I am in love with Rainbow Cleaners! Brought in a big load of laundry for wash and fold, and they were very helpful in explaining how that would work, when I could expect it, and how much it would be (quite reasonable!). I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. I brought a black leather jacket to Rainbow Cleaners that had a worn finish and was unwearable. The Staff were very helpful and accessed that they could re-dye the leather at quoted a reasonable price for the work. They did not disappoint! The coat was just about brand new when I picked it up. I recently brought in a baptismal gown that was yellowed and covered in stains, it is the gown that my children (and a couple of nieces and nephews) were baptized in over 30 years ago. We were hoping Rainbow Cleaners could make it usable once again for our grandson and they absolutely outdid themselves!! We couldn't be happier! I stopped in to have a hood of my Michael Kors jacket fixed. My dog had ripped it in two long spots and it looked terrible. I had two weeks to get it fixed before I had to be at a NFL game in Buffalo. Plenty of time, I thought. I went to pick it up about 5-7 days later and it still had a rip in it that the store associate noticed. No big deal, they would send it off to a different place (which I thought was strange) to fix. Came back three days later, still a rip. Was a little frustrated, but sucked it up and waited about a day or so longer until I finally picked it up and paid. The original price for the service was quoted at $6, before she quickly changed it to $10. Hmm, still cheap when I first heard it-so I was okay, but after two times of me driving out of my way to pick it up being met with "well we still need to fix it" I was hoping they'd maybe reduce the price a few dollars. NOPE. That pissed me off a little. The hood looks good, you have to take a close look to see there's something not right, but it's also completely black and lined with fur so I'm not sure if that aids in camouflaging its scars. There's not a lot of options around this area for things like this, so if there's something that I can't fix then I'll go back, but mostly because I don't have anywhere else to go. I noticed a lot of these reviews are very old. I have used them for getting items sewn twice, lethal jacket cleaning three times, and lots of dry cleaning for business clothing. I have used them from about Fall of 2019 to now. I have never had an issue. I've also have received discounts as a returning customer. read more

Much more expensive that their nearby competitors...for a lesser product that doesn't smell as good as other dry-cleaners...I hear the counter help (one person in particular) constantly gossiping negatively about other customers...not a happy, pleasant place. read more

I brought my daughter's graduation dress here to have the straps adjusted as they needed to be made shorter. I was surprised a business that alters clothing did not have a changing room to try on the clothing on. I was alarmed when they mentioned this (a lady came from the back and asked the young lady repeatedly if she needed a man to come up front and help?) im 4'11 110lbs.... Over the phone I was not advised to bring in the measurements. I was charged $10 to have the straps altered (not bad!) until I send my partner to pick up the dress and they charge him an extra $15 stating I was charged $10 for steaming and $15 for the alteration. (My receipt stated $10) This was not true as I was told they would steam the dress bc alterations being made would wrinkle the dress... *****Update******* I called and they are refunding me $10 better than nothing! read more

I took a fancy white skirt that was starting to look old and grimy--little food stains here and there, dirt around the pockets and hems. Now it looks brand new! Cost around 7-8$. Would definitely come back. read more

I recently brought a white, filthy winter jacket here. This was my second experience here. They did a FANTASTIC job at a very reasonable price (under $10.00) this time and prior. When I got the jacket back, there were no dirt marks around the bottom of the sleeves or jacket that seem to gather in those places. I had brought it to another establishment prior to this and I could see no difference in cleanliness when I got it back. Before I brought in a white pair of pants that a friend had spilled tomato juice on. One would never know there had been any stains at all. Kudos to Rainbow Cleaners. read more

Cleaning of suit, pants and jeans was decent. Stitching on repairs of pants and suit pocket were less than perfect. Unfriendly workers, no call to inform me that a pair of pants couldn't be repaired, as they indicated they would have. read more
