I haven't stopped coming to Super Suds since my first visit. There are only two qualms leading to one star being removed: machines are on the expensive side and there's no air conditioning. Honestly, the air conditioning is the biggest reason. However, the perk of free coffee is a nice amenity for customers. The staff here is A+ and the machines work fairly quickly, especially the washers. Dryers can take a little longer than I'd like at times, but that could be user error.

This review is specifically for the Wash & Fold service…read more I've been using State Street Laundromat since last July and have always been able to pick up my laundry within 24 hours. The laundry is always clean to satisfaction, folded neatly, packaged appropriately, and smells fresh. The front desk staff has exceptional service skills - they always remember my name, inform me when I have credits on my account, and update me with changes. One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished. I can not say more kind things about the staff and team - always helpful! Lastly, if you are going in to do your laundry - they've been making upgrades each time I visit so it's enjoyable during the load time.

Jason took my phone # and had to investigate. If there were a way to retrieve the fund. He informed me throughout the whole process that they had changed the laundry card machine. The plaza itself has my favorite bagel place (Manhattan Bagel and Bistro) so bonus for me. It's old school here so all machines operate on quarters but no worries they have a change machine. For ppl with small bladders like myself there is a clean restroom. Their hours are pretty much all day everyday so no excuse to clean all your dirty laundry.

I like it here, fair pricing clean machines and building. Sometimes the coin machines are all out.read more

I try to get the wash in by 9. So it's not 24 hours but dry till 11 or so. It's the safest feeling of any laundromat around I've been to and my gf agrees. And most important the washers do a very good job as well as the dryers. Agree that the washers don't have a flood of water but if your a "spike your nearest tree" militant like me, you'll appreciate the water savings. I sometimes bring an extra gallon of my own. A small price to pay to save those dolphins! And I have no experience with the dry cleaning but who leaves drycleaning at a place that specializes in WET cleaning. A few years ago I probably over packed a washer and the soap didn't dissolve (yeah I'm double lame for using dry soap but...) Anyways the dude pumped a couple washers full of quarters and I was off and running again. An excellent laundromat.

Let's see: -At any given time, machines are broken (both washers and dryers) -if you need to heed nature's call, prepare to walk down the street to McDonald's -there is no place to comfortably sit other than these weird picnic-like tables that are bolted to the floor -the parking situation isn't that great -the TV is always on loudly and tuned to garbage programming -the prices are high -the vending machine snacks were always expired -the machines that do work are slow -the owner admitted to me that he was not repairing machines If you value your money, time, and comfort, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not having a washer and dryer to call your own is an inconvenience, don't add to that by coming here.
