They…read morehave always been prompt in picking up and if there is an interruption of service, I am usually notified by phone when the next pick up would be. Here is where they're lacking: customer service. It's almost impossible to get someone to speak with you on the phone using their toll free number. They bounce you around and put you on hold for over 20 minutes per department. It's a nightmare. My latest gripe is that we're a paid up for the month yet they did not pick up our trash during their normal pick up day due to road work construction in our village. I sent an email inquiring, which went unanswered. My neighbor called them and was told they would pick up this morning if we took our bins to the end of the street since they couldn't get to ours. We did that last night. They never came. Our trash bins have been sitting there all day waiting to be picked up. We are have accumulating and if they don't get to us soon, there will be bags of trash alongside out already full bins. The village is not going to like that. Casellla, get your act together or I will find a new company.

Uncle D was a hoarder so there were 13 riding lawnmowers, as many air compressors and snowblowers, motors, wire, metal, wood etc. When we talked to Ed Taylor, he assured us that he'd be able to handle it and it would take a couple of weeks to get it broom clean. He explained that we probably wouldn't make much, if anything on it as it was a lot of work, but we might come out a bit ahead. As we are not from the area, we really were only concerned that it would get done. He sent us a contract and we returned it in early Nov 2022. He said that he would give us a receipt of cost and weights for metal. Well, anything metal is gone, but the work is still not done as of June 2023, Ed had excuses, lies and deception. He sent 1 picture of a clean corner and said "almost done". Since then we've had others go look and it's still a mess. We've never seen a receipt, or weigh tag. My elderly mother is now concerned that she will have to come out of pocket to pay another company to finish the work. Stay away from this company; in my opinion they robbed the estate.
