They offer a nice range of services and I love being able to both drop off and pickup my items anytime day or night with their convenient automated system. AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing.
