When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!

You are near a main street in Oneonta, so if you need to grab and go some food, coffee or drinks this location is very convenient. absentee owner, broken + filthy machines, attendant present 11 hours a week per posted sign…read more the washers that do work are filthy... the place smells like weed and mildew... my experience: i came here because it is coin-less. after washing 3 loads i take my wet clothes to the dryers that also have card readers but they are ALL covered in blue tape and only take coins. so now i have wet clothes and there is no atm on site. extra fees: 1. they put a 2-3 day hold of $14 per credit card swipe per signs. guess im not buying groceries or gas for 3 days. 2. $.50 cents additional charge for card use broken equipment: - 12 of 25 washers were broken and taped up. some missing doors. - 28 of 28 dryers had broken credit card readers and many dryers not working whatsoever
