I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.

This place is located in one of those big outdoor shopping mall plazas. I stopped by on a mid October Sunday afternoon around 3pm and it was PACKED. It was very difficult to find parking also since there were a bunch of other stores in the mall that shared the same lot. Once inside, although there was a lot of items, everything was very chaotic looking. Nothing was organized in each section and stacked haphazardly on top of each other. It's organized in the sense that everything in a specific category was together (ie, pillows, pet items, pots/pans, food, picture frames, candles, etc). I was there maybe 30-45 minutes and heard items shattering on the floor twice. Some aisles you can't even get a shopping cart through. I felt in this location, they don't have too many of each particular item so if you find something you like or are hesitant about, I'd say just purchase it because you probably will not find it again. Prices overall are reasonable if not very good for what you're getting. I had found 2 items I wanted but when I was ready to go on line to check out, I realized the line went almost all the way to the back of the store! Needless to say, I wasn't waiting in that line for 2 items and just left.
