the trip and they still could not confirm. So I made the drive and the clerk Don said "is this for 2 pairs of pants". I told him no, a suit. It took about 5-10 minutes and luckily it was found. I mentioned how upset I was and that it was very inconvenient for me as this was needed for an important function. His response was, it's not my fault or problem which really put me off. I asked if he could give me a discount for my inconvenience. He said no. I asked to speak to a manager. He said No! I asked him for the manager or owners name and he said it was none of my business!! I then asked him if he could call the manager and put me on speaker phone and he refused that as well! I then told him that I understand now why there is many bad reviews on this place and him in particular as well, and that I was also going to include one too. He said "those reviewers are COWARDS, JUST LIKE YOU" I was in shock! He really edged me to the point of frustration being that I am a young petite female. I said in response you are a jerk, and he called me a bully! He then mumbled something which sounded like a degrading female put down as I was walking out (I don't want to repeat on here). I stopped in my tracks and said, do you have something to say, and he then said no and laughed. I have never been so insulted ever when doing business with a shop. I received no updates from them the entire time, just a "we'll text you when it's in". No apology at pickup. I had a coupon that I was planning on using that had expired because the item took so much longer than it was supposed to and they wouldn't honor it. And there was no supervisor or manager onsite to assist, just an associate who wasn't interested at all in anything. I reached out a week ago and filed a complaint and received no outreach or callback. I'm going to be avoiding this cleaner for the foreseeable future.

Delicate shirts were hung on metal hangers, completely destroying the shape. Clothing's texture is all stiff and damaged. Pants were shrunk. AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. Only went here because I was on a time-crunch and Cudney's was going to take two extra days. NOT WORTH IT. They should be ashamed.

They actually listed brands on my receipt. Seems like they randomly make up prices based on the item. Every shirt was a different price. I was charged $25 to dryclean one dress! $150 for 12 items! I have been drycleaning my clothes for many years and I have never seen prices this unreasonable. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
