To be fair we had a great wedding day, primarily thanks to the bulk of vendors we hired and large amount of family+friends who helped us. Be aware that if you think booking this venue will help you save money, I assure you it might not be the case. Before you book, be aware that... - The venue no longer provides help in the set up of tables and chairs (they did previously) - You must do the set up, tear down and clean-up for your whole event (for full service caterers, they may clean up their portion of the venue use, but otherwise everything else is on you and who you delegate) - Their decor allowances are quite strict (no tape anywhere, no blowing bubbles down the aisle, no fog machines or anything of the like inside and more strict on what you can do outside, etc.) - They made lots of structural changes to their courtyard area, make sure you visit before your wedding as this may change your decor plans (and there are no updates on this type of info) - If you book a Saturday event during wedding season, be warned you will not be able to enter their dressing rooms until after their farmers market has ended--which means you'll need to stay close to the venue or get a hotel/airbnb for you, friends, guests as needed (hair/makeup or showers for folks helping you set up) - During our event, all the mics they made available to us died (once in the middle of the ceremony, once during our thank you speech, once during a toast...) - They also did not set up a projector screen after multiple confirmations with us (only they are allowed to set this up) If I were to do it again, I'd recommend just investing that time and money you'd be spending here on a venue that does more of it all-inclusively. You'll be able to spend more time with family, friends and enjoy yourself more on your wedding day. This is a great venue for smaller parties, keeping decor very simple or larger parties with buffet style dinners.

There are separate bridal and groom suites for getting ready in, a kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave, several bathrooms for guests, and a beautiful garden space. This is such a great option for the budget conscious wedding and we were both very happy with out decision to book our wedding here. The booking staff was very helpful and the on site manager, Chris, was so great to work with. We would highly recommend this location!

Furniture, lighting, tent, bridal suite, sparklers and grooms room all included. But it is all outdoors - so we were lucky to have perfect weather! Tom is so calm, made sure the wedding day was perfect for us, everything went smoothly and he cleared everything for us after! Max 60 people and budget around $20,000 to have a wedding here just FYI, but definitely worth it! Extremely unique venue and hope to come again!

All of the details were thoughtfully chosen and the fields were just so beautiful. As part of getting married there, Tom handles all of the wedding details as the day-of planner, though his role goes so far beyond that. He brings his calm and skill to helping us pick vendors, coordinate details that we would have missed with those vendors, and then ensure the contracts look good. He had a schedule and process for ensuring everything was done by our wedding day, flexible enough to be curated to us. In September, I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue!…read more The ceremony took place on the perfectly green lawn with a lovely man-made pond and fountain in the backdrop. The weather couldn't have been better... sunny but not too hot, so I felt comfortable without any covering over the seating area. There is a cottage several yards away where the bridal party got ready, and it served as the starting point for them to begin their walk down the aisle. One might think that the main road running parallel to the property would be disruptive, but it's not a very busy street, so you don't hear the cars driving by. During cocktail hour, guests were directed to the covered bar area to grab drinks and the venue had set up some lawn games like Jenga and cornhole for additional entertainment during this time. There was plenty of space for socializing and capturing photos. The reception was held in the Grand Barn that also had an outdoor patio area perfect for a buffet line. The large barn doors at both ends helped keep the air flowing and there were 11 tables that comfortably seated all the guests with about nine people per table. On top of this, there was enough space for a small band to set up and play live music. I loved the string lighting that draped down from the ceiling which illuminated the entire barn in a magical glow. Restrooms are in a separate structure out by the lawn, so it is a little walk away from the barn. Each one has two stalls and one sink. I believe both are gender-neutral. They were super clean, air conditioned and well-ventilated. I really admired the property grounds and the serene location away from the bustle of Seattle. From a wedding guest perspective, I would highly recommend Trillium for your big day.

The venue is truly stunning, featuring a fantastic location, a breathtaking fountain in the center of a pond, and ample space for parking and guests. There is a designated cocktail area where our bartender set up, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. The reception space is magnificent, adorned with beautiful lighting and silk draping from the rafters, plus a prep kitchen conveniently located next to the dining area, making it an excellent choice for caterers. One of the key advantages is that the rental spans from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, which alleviated any stress regarding setup and takedown. Additionally, there is an on-site Airbnb included in the package. We booked it for both Thursday and Monday, ensuring the groomsmen never had to leave the premises. This was the best decision we made for the wedding party. There is also a beautiful area for the bride and bridesmaid to get ready complete with their own station with a mirror, emergency items (bobby pins, sewing kits, hair spray, makeup removers, etc.) and outlets for hair essentials. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue. Karissa and Tatijana managed the entire wedding with remarkable professionalism and care. On a day when it hadn't rained for over 25 years (talk about luck!), they skillfully accommodated and rearranged everything that needed attention without ever causing me concern. I am incredibly impressed by both of them; they are friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. If I had more daughters, I would undoubtedly choose this venue again.

I heard that in the past it was buffet style and I'm so glad they don't do that anymore and it's done family style. The benches all over was nice to go and be able to chat with friends or just sit in quiet by yourself. Super comfy beds, slept like a dream.
