I will always remember my wedding day as beautiful and stress free because of the services provided by this business. A Chapel on Swan's Trail is a gorgeous venue with an incredibly helpful staff. The Chapel is over 100 years old and located up high on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the Snohomish valley and downtown Everett. The grounds are gorgeous with lush landscaping and something to see everywhere you look. The best part of the venue, in my opinion, is that it can be held indoor or outdoor. On my wedding day we hoped for an outdoor ceremony but were able to easily move the ceremony indoors once we saw the rain was not giving up. We moved indoor for the ceremony but the rain broke and we were still able to have the reception outdoors. Lynn, the owner of the Chapel, seriously took the weight off of me in helping figure out all of the details in planning and she took lead on the day of. The first time I went to the chapel to meet with Lynn I was overwhelmed and after leaving I felt like things were making sense and everything was under control. Lynn even recommended our pastor, Reuben Sapien, whom everyone loved. She was able to provide all of the linens on site and even provided staff to help throughout the wedding day and (which was huge) a cleanup crew so we did not have to worry about that. If you are searching for a venue, take the time to meet with Lynn and tour the property yourself and you will see the care that goes into planning your day and into the property to make it special.

So it's a hidden gem! This place has amazing large lawns and lots of floral shrubs. Just driving up the lane to the venue gave me butterflies. The owners were very helpful throughout the whole day. They even helped my husband and I get my keys out of my locked car! The father of the groom thanked the owners in his toast so I have a good feeling they were wonderful to work with like he said. As it started to get dark they lit torches (not tacky tiki ones) around the outdoor dining/reception area and have so many other great lighting touches. This has to be one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've seen (and I toured a lot for my wedding a few years ago). I was pregnant at the time so I patiently waited a few months to schedule my appointment for a bridal gown. I went to two other bridal boutiques and Kita Bridal topped them both. The other two places have really good reviews and are well established so I figured they were the best of the best and I must go. Kita however was still on my mind so I decided to make an appointment and boy am I sure glad I did. Kita just has it, there's something so special about her and her boutique. She made me and my girls feel so comfortable and welcomed. I walked in to country music playing because she asked my girls my favorite type of music. She had hot tea and water, a kiosk where you can pull up dresses, your style, your venue, anything. We literally walked outside after our appointment and all said we love her! She doesn't hover over you or make you feel pressured into buying something. She says I'm here as much as you need me so you say the word and she'll be right there to assist you. One really cool thing is she takes the time to sanitize the dresses between each appointment. Kita hands down topped the other two places I went. Like I said she just has the magic touch! I will recommend her over and over. Side note, she's also an event planner! I booked my wedding planner but if I hadn't already, Kita would definitely have been my choice. You can tell she knows her stuff which I think helps even more when helping you find your dream gown. So how much do I love this place? I'm buying two dresses. One for my ceremony and one for my reception. Did I mention you can completely customize any dress in her boutique?! Don't want a long train? No problem. Don't like the straps? No worries.
