This was the perfect stop for an afternoon snack/late lunch after shopping at University Village. A great place to rest our feet and enjoy some delicious pizza and recharge! The three of us shared the Caesar salad and a scrumptious thin crust wood fired pizza. I would recommend the Meatball and Burrata Pizza. Good flavor and marked a staff favorite on the menu. There's many choices and the food being served to other tables all looked delicious. I will definitely be back. Service was warm, friendly and quick. Great vibe to enjoy a beautiful day in Seattle. read more

We spent the day shopping at University Village and stopped in to get a late lunch. The decor is beautiful and the customer service is amazing. Our waitress was super friendly and fast. Food came out fast and hot. I can't rave about the food, but it wasn't bad either. My chicken sandwich had way too much Caesar dresser in it. Luckily my meal came with a salad, so I just removed the chicken from the sandwich and put it in my salad. The Margarita pizza had a lot of sauce too. The atmosphere is friendly and it's location perfect for shoppers since it's mall parking. read more

Good semi-casual place for oven-fired pizza. You could split a 12in individual pizza among two people or have some leftovers. The pizzas were pretty good, and I recommend the bbq pulled pork one in particular. The dough/crust was not thin and had good amount of chew. House-made meatballs were good as well. Service is friendly and the restaurant is quite spacious. read more

Elemental Pizza place is a great pizza place in University Village. It can be crowded and they do not take reservations. The interior is bright and clean. Service was very good. They have a moderate alcohol list, but there were a couple of good beer choices. We started with the burrata and everyone loved it, great tomatoes. I did the make my own pizza option with tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, green peppers and, onions (you can pick three). The 12" pizza is a big meal for one person (but perfect for me), but others could certainly split it. The pizza was very good. It features a nice thin crust and good tomato sauce. The vegetables were fresh and I liked the sausage. Others in party enjoyed the pizza as well. Then someone ordered the spaghetti and meatballs--nothing special, but good. I can see why this is so popular, definitely worth a visit. read more

Pricey but worth every penny. Stopped by for a lunch to take a break from shopping! Got a table within a few minutes. We ordered two pizzas Quattro Formaggi and Green Goddess, half portion of a Big Chop salad, and roasted cauliflower with hot buffalo sauce. With the exception of the cauliflower (very meh; wouldn't order again) everything was delicious. The pizzas had the perfect chewiness and were cooked to perfection. Very flavorful, This place doesn't skimp on pizza toppings. The feta on the Green goddess was creamy. For drinks, ordered an Italian soda in watermelon flavor. Loved it. Service was good. Would definitely visit again. read more

Met up with my high school friends here for dinner and the food did not disappoint. I had the Lemon Shrimp Pappardelle pasta which our server recommended and I'm glad she did. That was delicious! Service was fast and Staff are nice. Ambience is welcoming. Highly recommended! read more

Whenever my family is shopping in University Village, we stop for food at Elemental. We love that it's always easy to get seated and when we came in today the restaurant was clean and we were seated when we entered. A small caesar salad and a carnivorous pizza are our go-to orders here. We were disappointed by the croutons in our salad, most of them were soft with a stale flavour, but not all of them. The rest of the salad was delicious though and I love how much extra parmesan they add on top. The carnivorous pizza was also incredible. It is a little oily, but flavourful. I just wish they put more pepperoni on the pizza, it looks like it was only put on one half of the pizza with the other side pretty bare. My little sister ordered the rustic sandwich with potato and sausage soup. She loved both dishes, but thought the chunks of potato in the soup could have been in smaller pieces that were easier to eat. Our server was super friendly, but she didn't mention anything to us about the restaurant's happy hour which according to their website is everyday from 3-6. Hopefully the next time we come back they serve us fresh croutons because it definitely is noticeable when they are old. read more

Modern casual pizza joint with wood-fired pizza. Clean booth and restroom. Short wait, service was straightforward and to the point. Nothing above and beyond but we weren't left waiting around either. Meatball & burrata pizza was good, a bit chewy but I don't mind at all. The hot peppers were a tasty addition. Caesar salad was heavy on the dressing but very edible. White bean & pesto was soup was super salty, but it's not exactly a soup place. Overall decent experience for a quick bite. Nothing super impressive but nothing much to complain about either. read more

Pretty good pizza, but there was no wood being used. There was no wood anywhere around and only gas flames inside the oven. Their name is Elemental 'wood fired pizza'. It was only cooked with gas. For gas, it still was pretty good. read more

Elemental Pizza is a popular pizza shop in the bustling university village shopping center. Every time I stop by I saw lots of people dining in, so my boyfriend and I decided to finally give them a try. Since they're located inside Uvillage, they have a lot of parking spots available, but the plaza itself can get pretty crowded so be warned! Inside the restaurant gives off a classic yet modern aesthetic with both bar, booth, and table seating available. It's pretty spacious inside making it a good spot for group gatherings. Our server was very quick to take care of us and she even gave us lots of recommendations when it came to sizing and portion sizes for 2! We ended up getting the small Caesar salad and 1 green goddess pizza which was still a lot of food for 2 people! The pizza was so delicious and hearty and it was definitely super filling even for a non meat pizza! The Caesar salad was also the perfect take on a classic Caesar. Overall I would recommend checking out Elemental Pizza if you're in the mood for pizza after a day of shopping! read more

Walked in the back door and asked where the hostess station was to get seated outside. The gal said it's around the other side, but I can help you. Got seated, very prompt service and even offered a bowl of water for our pups! Ordered a Green goddess and a Hawaiian pizza and a couple beers. We were very happy with the service, food and ambience of Elemental Pizza! I definitely recommend a visit here, and when in the area again, we will come back for their delicious pizza! read more

Great spot for reliably good meal. I almost always get The Big Chop salad with chicken breast. It's like summer in a bowl. The meatball appetizer is quite large and my daughter usually gets it as an entree. The Smokey sauce is delectable. The kids mac and cheese is excellent and I always steel a few bites from my daughter. Comes with a good size helping of broccoli and fresh apples. Pizzas: The meatball and burrata and the Margherita pizza are excellent selections. read more

The service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and they got us seated quickly. We had our toddler with us who was hungry and they got his pizza out quick. The ambiance was nice. Lots of windows, with light flowing in. You can also eat outside and they are dog friendly on the patio. The food: this is where the stars started to drop. The food was subpar. We got the staff recommended meatballs for an appetizer and the meatball pizza. Our toddler got a little cheese pizza. The pizza had no flavor. The meatball was not good. The flavor that it did have was not good. It tasted like sage, which I am not a fan of. I wouldn't return here as a result of the food, but everything else was very pleasant. read more

The good: The food is decent, comes out quickly, the restaurant is clean. The hostess was very nice and greeted and sat us quickly. The mid: A little on the pricy side but not awful for a sit down restaurant experience in this area. The bad: The service needs to be improved here a lot. Our server would disappear for long stretches at a time. Was more concerned with chatting about UW at a table nearby than tending to the guests. read more

Honestly, I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. It's one of my go-to spots in University Village because it's not astronomically expensive and the food is consistently good quality. The only downside is the service--it's very hit or miss. Sometimes the waitstaff is super attentive, and other times they're not, but I've never had an issue with the food, even when the service isn't great. One thing to note is that the food can sometimes take a while to come out. I used to work in University Village for four years during college, and I'd often come here on my lunch break. There were times when I didn't have enough time to eat because it took so long for the food to arrive. If you're not in a rush, though, it's great. I've had their pasta, sandwiches, and salads, and I've never had any complaints about the food. The outdoor patio is fantastic during the summer, especially since you can bring your dog, which I really appreciate. I've been coming here since 2018, and it's still one of my favorites! read more

We went there on a weekend and somehow we managed to get a parking spot near the place. This is one of the reasons we don't come here often. Parking is crazy. Waiting, lines, or you have to park on second floor at the opposite part of the store you're visiting. Crowdy. Anyway, we had a stroller so we entered from behind near the restrooms (which are part of the mall). You have to go to the main entrance to get seated. It wasn't a problem. It gets busy, but noy crazy waiting as before. Cooks have to keep making pizzas all the time still :) We li e watching them when they throw to the air dough. Their oven in the middle is a nice touch. We ordered fast. It didn't take that long for us to have everything ready. Salad was great. Pizzas were good this time, but I guess I'll have my regulars next time with meat. Panacotta was very good too although a little watery for my taste. Staff was friendly and patient. read more

I've never given a 1 star to a place where food was decent, but I had a horrible experience with the staff. Clearly most of the people who work here don't want to work here. They make no effort to be courteous. Our waiter at least tried, but the hostess did not have to roll her eyes at us or throw our menus on the table. Our pizza was served by another person who just slid it on the table without a word. The pizzas were ok; tough and dry, but tasted fine. Still, tough pizza is NOT good. But the difference between choosing to have a pizza at $20 each from here vs Zeek's, Little Caesar's, Tuta Bella's or anywhere else would be for the ambience. That test was clearly failed. Fast food pizza would've done a better job with their service and I can say with confidence that this is the last place I would choose to have pizza again. read more

Devastated that I forgot my pizza in my friend's fridge because this place is so fire. I feel like the pizzas are fairly reasonably priced given how filling they are, but you are paying over $20 for a personal pizza. Their crust is so tasty - nice and fluffy, but also crunchy. We had a large group and they were still able to seat us immediately, which was much appreciated! read more

Went to Elemental Pizza last evening. Four of us. Large beet salad, beers, and three pizzas. I had ordered a white bean and pesto soup which NEVER came. Had to ask the server twice. Each time she flippantly replied she'd check. Finally I caught her eye and she came iver to say that the kitchen had overlooked the soup as they were too busy making pizzas...(?) I think the soup is probably already made and it was possible to put it in a bowl...! An apology was given, too late. No offer to make it right either. read more

Went here on a Thursday evening. Our experience was less than subpar. It was not super busy. Took forever to even get service after we were sat down. Our server seemed over it and just did not care. We ordered 2 individual pizzas and a wedge salad. Order came out super quick. The wrong salad was brought out. Remade salad did not come until we were half way through dinner. The wedge salad was not a wedge salad, looked like bagged iceberg lettuce and it was drowning in dressing. There was a pool of it at the bottom. Also the dressing was so sweet we took one bite and couldn't continue and it left an awful after taste. The pizzas were delicious. Which gives it one more star than the 1 I would have left. Skip this place. It's not worth it. read more

Meh. Over priced. Food salty. Service sucks like a lot of places in Seattle this has gone down hill fast. Don't go.

I visited on a Saturday night with a friend and we were able to be seated quickly. My friend ordered a pasta and I had the BYO Pizza. My pizza was fine, very thin, and wasn't the most visually appealing. I thought the red onion toppings looked sloppy and oddly chopped compared to other pizzas I've had. Service was very minimal. I wouldn't come back unless I am low on food options. read more

We were very disappointed in the Marquita pizza . We did not read the menu carefully enough, because it had tomato sauce instead of fresh tomatoes as we had t other restaurants. Looking for a place to stop outside UW campus and found this gem. Great ambiance, friendly servers and really fast service. We ordered 5 pizzas for 6 people with wine. We had everything on our table within 10 mins. The best of what we ordered was the Hawaiian and the Green Goddess. These are 12" pizzas and average about $20 a pizza. Overall, great experience, great service and great food!! read more

Very good server and she's very understanding but refused to reheat dough multiple times that's why I had to drop a start but foods decent

The pizza here is similar to Mod - fairly small and thin that you can eat one yourself. Sharing's always great of course, so no pressure finishing it alone. My friend mentioned the pasta here was really good but because it's Elemental Pizza, I had to try the pizza on my first visit. The pasta menu is also quite limited (4 options) but smaller menus are always great. I opted for the Carnivorous and was satisfied. There was a nice cheese pull, relatively thin but there's not too much cheese on the thin crust so it was fair. With that point, I'd love if there was a thicker crust option to pile more cheese on. Also, more sizes would be nice as the pizzas only come in 12" at the moment. read more

Good pizza, best chop salad! Easy neighborhood spot. Almost a regular at this point! Always great service as well.

We had a good experience, I would come back since their pizza was pretty good (slightly better than MOD imo). The pesto pasta wasn't really anything special despite its price, and it came with two really plain looking toast. The mushroom truffle pizza was really good, I would definitely get it again for the distinct flavor. The carnivorous pizza was average, though there could've been more meat as advertised. Overall atmosphere was nice with good service. Only complaint was that there were a lot of crumbs still left on the booths when we got seated so we had to clean it ourselves. read more

Didn't even try their food. Walked in and were greeted with " inside or outside?", no "hi", "welcome" or anything remotely welcoming. We said we wanted outside and the hostess led us to one of the tables in the small area out front. There was no one else there, and the table was in the glaring sun, so we asked if we could sit in the outside area in the back which was much nicer. The girl just rolled her eyes and said " fine", with a look and attitude that anyone who's had a 14yo daughter would know. She then turned around and walked us out back, threw the menus on the table, then walked off with a nasty look on her face and without saying another word. We sat down and took a quick look at the menu, but there was nothing that made us want to stay after our initial encounter so we got up and left. When the first few minutes are that bad it's hard to believe it's going to get much better. read more

I have never written a bad review for a restaurant before but feel compelled to do so. I gave one star because our server was friendly. We ordered one Carnivorous pizza, a small Caesar salad, and two glasses of wine. The 'tomato sauce' on the pizza had no flavor or seasoning, the crust was tough, the meat was dry and hard. We both struggled to cut the pizza with a knife. The Caesar salad was flavorless. The food didn't tasted fresh. To put it frankly, the food was mediocre and overpriced. Don't waste your money. There are too many other really good local pizza restaurants. I think the only reason this restaurant is busy is because of its location in University Village, and not its food. We will not be returning. read more
