Had gnarly shooting pain going up my neck into my head and needed someone who could give me a real "deep tissue" massage and finally got one from "siox " ( I hope I got her name right?) but she was amazeballs! She hit every ache and pain that I had and she worked it wonderfully. Sux I couldn't get another 90 min from her till next Friday! Think I may have to go for the 2 hour with her, just to long to have to go without her magic hands fixing my jacked up back! read more

I have never been to this business and every month I see a $109.00 charge from ELEMENTS COSTA MESA on my credit card statement, for the last 3-4 months. Every month I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Even with a new card number issued this business still manage to charge me again and again. There's some weird business going on and I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau, local authorities, etc. Be careful with your information. read more

Elements has an amazing staff and the best therapist around. David is my favorite and is able to identify problem areas immediately....thanks elements... read more

I got their special (2 for 1) for my parents anniversary, and they absolutely loved it! The ambiance was perfect, and the front desk attendant was very sweet! My dad has horrible body aches due to his job and he came out like a new man. His masseuse, Gene, was amazing ! He was able to get some of my dad's hardest area, something that he has been having trouble with for a while! read more

I came here because I saw that the reviews for the place were awesome and (thankfully) they were right! This place is welcoming and the staff is super nice. My therapist, Evette, was amazing... She was so good, I asked to extend the session which they were happy to accommodate. There isn't one thing I would critique about the place and I'm such a fan, I signed up for their monthly plan, which for the price, is hard to beat. read more

They contacted me and made the previous situation (described below) right. They heard me out and offered a free massage which was the right length of time and was really nice and much more tailored to my needs, thank you!!! I had two massages at elements. They are supposed to do massages tailored to what the client wants so I asked to have mostly my back worked on. I got, at most, twenty minutes on my back then the rest was arms, legs etc. Stuff I hadn't even asked for took up over half of my massage. This happened again the second time. Additionally while my first massage lasted about 50 minutes (I was taken in late), my second one barely lasted 40 minutes! I was taken in over ten minutes late and came out almost ten minutes early. Factor in changing time and that's a very short massage, especially for the price! I told the guy at the front desk and he apologized and said he'd definitely talk to a manager and they would follow up with me cos it wasn't right! That was three weeks ago now and I never got any type of follow up from anyone at elements. Awful customer service! The massage itself was nice but not worth the price especially since it's way less than an hour! Disappointed and won't come back here. read more

I was treated by Heather and it wasn't a good experience for me. Through out the whole massage she kept on talking to me and the areas where I needed the most attention she didn't really get to it. for the price I felt like it was a complete rip off read more

I just started going here a few months ago and signed up for the monthly membership. I usually visit Gene. He is amazing! Very very strong hand hands. He takes his time and really takes care of everything you need. The office staff is very nice and welcoming, they always try to accommodate last minute appointments and changes. At first I was worried to make a commitment to monthly membership but its extremely easy to cancel if needed and it's kind of nice to remind you to get in there and get a massage at least once a month instead of waiting until all the stress builds up and then searching for a massage place. read more

Shelby is definitely on point. Really knows how to adjust her focus on clients needs and not just massage every person the same way. Jovanny is also super friendly...they're the best! Really attentive and take care of the spots you need. Also definitely a relaxed setting. read more

Rosie is a remarkable masseuse. I work out a lot and have very tight muscles. She really gets in there and helps loosen me up. And now they offer cupping. She integrated this with my massage yesterday and it was awesome! I can really feel the difference today. read more

I came into Elements @Costa Mesa with major aches and pains in my knees. My IT band has flared up and really giving me the blues. After an 89 minutes massage with Gene, I feel like he has worked out so very much of the pain. My whole body feels greatly improved. He is a master masseuse. Bravo Elements Costa Mesa. I have chronic back, neck and circulation issues and it has been a very positive experience going to Elements. This place is awesome. I have been coming here since they first opened a few years ago. They have always been fair priced and uphold an excellent level of customer service. Usually they can book same day which is very convenient with my busy schedule. And they offer an amazing deal for their members who prepay monthly for their massages. Highly recommended! read more

Seiko is so spiritually healing and the front desk staff are amazing ! Check it out!

Highly recommend this place. From the friendly staff to the 5 star facility I am definitely going to be back and becoming a member. My girlfriend and I shared a room and had a 90 minute couples massage that left us so relaxed and all knots relieved. Thanks again to Nancy my masseuse. read more

Alright first off, as soon as you walk through the door you are treated by the most friendly and engaging front desk staff! They really make sure that you are comfortable and treated the absolute best. Kevin, Sarah and Arianna are so knowledgeable about massage therapy and can honestly answer any question you may have about your first time there! I love this. You for sure don't get that at massage envy ! My massages were freaking phenomenal! I've tried a few of their therapists but Emily and Kathleen were my favorites! Both can give an amazing therapeutic massage without hurting you. Emily does these stretches during the massage that don't feel awkward at all (like sometimes stretching during a massage can feel), and really enhance the massage. That girl know what she's doing! Kathleen is a deep tissue and chronic pain kind of girl. I have chronic low back pain and her hands really work wonders. On your next appointment see Emily or Kathleen, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Elements for providing 5-star service for every single one of my massages. You guys are the BEST! read more

Alexis! She gives a better massage than @ The Breakers in Palm Beach, The Jungfrau in (Interlaken) Switzerland and places all over the globe that are highest rated! Amazing masseuse! read more

I had a message from Bill, who is AMAZING, to say the least and my daughter had a message from Stephanie, who was also incredible! All of the staff was great and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elements if you are looking for quality. Also Arena was wonderful to work with on the phone making the appointment and she also greeted us upon our arrival. I can't say enough about this place. Thanks everyone for making our experience GREAT!!! read more

I tried Elements today, based on the great reviews. Shelby is a skilled professional, giving me a few extra minutes, and afterward discussed areas that might need attention in the future. I was impressed and signed up for their ongoing monthly wellness program. I normally don't like contracts, but the month to month with discounts seemed flexible so I'm trying it. The room was clean, peaceful, soft music. read more

This place is awesome and their team is ever better! I'm on the monthly program! I have the worst migraines and they always seem to fit me in no matter how last minute my appointment is ,so that I can get relief from my head pain that day. I go to Carey and she has the FIRMEST touch and I absolutely LOVE it ! I can never find anyone who is firm enough but well skilled so she is my massage match made in heaven. read more

I would have given the facility 4 stars however, the franchise owner managed to tick me off. When checking my wife in for a 90 minute massage, we were offered a two visit plan. I responded we would wait until after she had her massage. The person behind the desk said OK. After the massage I said we would take the plan. You know kind of like test driving a car. Wanted to make sure we were not getting a lemon. Well, like at a car dealership things changed when it came time to pay. We were told we had to make the purchase decision prior to the massage. I protested and was told the owner had been spoken to and he said no. No problem but he should make sure his staff know the rules. It is his business no matter what I think however, he has lost a client and received a crap review from someone who avoids negative posts. I figure everyone has a bad day. I waited until the next day to post this to give the owner an opportunity to make this right. At least in my mind. He has apparently not changed his mind, so be it. I am glad the owner has the luxury to tick people off over an arbitrary rule. Going somewhere else tomorrow. Dude you just lost a sale, just thought you should know. This is an edit to the above review. I was called this afternoon by the Manager of Elements. The manager to his credit tried to placate me however, I was not in a forgiving mood. He asked for clarification about my complaint above. As I said I wasn't in a forgiving mood. There was no attempt to satisfy me until the review was posted on Yelp. Apparently they read Yelp. Good for them. Let me say the manager was professional as were the therapists. It was the owner that caused this problem. After speaking with the manager and letting him know I stand by what I said, the owner called. By then I had invested enough time in this and refused to speak with her. I don't care what she had to offer. She was trying to help herself on Yelp and I do not believe she really cared what my problem was or this would have been solved earlier. Thank you Yelp. read more

I came in here for a couples massage and the massage was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had, but I do feel relief in my shoulder/neck pain. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely come back again read more

Each of my experiences at Elements Costa Mesa has been exceptional! Their staff is professional, highly capable and the environment is clean and relaxing. Shelby was my last therapist and she did an amazing job working a big shoulder injury that I have been suffering with for over a month. I felt better immediately! She customized my massage to fit my specific problem areas, and I look forward to more sessions with her. This is a wonderful spa and I highly recommend it to everyone! read more

These guys are definitely really good at what they do. Never done the massage thing before. My chiropractor suggested adding in some deep tissue work along with the work I was doing with him. My man Brian did an amazing job. Super solid work. Came in with a list of all the things my chiropractor wanted me to get done and he got right to it. Left there feeling really good. Not what I expected after a deep tissue massage, so I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Facility was super nice, super clean. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out and ask for my dude Brian.. He's the man read more

This place is great. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. Kat is my therapist of choice. She's got strong hands and knows how to use them. I was suffering from a neck injury and with a mix of deep tissue and trigger point therapy from Kat it's pretty much back to 100%. I'm very happy with her and the staff. read more

So I've been here a few times now, and I really like this massage place. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I didn't think they were pushy with their membership or anything like that either. They make sure you have water before/after your massage and always make sure that you had a good experience. The massages themselves are very nice. All the masseuses I've had have been very good and you can tell them what you would like them to work on, pressure, etc. I've never felt uncomfortable with any of them. They also have deals for first time guests so I definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

I used to be a member of Massage Envy, however they had the worst customer service practices imaginable (almost predatory). Then I found Elements Massage and at first I was skeptical about signing another contract for services but I'm glad I did they have been nothing but professional and have bent over backwards to provide superb customer service. The staff is warm and inviting and my massage therapist Kerry Ann truly has healing hands, she listens to your needs and as she works on you provides suggestions when she finds trouble spots. Thanks to Kerry Ann I am pain free and lifetime customer. Keep up the Great work guys!!! read more

I can only speak of one of the therapists - Brian. Absolutely a joy. I've been a member of the wellness club for about 8 months and I've only used Brian. I'm spoiled. He's a wonderful asset to your spa. I've recommended your spa to all my coworkers and friends. read more
