Yes, we are local, but we stayed at this hotel because there's no power for few days due to wind storm that hit our area. No power, no heat, so yeah, I can't stand it anymore. So we called the hotel just making sure they have power, I dont trust the online reservation because It didn't tell you they have power or not. We booked for 2nights, but we ended up only stayed for 1 night because our power came back on the next day at noon. Yay. Parking: Valet only. Yes, you have to pay. In and out privileged. We checked in the lobby. The lobby is quiet small for intercontinental we stayed at other states or country. It was kinda slow. We got a $20 dining credit that can be used for coffee but we didn't know till when we checked out. They didn't tell us. The room is very spacious, so does the bathroom. I can live here forever. Perfect view to street to see westin, nordstrom. Plenty of closets and some more closet in the bathroom too. Plenty of amenity to use. There's bar area for extra charge. I love love love the room.

Great in-room coffee and tea bar!!

I travel for work. I'm a lifetime platinum with Marriott. I decided to go with this hotel as the conference I'm attending was here. Honestly, the boogiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved it. From the comfort of the room to the best part, their coffee bar, I've been won over!!! Time are also very quiet. I especially appreciate how the floor of the bed lights up when you get up in the middle of the night. I'll definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for the first time on a Saturday night and had the most wonderful experience! When we arrived around 1am, there were plenty of staff (which seemed odd at that hour, but they mentioned that we needed to clear the valet port because a team was arriving shortly, so there might've been a lot of staff in prep for those check-ins). We did feel a little rushed upon getting our items into the hotel, but once inside, I was in awe of the decor and cleanliness of the space. The receptionist was very kind, walking us to the elevator and informing us that she'd be there until 8am if we needed anything. Once we got to the room, we were even more amazed - there was a lovely display of chocolates and water on the side table! All of the room's amenities were delightful and the toiletries smelled lovely. In the morning, we went to the second floor for their breakfast buffet - we were the only ones there for a while, but the food was great! With a nice view and natural lighting too! When we requested late checkout, they offered for us to extend our checkout until 4pm - which seemed very generous. Even the receptionist at the desk when we checked out, I believe her name tag read Fia, was very hospitable. Service was top tier and provided for a little luxurious getaway from Portland!

Lovely night with a great view

An amazing experience, Nerea was so nice she instantly offered a better room and extend our check out time, engage with our night, outstanding customer service. highly recommended, everyone from the front desk to the valet parking, we're so kind and professional the room was clean with everything in order. We were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn't had a better surprise than a bottle of champagne with few more treats.

A view from the room, downtown Bellevue!

The check in desk and the valet staff were friendly, went above and beyond. The service was flawless, from unloading luggage, making sure that we had everything that we needed from our car. By the time we got checked in and went to the elevator to go to our room, we had an employee who let us in our room and had hung up the clothes and put out luggage in our room and held the room door open for us to enter. Very impressed with everything and I highly recommend!

Twice a year I'll stay in downtown Bellevue and visit a couple of my favorite restaurants. I stayed here in January 2025. Having stayed at other InterContinentals across the world, here are my thoughts: Pros: The hotel is new and is located in downtown Bellevue. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous places to shop. The room was very nicely decorated in a modern design. I immediately noticed a pleasant, clean smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The heating/AC worked well. I like the room cool at night, but warm in the morning. No issues with it at all. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. The person checking us in, Adriana, did so quickly and pointed out places to explore. The concierge, Leanne, was amazing! She had plenty of great restaurant tips, with a few discounts to offer. The manager Ali, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast overall was good. It did offer some options and was quite delicious. Now, the cons....I booked my stay in the InterContinental website. On the day of checking in, I noticed a special on their website. The special, which was about $120 MORE than I originally had booked, offered parking and breakfast for two. I called the hotel (the number listed on Google for the Bellevue location), but was routed to a call service in Asia. When I asked to make the change to take advantage of the offer on their website, I was told it was impossible. I was told the ONLY way to take advantage of the offer was to pay a cancellation fee on my initial booking and then rebook using the offer. Keep in mind, I was trying to give the hotel MORE money than I initially had booked. I ended the phone call quite frustrated. I called a second time, hoping to directly contact the hotel. I again reached a call center in Asia. Why they outsource their calls to Asia is beyond me. Other 4 star hotels in Bellevue, including the Hyatt and Westin, can easily be directly contacted. Same thing when I called the second time...they said making a change (ie spending more money) was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. They put me in touch with someone in Bellevue, but the phone connection was terrible. There was a delay on the phone with an echo. I asked to speak to someone else. I was connected to a manager named Ali. She was very understanding and apologetic and told me the change could be made, without penalty. I asked her if she could book it for me, but she said it needed to be booked online. By this point, I was frustrated and ready to book at the Westin, which I'd stayed at a few times before. After getting off the phone with Ali, I decided to try and book the special offer online. I did without any complications. Ali did call me back a few minutes later saying she also could book it for me. Altogether, it took me 74 minutes to change this reservation. Had I simply been able to call the Bellevue location directly, it probably could have been done in 5 minutes. Outsourcing calls to Asia? Why? The hotel has no pool and no spa. The other comparable hotels in downtown offer those. This is the first InterContinental I've stayed at that did not have ANY high-end hotel amenities. The restaurant upstairs was only open for breakfast. Again, for a hotel of this caliber, the restaurant should have been open. They did have a small bar in the lobby (lobby area is very small), but seating is just a few feet away from the check in area, making it awkward to sit there and relax. When I booked the room, I upgraded to a King Premium View Room. Though the room was very nice, it had no view, except into the QFC parking lot across the street. At the nearby Hyatt and Westin, our rooms had great views of downtown. While the breakfast was good, for $45/person I expected more. Intercontinental locations I've been at in Dubai, Singapore and Beijing have baristas and an egg chef providing fresh omelets, etc, along with a much wider range of options.

A special shoutout to Hsing Wei, who helped me during check-in where he was incredibly professional and accommodating, found me an early check-in, and also secured a room that matched my preference, which was greatly appreciated after travel. From an events perspective, this hotel is exceptionally well equipped. The large ballrooms are expansive and impressive, and the smaller meeting rooms are equally well laid out and more than well equipped to comfortably host all of our meetings, breakout sessions, and large group sessions. Everything felt organized, polished, and designed with business needs in mind. The guest rooms were very well put together clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Hyatt Regency, making the stay comfortable and seamless throughout the week. The gym deserves a special mention as it was very well equipped (though you had to get through a series of turns and steps to get to it). It definitely got plenty of use by yours truly throughout the stay and made it easy to keep up with workouts even with a packed schedule. Location-wise, this hotel is a big win. Being within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, social spots, and event venues made it incredibly convenient and added a lot of flexibility to the evenings after meetings wrapped up. Overall, Hyatt Regency Bellevue delivers on service, facilities, comfort, and location. Whether you're visiting for a corporate event, a business trip, or even a leisure stay, this property checks all the boxes. Absolute recommendation, and I'd happily stay here again.

Loved that it is a pet friendly property too. Our little pooch is quiet and well behaved and made a lot of friends during our stay. Nice having 13 Coins downstairs as it's always a solid choice. Very handy to just pop out of the elevator and head to a nice restaurant. If you feel like dim sum - just head over the skybridge to Din Tai Fung. Love that option too. Definitely recommended. Only slight disappointment was no spa/hot tub on the workout floor. Good stuff.

Pros: - Super convenient and walkable location, really close to restaurants, dessert places, and parks - Awesome room with modern, and calming with muted colors and recessed lighting. - Nicely lit restroom with rainfall + hand-held shower heads, nice water pressure. Plenty of space near the sink to lay out all your toiletries :) - the bed was more on the firm side (yes!!!) and the sheets were silky and comfortable -- super nice settling in for the night ^_^ - In room fridge and safe - 24/7 clean and basic gym - Coffee in the lobby (and occasionally, cookies!). Lobby is also nice to sit in if waiting to check in or for people - Friendly staff! - Bag check: I like how they store your bags right behind the front desk instead of in a room somewhere else. It felt safer / nice to see my bags (and pastries!), haha~ Cons: - Tiny bottle of lotion, would be nice to have a full size one to reduce waste as well - view from the room wasn't great with nearby construction, but that's not really their fault! - the fridge was cold but think it was de-icing, as it had icicles at the top and there were big drops of water on whatever I put in the fridge - the valet area always seemed disorganized with cars parked at weird angles and the street being closed too. Hard for cars to get in and out - if anyone has some problems walking, the entrance is near an uphill slope so might be hard to get up / down Overall, loved my stay and wished I stayed longer! I'll be looking for AC hotels in other cities, hopefully they'll be just as nice!

The Hyatt was booked and the rest of my colleagues chose to stay here. Not sure if they jacked up the prices because of some local event, but this hotel was definitely not worth the $400+ per night rate that was on the final bill. The lobby and amenities are underwhelming. The room itself was very minimalistic. The HVAC unit was very loud, it would wake me up when it kicked on. There was no chair for the desk area. The power charging cords provided were not working. The reservoir on the toilet would not fill properly, had to manually add water. The seal on the shower was not good which lead to water leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Check in and check out through the app and the digital key were really the only positives about the stay. I would definitely not stay here if I was on a personal trip.

The bar area was messy, and the bartender was openly rude and dismissive. When I asked if food was available, I was told the chef was "really frustrated," but that I could order if I wanted to -- which already felt uncomfortable. I tried to keep things simple and asked if fries would be easy. He said yes. When I later followed up, he claimed my friend had said no to the fries (which she did not), and then referred to her as a "Debbie Downer," despite her being calm and polite the entire time. The comment was unprofessional and unnecessary. It also became clear this wasn't an isolated issue. Nearby patrons were visibly frustrated and commented on the bartender's attitude. One guest mentioned she had been waiting over an hour and a half for her burger. This experience really took away from what should have been a relaxing stay and fell far below the standard I expect from a Hilton. I hope management addresses the service issues at the bar, as this could easily be avoided with better training and oversight.
