The sign says same-day service, but that's not necessarily true. My husband dropped off our laundry when they opened at 8am and it was not ready until the next day. The laundry is always clean to satisfaction, folded neatly, packaged appropriately, and smells fresh. The front desk staff has exceptional service skills - they always remember my name, inform me when I have credits on my account, and update me with changes. One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished. I can not say more kind things about the staff and team - always helpful! Lastly, if you are going in to do your laundry - they've been making upgrades each time I visit so it's enjoyable during the load time.
