Staff was really friendly upon check in, I was worried we were late but he assured we were fine We came for the Snow Flake Lane parade viewing; it was $18 per adult and kids are free (it was 2 of us and 2 kids) They had hot cocoa and popcorn on the table, restocking constantly! Great viewing space; there are parts of the balcony that is solid concrete (so only adults are tall enough/ can see) but also balcony area with glass panels so little ones can see the street. We came to Mirra Bellevue to celebrate my cousin's birthday, and it ended up being such a fun night. None of us really knew what to expect, but the AI games were honestly the highlight. We were cracking up, getting competitive, and trying out every game they had. The space itself is clean, bright, and perfect for groups. Staff helped us get started and checked in just enough without hovering. We took so many photos and videos because everything there is so visually cool. Really great place for food. The people playing the VR game seemed to be having a lot of fun also. Service was great, and they took time to check if certain menu items were GF (we were told the potstickers were, as they're made with rice flour). The pizza crust was so perfectly crispy and crunchy, without being too oily and heavy. The sauce had a lot of flavor, and they gave a generous amount of cheese and toppings. The cheese pizza with marinara was better than the veggie pizza with white sauce, imho. As a vegetarian, I'd recommend the plain cheese. It's fantastic. Nice place to hang out and chat. It was pretty empty and quiet when we're there. Nice open space and good lighting. We went for a birthday party and reached early. The receptionist was not welcoming that we reached 15-20 mins early! There was no place to sit. When the games started , the guy giving instructions was not friendly either. This was the first time at Mirra and you do tend to be curious about the headsets etc. The games were predecided, we had no choice on what games we could play or the least prepare our group accordingly. For example, the kids group got a difficult game which would have be easier for the adults. The food was good, the cocktails we're not that great. Very sugary! Over dose of sugar. Visited Mirra for a private work event and had a blast!! Mirra is truly a special gem in Bellevue. It would be a great place to hang out with friends and do something a little more creative and active than just going to a regular bar/restaurant, or hosting your own party. All the games were quick (5-10 mins long) and beginner friendly. So it wasn't too intimidating, and you didn't feel like you were stuck out on the game floor for too long away from your friends. Don't come here if you want you the bartender to give himself an automatic tip. I got a $10 off coupon for this place so I decided to give it a try. Never been here, never even noticed it at the mall. It was a Saturday at around 2:30pm. I sat at the bar and there were bunch of flies in the sink area--kind of disgusting. There was only one other group there before I came in. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla. ($18). It took 30 minutes for it come out. I have a feeling the bartender never put in the order until I asked for updates on the food. The cook came out 5 minutes afterwards and delivered the food to the bar and it was actually pretty simple but good enough. When I tried to pay, the bartender said "oh they must've left the automatic 20% gratuity on the system last night" and set the POS machine to the tips page and walked away... didn't even have an opportunity to decline the automatic 20% tip. At that point, I paid and just left because it had already been 45 minutes just to eat a quesadilla. read more

This was a very awesome VR experience! There is playing VR at home, and then there is this! There are four bays and you compete against each other. Although their website says you need at least four players, I think you only pay for four at a minimum, but the same two people can play continuously. Nonetheless, it is great family fun! The food is decent, something you would expect at a bowling alley or fast food, but the food service is fast and very professional! You play five different games that are chosen by the game master, but you can still request a different games if you want. My family enjoyed their time here and we plan on making this a monthly or quarterly thing. read more

What a fun experience! I was looking for something fun to do for my Daughter's 18th, and this was suggested. I'm glad we came, because everyone had a great time. The space is very nice, and upscale. They offer food and beverages as well, so you can just come and enjoy yourself- no need to get dinner/drinks first. They also have a cute photo set up at the front that includes a 360 video platform. My daughter loved that! The staff are all really helpful and kind. I had a ton of questions on how the process worked, and they helped me pick the right options for our party's needs. Tip: get atleast 2 bays. Only two people can play at a time, and most of the games are team based. So if you only have one bay, you would either be playing with strangers or playing alone with one person from your group. I was under the assumption that the bays were separated and the space was really big, but only one game happens at a time. So you either have a big party that can all play together, or you play with strangers. I would definitely recommend for a party, or even a night out with friends. Mirra is a really cool and fun experience! Staff was super friendly and helped us set up before each game. There's no difference in the bays, everything is in the same room and you might be playing with other people in other bays/groups if they aren't in your party. You get to play 4 games and they're all randomized, usually with a bonus game at the end if time allows. We played red light green light game, an Overcooked-type game, and a hockey game among others. Really fun and hilarious to watch other people from your team play. 2 of the people in your group will play at a time. It's quite the work out and you might get sweaty, but they're good about sanitizing the headsets between each round. Highly recommend for a birthday or team bonding experience. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I'm not sure how long it's been open now, but this weekend was the first time I've gone. The food was ok. I feel like the Asian cuisine was much better than the Mexican food they offer. We didn't play the games they have but, and we hung around until 10pm when the place turns into a nightclub. Beware - Terrible customer service ! The party coordinator/MC at Mirra was extremely rude. Besides not being cordial when responding to simple requests when we got there, he started to get loud when I questioned why another employee was taking videos of my daughter. The employee was taking video to put it up on social media, which I did not want and expressed clearly. The coordinator dismissed it saying I had signed the consent form (I had not). I explained that we have not even read the consent form to which he loudly exclaimed that it was not his fault. Obviously he is a disgruntle employee, who has no customer service skills. I was not interested in talking to a rude nobody, so spoke to his manager, who promptly agreed to not post the videos and even asked the employee to delete it from their phone. Booked online for 1 booth. Easy to book. Arrival: Vibe was super Vegas ultra lounge mixed with rainforest cafe upon entering. We parked in Lincoln Tower closest to bright horizons/chipotle and then just took elevator up to 3rd floor. Mirra was right there across from movie theater. Service and food were amazing especially to 2 picky eater kids. They loved the tacos, pizza, potstickers, and the cookie and donuts for dessert. Unfortunately, I read it wrong before booking that it wasn't just 18 and under allowed with adult, but I missed that YOU MUST be 13 to do the VR. The staff went above and beyond to give the boys an amazing experience and giving a demo. They can't wait to turn 13 so they can come participate. The opening to the experience was so cool just on the screens. I like how for those who don't even have the VR sets on, can still have a fun experience and watch. It was setup like mini games so each round there was something new to play. We saw 3 of the games and each one was unique. During the demo some of it looked familiar as we have a VR set at home like the Beat Saber game but then there were other things added in similar to what looked like Hole in the Wall gameshow. Same with the game with the plank- it looked similar to one of the games we played at home- but then a dragon came out spitting fire and there was a game within that, so it definitely is a completely different and new experience compared to what VR games you might have played before. The last game we saw was like a laser maze challenge you try to avoid the lasers that are coming at you. We never saw the air hockey game but that Im sure will be a popular one. At first glance I thought it might feel like a bowling alley where you are in lanes next to each other but it really was very spread out and each booth had lots of seating and table space. I can see this being very popular for teen birthday parties in Bellevue and definitely a Friday happy hour spot in addition to the new go to for corporate team building off site events. Im curious if they will add in more games in the rotation later on. I think a Baseball homerun derby type one would be super popular just on its own. Hopefully they can eventually also add in some type of experience for younger kids (10+) to get in on the action but I understand the Equipment is pretty pricey and heavy and different from what you can play at home. Would be cool to utilize that space and giant screen though for families who want that luxe ultra lounge experience. Currently , I feel like Im stuck in loud arcades so it was a nice change of pace for me as a parent too to sit and relax with a new place on the eastside. A new venue just opened, recommended by a friend, and it seems like a great spot for everyone. I visited on a quiet Sunday, which I appreciated because the food came out quickly and the staff was more attentive. Plus, there's free parking on Sundays! A few highlights: Interior: The space is modern and energetic, with a big VR screen that looks fun (you need to sign a waiver before using it). I didn't try the game myself, but other customers seemed to enjoy it. Menu: I haven't tried everything yet, but my wife loved their pizza, and she rarely eats pizza, so they're clearly doing something right. I was recommended the sliders, but they were just okay--not something I'd order again. Service: My first experience with the service was good. No complaints about the staff. Came with my friend who booked a session over the Labor Day weekend. I didn't know this place was new until I got there. The atmosphere was nice. Beautiful rainforest on the gigantic screen that looked real and calming. The lighting in the venue and bar was fun but not annoying. It wasn't noisy like the arcades either. After a quick registration, we played a round of games. It was really fun and a good exercise. The game are quite interactive so I still felt part of it, when I'm just cheering for my friends at the table. It was a team play! Very different from the shooter VR games I've played before. I played the rhythm game and the card game. Both very easy to learn and fun to play. The hockey game looked like the most fun but I didn't get to try, so next time! After the game, it was near dinner time, so we decided to try their food. To our surprise the food at this "gaming venue" was solid! The kebab was nicely spiced. garlic shrimp was crunch on the outside, tender inside. Veggie flatbread had very crispy crust and earthy mushroom flavor. The best for me was the quesadilla. It was no boring cheese sandwich rather crispy shell with juicy barbacoa inside (I think it is called barbacoa? lol), finger licking good! The staff said they will keep releasing new games. Heard there was a new VR place in town. Luckily work did too because they booked our holiday party here. I know they're fairly new but who ever thought it was good to book 3 parties and have all new bar staff work the event should probably go back and train their staff. Everything was fine I guess in terms of food and gaming but drinks alone took almost an hour if they even remember. I at one point went to the bar to grab some my coworkers their drinks. Spoke to one of the bartender and she told me they were short a girl and everyone working was new. It was very chaotic and unorganized. I felt bad for them honestly. VR seem fun, I was under the impression that there was more than 1 level to the establishment. The games seem fun but definitely more for younger audience than for a group of adults. Our dentists seem like they were having fun so that's good. Good experience overall. Definitely needs a lot of improvement. read more

I would say it's pretty pricy for an indoor activity but I still had tons of fun! The games were engaging and the staff were professional and friendly ensuring that we were safe and having a good time! If you have a full group of 8, each person is able to play 1 game in sets of 2 for an hour which does go by quickly! Smaller groups would be able to play more often. I know it's new and they are working out the kinks. But for the price we paid for 6 people we should have played more games. The atmosphere, the apps and drinks were all delicious.
