To make things better the quality on the dresses was amazing and the variety allowed us to all walk out with a dress for the event including shoes and accessories! I had my dress hemmed and altered by Leah. My sisters wedding was the day after Thanksgiving this year. The dress i bought had a faulty zipper as they usually are with a sequence gown. The day of the wedding it would not budge. Knowing that she was open on Friday, I called her up while I was getting ready. I asked her if i can come in so she can fix it. Although it couldn't be fixed at that time she sewed it up and I made it to the church in 20 min. She was a savior! I dont know what else I would have done if she wasnt available.

It was a rough go (with me returning 4 times and having to do a lot of the leg work, finding and holding up dresses myself). Ultimately I found my dress myself as it is almost impossible for them to find anything you see online. And even though the company says they are size inclusive, at the store level it is very limited to try on. The store is trying to get organized and improve but they have a big mountain to climb. They are understaffed and weekends must be avoided at all costs (pure chaos). But I do want to thank Nancy, Hayley, Kai, Evelyn and Rebecca for your help.

She took the time to speak to each bridesmaid to find out what kind of style they were looking for since I left the style open to their preference. She was extremely patient and did a fantastic job. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was due to a seamstress we spoke to right before leaving. She had a very bad attitude and was very short with all of us. What really annoyed me the most, was the disrespectful demeanor toward my mom. My mom had questions regarding alterations and left feeling very uneasy due to her remarks and lack of customer service. Other than that portion of our visit, everyone else was fantastic, patient and accommodating.

I first found them through a friend's recommendation and I had already gone to about 10+ dress shops, still unsure of what dress I wanted. Huey helped me find the perfect dress! Grace was there for every one of my dress fitting appointments and ensured that the dress was the perfect fit by the end. We also used the Vow for our floral, photography and photo booth services and Huey and Grace both went above and beyond to ensure that those services were perfect on the day of. They were there at the beginning of my wedding day to check in on all the vendor services and at the end as well. While I didn't use them for our wedding coordinator services because our venue provided one, I would without a doubt recommend them if you are in search of one!

The dynamic duo worked well as a team and individually. Our makeup artist Grace, was very meticulous in applying our lashes. We both wanted makeup that still looked bright and natural without looking over made and she delivered. Sparkles and light white/ cream base lids for my mini me and nude with a hint of golden tones for me. The hair stylist was also phenomenal. We brought printed photos as inspiration for the hair styles we wanted and we got exactly as pictured. She was spot on with the details, especially putting on the final touch, my daughter's tiara for her big day. They both went above and beyond in their booked services. (Side note: I did request assistance to get my daughter into her ball gown and they helped me with that as well without hesitation). I highly recommend this salon for their hair and makeup services.
