The receptionist informed me they have a combo message for 50$ which included shoulders,neck and lower back along with a foot message. I chose the combo. Unfortunately I was so disappointed and irritated prior to the massage, that I couldn't focus on the quality of the massage, so this review is solely on the customer service experience. I was forced to pay prior to massage which I was ok with, but then I was told that an $8 tip for a $40 foot massage wasn't enough. I was told that the minimum for a tip was $15 and because she had already slid my debit card, I felt obligated. And then to make it worse, I was charged $2 for using a card rather than cash. Reasons I will not come back: 1. My masseuse, who was also receptionist and she was performing both job at the same time. Every 10 min during my 1 hr massage, she would leave me there to pick up the phone, or greeting the walk-in or charging the walk out customers. The appt making process was easy and the lady who booked me was nice. However, the female masseuse I had on Saturday evening should never be allowed to put her hands on another body again. She did not know the difference between a bone and a muscle. All she did was oil me down, put hot stones on my body without any warning burning me and made me feel worse. She could potentially hurt someone and definitely irriate anyone who is getting a " massage" from her. Didn't hit my rough spots and it felt like someone was just putting oil on my feet. My mom was also disappointed with her body massage as they didn't even try.
