I stayed at the Element this week for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. I didn't realize the Element and Aloft were connected so I was a bit confused when I arrived the first day. The two hotels share a parking garage and you can access in and out of the parking garage with the hotel key. The parking was $13.62/ day and billed onto my final invoice. Upon entering the hotel, it had a clean and modern look. The staff was friendly and provided me with suggestions of where to eat around the area. I stayed in a king room, which was a tad small but contained everything I was looking for: kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, plates, utensils, and a work desk. I also really appreciated the Brita- filtered water stations located on each floor by the ice. The second floor of the hotel connects to the Aloft Hotel, which has a bar and gym that Element guests can use. The gym is open 24/7 and it was empty when I went around 8pm. It was a fair size with a good variety of cardio and weight equipment. They even had 2 peloton bikes! In the mornings, the Element also serves breakfast on the second floor. They have standard breakfast buffet options such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pastries. Coming here for a work trip, this hotel had everything I was looking for. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Great hotel for weekend stays. Pros: 1. I really like how kind the hotel staff 2. They are give out free toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, shaving cream, pads and anything small you might have forgotten 3. The towels include in the bathroom are plentiful 4. The breakfast has multiple choices and I really loved the yogurt bar 5. Easy for parking and drop off! 6. The pool and rest areas are big and empty Cons 1. The room doesn't have a fan or good a/c 2. The hotel doesn't have any shuttles or many bus stops close by

This was a 4 night stay in February 2020 (right before COVID-19 exploded in Seattle). I am a Marriott Gold member, which I'm not sure does anything. First, location: The Element is located in Redmond but right next to Bellevue so it's close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the Microsoft campus. Atmosphere: What an interesting hotel. The Element and Aloft hotels are two hotels that share one building. It's a little like one side is the upper class and one side is the lower class. At least that's how it seemed to me. There's a part of the floor that is split down the middle and on one side it's Aloft and decorated differently and the other side is Element. What a curious concept. Obviously, I was on the Element side and I recommend it. It seems the lighter, brighter, nicer of the two. The Element side also includes breakfast every morning and happy hour in the evenings. Service: No problems here. Reception personnel were friendly and welcoming. The employees manning the happy hour station were also conversational and welcoming. This is a nice place to stay and I would return.

Working surface. Plenty of room to spread out.

This is a nice hotel! Feels brand new. My room was a Studio Suite, and came with a well equipped kitchen - fridge, freezer, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, everything you would want for an extended stay. Room layout flows well, and the color scheme is neutral and pleasant. The work desk has plenty of room for my laptop and phone, paperwork and coffee. The Element maintains a small fleet of bicycles for guests to use. Normally I'll go on long walks to explore an area and take some excercise. The bikes extended my range, and helped me experience a lot more of the area than I'd have seen just on foot. I had a great stay, and this hotel is on my short list for next time I'm out this way.

Used condom inside of the room! Don't stay here

Hello everyone my name is Santino and I'll just cut it short I've came in town to visit my mom I'll be half of her surgery hoping she could make it so I traveled 3000 miles away exhausted and tired and worrying about my mom so that being said I had a reservation scheduled at the loft the loft side is currently closed so I checked in at the element the lady at the desk that checked me in is amazing she is a angel she also introduced me to her manager name Curtis for any assistance! The room I checked in was on the fourth floor! And as me organizing everything in the room and getting ready for bed and putting my suitcase on the right side of the second bed corner this is the image and what I discovered mind you I'm very exhausted and I'm very jetlagged! I had to discover a used condom! Yes a used condom! The lady downstairs was so shocked and helped me as much as she could by switching me to a new room! On the seventh floor! The next following day the manager checked in and had no condolences over the situation his name is Curtis and all he did was take care of one night? Of $139? And I told him I owned many businesses and I am a family man if you had a daughter if you had a son if you had a wife if you had a husband and they discovered a used condom on the side of the bed what would be your reaction? Would it be normal to you to discover a condom because that's the way you're acting the way you're acting is normal like you see dead condoms every day in your life! You did not tell me I hope your mom makes a recovery I'm sorry for the situation but what you tell me is you'll take care of my one night!? As me being a business owner and as me being a family man I would have to care of anyone that dealt with a uncomfortable situation! For instance I am a restaurant owner! If your food was bad or there was a problem and you didn't like it? I'm going to replace your meal make it better and the next time you walk in dinner will be on me and plus dinner is on me tonight! I'm sorry but all I got was I'll take care of your night! That's basically like if the air-conditioning broke in the room or something happened else you would still say take care of my night ? so I said is that the most thing you could do is not to go over your policy of your own self? As in you or me to say when issues go on at your establishment you'll take care of the night? I think it was fair for this man to give me two nights on the house for my inconvenience to see a dead condom!!!!!! Make sure do not enter disestablishment! Because it is unsanitized and on organized

    brand new!

I first saw this place and Aloft, was kinda confused about the two properties because they had the same address, being Element has breakfast I went with Element(I think it was extra $14). Upon arriving I was lucky enough to find a 3/4 parking spot on the street across and able to squeeze in to avoid their parking fee. I did drive around and there are only about two dozens of parking spots on the street for multiple properties, they should really remove this stupid parking fee(half star deducted). one of the best place I stayed in Seattle, but it's so new there are still some adjustments they need to do, shower door has a gap and doesn't close all the way so water did escape onto the floor. But being said, everything is new and good value for what you paid for, if the blackout blinds could complete blacked out then it would be perfect(see pictures). Breakfast was quiet nice, however the coffee machine was broken just like I expected from previous reviews, hopefully that would be fixed by now(I stayed mid Nov 2017). The only problem I had was to get into the breakfast area, all you need is a key card, or someone who walks you in, or just walk in when people are leaving, since Aloft is the same building, many people could get free breakfast, I saw a large group of international(I won't bring up nationality) students who came in and grabbed a ton of food and not eating them all, one guy grabbed all the meat, and saw one guy who keep using his hand to grabbed muffins and then putting them back, while there was a set of tongs on the tray the entire time, kinda disgusting to watch.(another half star deducted) will I repeat? likely, but I hope management can looking into the above issues and make some adjustments.

    The milky pool.

Ask the Community - Element Seattle Redmond

Is there a hotel shuttle to nearby businesses?

What time is breakfast in the morning? Is it the same time for the weekends?

On the weekdays, our Element Rise breakfast is from 630-930am. On the weekends, the hours change to 7a-10am.

In a studio suite, how much space is there for hanging up clothes? Is there a chest? I will be staying here for 3 months so I would like to guage how much storage I will have for clothes or food. Thanks!

There is a closet with 3 shelves & small chest inside. And there is also 2 shelved storage spaces above the fridge. Volume? Then I would roughly estimate as (2*1*0.5)+(0.5*0.5*0.5) =1.125m^3 :-)

It's right in Redmond Town Center, so everything like shops, restaurants, Marymoor Park is just a walk or short drive away. My room was styled beautifully, with plush five‑star bedding (I wanted this bed for myself!), Nespresso coffee, and cozy Frette bathrobes, my favorite LATHER shampoo. There were daily locally curated treats, a welcome gift of wine, salted caramels, water, and "playful" slippers tucked by the bed. AKB, the hotel bar, is lively and fun crafted cocktails, shareable snacks, a patio, and even shuffleboard. Amenities are strong. There's a 24/7 fitness studio with a Peloton bike, an indoor pool, and a 24/7 market for snacks or last-minute needs. The hotel leans into sustainability in thoughtful ways: EV charging, natural LATHER bath products, and eco‑friendly practices throughout. Service was very sincere and warm!! Felt so special on my bday they even set up a charcuterie board for me. What a sweet surprise. Things to consider:There's a $15 overnight parking fee, which feels a bit steep if you're just dropping in for a short stay. But I think it's worth it if you'd like to keep your car out and away from the public. If you're looking for a boutique stay with character and thoughtful design on Seattle's Eastside, Archer Hotel Redmond is an excellent choice. It's perfect for business travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to slow down and enjoy modern comfort in a walkable, upscale neighborhood. I will be coming back and keeping you in mind when I visit again Archer!!

The location was perfect too with a patio but, unfortunately with the wet & windy weather we didn't go out. We hosted our dad's 85th birthday here December 20, 2025 in the Anderson Ballroom. Matt was so friendly, accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. He gave us menus, options that were clear and answered our questions fast. When we met in person, we knew this was the spot not just for the view and ballroom but, by Matt's personality and smile. Keisha also was great with our block of rooms for our family. It was the 1st time our family was complete in over 10 years so this was really memorable for us. The Christmas decorations, the tree, the centerpieces and the FOOD. Everyone is still raving about how excellent the venue and party was. We checked in for the weekend and were greeted with a smile and ALOHA from Shawn. He always asked if our family needed anything or what he can do to make our stay better. Truly appreciated that. The chai tea latte was a hit. Never had that option at a venue before but it was the perfect touch for the cold weather. The staff during the event were awesome. So friendly, so attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Appreciate you all. Friends were even asking for more information to host a future wedding and event there...I gladly gave them Matt's contact information. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The lobby of the Anderson Ballroom was perfect for our family portraits as well. The location was key to many restaurants, bars within walking distance as well. And, family even hopped on the light rail to do some last minute shopping at Bellevue Square. I can't thank you enough, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond. We will definitely be referring and sharing our experiences with others who are looking for a fantastic venue to create an unforgettable memory to last forever. God Bless You all.8

Giant lobby with a side section with high ceiling and lots of windows - lovely for getting some work done, maybe, on your laptop (as someone was). The event, Women's Day Out, was on the second floor. It was a ticketed event. There were a couple of levels of tickets and you could be a "VIP" and get a swag bag (I was not a VIP lol). After browsing the vendors at the event though I wonder if the swag bag mostly included coupons to use their services vs "free stuff." That was the main offering at the vendor tables - not so much "free stuff" as invites to try out their services at a later date. One spot was doing it "right" imo - was @onceuponaspa. They offered cute stickers for your nails and a cute mini nail file with a card explaining who they were. It was the perfect amount of "freebie" to allow us to witness their work (watching them put on the stickers) and to learn more about them - thus inspiring a return visit. Point is, almost no free samples. Just expected more of those at an event I paid to enter. Most generous offer came from @europeanwaxcenter who gave free eyebrow waxes. Thank you! As for the space, pretty cool for this type of thing, only a tiny bit cramped, would have liked the "vibe"/ambience to be a tad more "spa" - it was pretty business like; the lovely patio was hardly in use; a floral photo op was set very far away from everything else, etc. Also no complimentary refreshments - just water - really?! Ok yes my review has a theme. What I enjoyed was meeting new people, especially artists just starting out trying to make a living from their art. This could be a great networking event for an event organizer, for instance. Lots of great products from local creatives. @catchingfeelings (find them on Etsy!) very creative aesthetic sculpture; #StudioGhibli fans - check it out. @winnie+shine (a must if you have a Frenchie); extremely talented and professional - offered a gift w/ purchase. @revsravishingchocolates gorgeous artisanal custom chocolate for personal and corporate gifting @downtoearthpaper lovely artist saving the world one recycled paper notebook at a time; also stickers. @savialux skincare that smells REALLY GOOD. The hotel is located very conveniently in Redmond not far from the Town Center, and with parking available. Parking was crowded, yet I saw free spaces each time I was in the parking lot, which was great. I would totally stay at this hotel. @ontheeastsideevents @YelpWashington

Quality/Quantity: The hotel itself is clean, nice, and well designed. They offer breakfast with your stay and have really good food. We were impressed at the variety. The one issue we had that resulted in the loss of a star was the mattress of the couch bed. As you'll see in the photos there are several stains which at first grossed me out. My wife reminded me that all mattresses likely have similar stains. However those mattresses are already made so you can't see it so it is out of sight out of mind. Knowing the stains did make me feel a bit uneasy. Easy solution to this would be for the hotel to ensure that the couch bed is already made up so when pulled out no stains are visible. My usual hotel is the Marriott located right alongside however for this work trip, my team voted to stay at the Residence as they wanted a more "extended stay" feel with a kitchenette included in the rooms. They also offer free continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9 (although I never made it down in time) I did hear from my colleagues that it was actually really good! The front desk staff was friendly, room was clean, the only thing that caught me off guard was the $6 Celcius energy drink that I purchased from the little mart downstairs (but I get it, and I was expecting the mark up but, 300% is steep!) Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and yes it's a bit more of homey feel than the Marriott however I think that's the whole point! Also- parking. It's self park, $14 a day (compared to $35 a day at the Marriott which is valet only) Note that there are NO ELECTRIC CHARGERS!!! I had a electric rental and that made it a bit tricky. There is a charger (2 to be exact) inside the parking structure at Redmond Town Center which is about a 5 min walk however, it's only a 50w charger, slower than molasses, and the likelihood of it raining (which it was during my entire stay) makes that 5 min walk a lot longer.
