I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

I needed a suit and a few other garments dry cleaned right away for him to be dressed in for his services. I stopped in a cleaners close by to my home (I live in Amsterdam) on Friday and was told I wouldn't have the items back until the following Friday, when I needed them by this Sunday at the latest. I explained the situation that I had just lost a family member and needed the items right away for the services but it didn't seem to matter... I then called Best Cleaners on Route 50 in Glenville and their delivery driver had already picked up their orders for the day. They were very polite and apologetic and offered to transfer me to a different location with an in house cleaning service. I ended up at the Latham location, and THANK GOD for that. I spoke with Sal on the phone and he was nothing but professional and courteous, telling me if I was able to get the items there before closing time on that day (Friday) I could pick them up at whatever time I needed them THE NEXT DAY! He literally said, we open at 7 am so you tell me when you need them ready (unbelievably awesome and incredibly different from my first stop...) They were completely willing to work around MY schedule, for which I am extremely thankful. When I finally arrived (about 10 minutes before they closed) I dealt with Sal in person and he was extremely courteous and just plain awesome. He promised to take great care of the items and make them look great for my brother, and he absolutely delivered on his promise. I was able to pick up the suit the very next day (less than 24 hours later) with no issues at all. I can not say enough positive things about the Latham Best Cleaners and their service team, and especially about Sal. They do fantastic work and provide absolutely wonderful customer service. I had four items dry cleaned (suit coat, slacks, shirt & tie) in less than 24 hours and the price was extremely reasonable for such short notice. So in closing, THANK YOU BEST CLEANERS for being so freaking awesome and accommodating during such a difficult time for my family. You made one difficult task much, much easier for us and for that we are extremely thankful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE SAL!!!

I'd like it much better and not keep looking around for another place if it were cleaner. Wash time is short but people liked that because the prices were cheaper and you get out faster. My clothes were clean, except for heavily soiled items. There is a heavily soiled option on each washer, I didnt use it because I was concerned it might be a more vigorous cycle, which would not have worked for the clothes I had. Nonetheless, for others, that could work well. Washers are around $3.50-$12 (for the huge monster washer)
