AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. Only went here because I was on a time-crunch and Cudney's was going to take two extra days. NOT WORTH IT. They should be ashamed.

Next, I wanted to pay with a gift card, but apparently, credit card information is stored and saved on their computer and they just used that one without telling me. When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!

They informed me that I could pick the dress up on 10/6 and she promised when she finished she would call me so I can try it on sooner and not worry. I didn't get a call so today 10/6 I went in to pick up my dress. I was horrified at the outcome, I'll post pictures to show, I don't know how anyone would find it acceptable to wear a dress like this! It looks like it's falling a part! I understand she said she was having family issues but that doesn't mean to produce quality work, I stated that she had it for over 3 weeks and she stated, "the dress has been done for over 3 weeks" and I asked why she didn't call me if it was like she promised, she said a family emergency... I still ended up paying $80!! I'm now taking the dress to another alterations so they can hopefully fix this. I'm sorry but DO NOT go here for alterations, the only thing I would is to have length removed but even that was uneven. They actually listed brands on my receipt. Seems like they randomly make up prices based on the item. Every shirt was a different price. I was charged $25 to dryclean one dress! $150 for 12 items!
