It was a rough go (with me returning 4 times and having to do a lot of the leg work, finding and holding up dresses myself). Ultimately I found my dress myself as it is almost impossible for them to find anything you see online. And even though the company says they are size inclusive, at the store level it is very limited to try on. The store is trying to get organized and improve but they have a big mountain to climb. They are understaffed and weekends must be avoided at all costs (pure chaos). But I do want to thank Nancy, Hayley, Kai, Evelyn and Rebecca for your help.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was due to a seamstress we spoke to right before leaving. She had a very bad attitude and was very short with all of us. What really annoyed me the most, was the disrespectful demeanor toward my mom. My mom had questions regarding alterations and left feeling very uneasy due to her remarks and lack of customer service. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

I needed her to take up the hem line (one layer of polyester lining) and tule skirt. She also took up the shoulders.
