Joanna followed up with me on the bill and it was exactly as Mike explained when we met to see the house.

I have been a patron of this park several times of the past 5 years. I have always had positive…read moreexperiences and enjoyed finding beach front amenities that are always family friendly. Plus- since it is private (versus state/city) you can being beer or wine in if you choose :) This private park on Lake Sammamish is a great alternative to state parks. This pay-to-enter park is maintained at a pristine level, has restrooms, picnic shelters with bbq pits and sinks, and even a concession stand. There is a boat launch, a designated swimming area (life guard during warm weather), and a small play ground for kids. There is a free private parking lot across the street that makes visiting with kids convenient. Designated picnic areas can be rented out for private events- there is also an option to rent out the entire park if needed. If you want to rent an area for a private event- it is best to do it months in advance- this is an extremely popular place. Picnic shelters can include bbq pits, sinks, power outlets, and plenty of garbage cans. Depending on the particular picnic area, there are even amenities like volleyball and beach front seating. Refer to their website for a map.

This review is for the drive-in movie experience…read more The good: The park has a great set up for drive-in movies! Secluded dark area in the back with a huge screen. Very easy to see, and they also do a good job arranging cars by size so no one is in the way and enforcing people who randomly decide to turn their lights on. Real movie theatre popcorn! I had no idea how much I missed this after months and months of not having any. The neutral: Donations go to the nonprofit wing of the park! The not good: Sound is terrible. It's through the radio and the first fifteen minutes of the movie wasn't even working (they did not restart it). I guess you could say it made for a retro drive in movie experience with funny sound. Even with bad sound though this would have been a five star experience - IF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Every single one of the guests wore a mask. Only two employees were - the ones working the concession stand. The other four I saw did not even have a mask around their neck. Sure; they were outside, but come on! It's the law, and you are yelling directions so projecting your voice. I had even asked before if employees would be wearing masks and they said yes - but nope. Why????

Challenging.. just trying to figure out how to make a loop through.. AllTrails kept saying ' No…read moreloop for you!' You can't tell me want to do!! lol Loop was accomplished, despite sone back tracking. Cool brisk morning, for the most part, pretty easy to follow a trail. Till you get to the 90, and bikers galore happens, please tell me why, with a wide trail, some have to get so close?!? Really? Especially on a frosty surface. Anyway... back track, find a way to loop it. Lots of ducks, Stiler Jays, sparrows, and bushtits. Found way around construction to make a loop, cool area where there was a blueberry farm, and the transportation station, about 1/3 of the loop is concrete sidewalk, looking the fencing and concrete walls at the slough, and office buildings encroaching, on environmentally sensitive habitat, reminiscent of sone trails I've taken in the Bay Area, sad to see the environment taking a second priority to big bucks$$ , just saying. Some good views of the slough and downtown Bellevue, during the hike, some other walkers and joggers throughout, only dealt with bikers on the 90 corridor. Without getting on my environmental soapbox, a fun and easy hike, after a work week of clearing and marking trails. Look forward to coming earlier next fall to see salmon on the fish ladder. Lots to see and learn from. Happy hiking and yelping! God bless and cheers!

I have stayed here many times. Solid 4 out of 5 stars…read more Almost all rooms face an indoor courtyard where breakfast is on the 1st floor. You can get custom omelettes. The breakfast is good here. All rooms are suites, so there's the amply sized living room with a desk and chairs, little bar with coffee/tea, small sink and mini fridge, bath and bedroom. The bedrooms have a long bench for putting on shoes and there's a desk/makeup area with a 2nd TV, too. There are desk phones in the living room and bedroom. The TVs don't work well here. They turn themselves off and the screens start to meltdown after a while. Maintenance shrugs and told me they are old TVs, what do I want. It irritates me that I have to pay $17/night to park my car at the hotel I'm staying at. Rooms are generally quiet, occasionally will hear some noisy people walking down the hallway. Front desk has always been friendly and helpful. It's a great location for Bellevue. Easy access to 405.

I am at a point in my life where I am trying to determine which hotel brand to be loyal to…read more Unfortunately it will definitely not be Hilton. After an incident of no running water for two full days at the entire facility the follow up customer service through both hotel management (Jenna) was lacking as well as customer care specifically Advance Purchase. If you have any concerns about your stay I am not confident it will be resolved in an empathetic manner. Jenna kept resisting to refund us our 3 nights stay and rather only the 2 nights when water was not running. Ridiculous. Even though our refund finally happened after checking out 7/26 and finally credited to my cc on 8/13 it took a lot of phone calls, emails, messages to platforms etc. and not only was my husband and I going through this but so were my two other friends. Let me preface there was no running water for two days, no manager reception, no restaurant, no working toilets, no where to wash your hands with soap and water etc. If you have other choices to stay I would say buyer beware and choose the other choice. Bye Hilton we were not even compensated anything in addition to wasting our time to ensure we received our refund.
