The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

When I picked them up (along with 4 other suits) all of the creases in the pants were horrible - misaligned and with wrinkles pressed right into the pants. The big issue, the repair was never done. I went back but the hours listed on Google are apparently not the hours they work anymore. The manager and her husband both called to argue with me. They do not give refunds but expected me to bring the items back to give them a second chance to do what they were supposed to do the first time. I couldn't wait, as the suit in question was needed for an event that week. Repairs were completed elsewhere the same day but Sand Lake Dry Cleaning refused to refund my money. As a guy that has to look business professional all the time when dealing with customers, cost can add up quick. If I'm not wearing a suit, I will be wearing a button down shirt if I'm not on the road dealing with clients like I normally do. When I have important business, I will often wear French Cuffs, and this is one of the places where Saratoga Cleaners shines above all others in the area. they actually know that when you press a french cuff shirt, you fold the cuffs DOWN. I have been to many cleaners in the area. Some in Saratoga, some in east Greenbush, some in Troy where I live, and some in Albany where I am often conducting business. NONE of them know what to do with french cuffs, Especially the East Greenbush cleaners, who will remain nameless. So lets break it down: Cost: You simply can't beat Saratoga Cleaners. You get a quality 5-star job at an unbeatable price. Quality of Service: If you ask for light starch, you get light starch. If you like cardboard shirts, I'm sure they could accommodate you. If you are like me and don't like starch at all, just a slick press - Saratoga Cleaners has no peers. This is where it's at. Staff: They listen, have great attention to detail, and are always VERY courteous. Wait Time: What's that? Even during a rush they get you in and out the door quickly. Try getting that from one of the other garden variety dry cleaners in the area. They also do alterations here. I had a suit altered for a wedding I was going to; one of my suits that I bought when I was a tad more husky. Couldn't have found a better fit. The woman working on the alterations measured me, got an idea for how I wanted the suit to fit, took the suit, and had it ready on time a few days before the wedding. So in conclusion - I drive from Troy to Saratoga to go here to get my stuff cleaned, pressed, whatever, despite having literally 100 other choices, of which 2 are walking distance to my house. Dry cleaning is like a haircut. You find a good barber and stick to 'em. Dry cleaning is no different.

She called the woman over and she literally punched the machine and it started working. It was set for permanent Press but somehow the dryer got so hot that it literally burned all the clothing to the dryer. See pictures. The woman and the owner were very rude and kept pointing at the sign which was not posted near the dryers. No offer of replacing the very very expensive Christmas gifts that her daughter (age 14) had just received. At the very least they should have offered monetary compensation for the items that were burnt. Very bad customer service.
