Great experience with the family! We stayed after Christmas for pre-New Year. For an older hotel-- it's still charming, clean, and not busy at all (maybe the time that we checked in was not peak). To me, the rooms are more spacious and have that cozier feel. Some new and modern hotels can feel "sterile" to me. Their pool is sadly outdoors only-- so it was close for the season.

You're literally paying for the name at this hotel. when you walk into the room, you're met with stale air and the ghost from hotel California. Although they claim to be undergoing renovations, it appears to be focused on the key entry and less on the outdated rooms and brown carpet. The carpets- the room felt so dirty that we bought socks to specifically wear while walking around in this room. We even slept with the door open to keep the air circulating. Bonus points for the bug in our bed- which then lead to us being fully covered in bed because we we're terrified we had bed bugs.

I found this hotel for half price using Vio and I'm very pleased. It's clean, beautiful when you walk in, very big rooms, pool, near the mall. IF I paid full price, I would say the rooms need an update. They are dated but have huge wall length desks, great business rooms. Staff: the woman who checked us in was wonderful, she needs a bonus. Very nice amenities including in room coffee maker and mini fridge.

Affordable place in Bellevue, near their downtown district and shopping areas. Train right across for commute. Found this deal on Priceline and wanted to come explore Bellevue. Being a Hilton brand, we were expecting more in quality than this place was able to deliver. Service was great, we were able to be accommodated and checked in early. The place was a bit confusing as the Hilton name was not on the front of the building and we had missed the lateral view where logo was printed. Room was great! Spacious with tons of seating and sleeping. Ample closet and cabinet space for unpacking. Some challenges that presented during our stay: 1. The air conditioner seemed to malfunction quite a bit. We came in to a hot room (80s), lowered it to 72, walked away and when we came back, the thermostat seemed to be off. When attempted to turn it back on, the power seemed to malfunction and it kept turning off on its own. We experienced this as we slept thru the night and the room was hot. 2. The shower and closet both had a mold smell. 3. Toilet was too small and felt like you were seating on the ground. 4. Balcony view was nothing but a view to the garage, nothing impressive 5. At 930am, house keeping knocks on our door asking what time we were planning to leave?! This made us feel rushed even though check out time was at 11am. Overall we had an ok experience but don't think we will be coming back to this specific location.

Pro's: -Full-Size kitchen - Loved this! -Bed was comfortable -Pillows were super comfortable (Thought about buying one lol) -Juliette (Ability to walk out on it) Balcony! -Decor was all stylish (Contemporary and Artsy) -Quiet stay / sleep (Except our Heat / AC was completely broken, making a lousy / poor night's sleep) -Hardwood (Fake) floors (Better than carpet!) -Have airport rental ($30 one-way to the airport) -FREE Electric Shuttle ride around the city :) -Hotel room was clean -Stylish tasteful decor (Contemporary) -Tall hotel (10 floors!) so nice views (of the city or highway - depending on which side you get) -Shampoo & bath gel smelled good. -Church service going on in the building! African Preacher - Very Unique! LOVE HIM! -Tasteful Hotel (Artistic and warm & inviting / romantic) Con's: -Bathroom sink clogged, making it difficult to brush teeth, and repulsive -Missing the 2nd chair advertised so Partner and I could NOT eat Together -Condition was OUT / NO Conditioner -Heat / AC unit was broken (Even AFTER the "maintenance" man claimed to have 'fixed' it) -Bed was supposed to be a KING SIZE, but appeared to be a double / full size -Telephone did NOT work / was completely broken (Even AFTER Maintenance came and claimed they could NOT fix it), so we could NOT order food / room service, etc. using it, etc. -Washer and dryer smelled heavily like mildew -Washer and dryer were EXTREMELY loud -Breakfast NOT included -Breakfast $$$$$ ($20/per person) -Handicap parking cost $28/night -Train station literally RIGHT across the street (LOUD) -Vending Machine $$$$$$ - Peanut M&M's were around $7 USD? -Tiny travel-size toothbrush cost $6.50 USD -Super SLIPPERY entrance to the hotel BOTH days (Wet / slippery with their cleaner?) (Unsafe) -Water heater was WAYYYY too hot - Burnt myself MULTIPLE times both in the shower AND bathroom sink (Which was COMPLETELY plugged / stopped up) -Maid's did NOT give us new towels so we had ZERO towels second day (Could NOT shower because of this AND because our room phone was completely BROKEN - Maintance could NOT fix it) -Bathroom smelled moldy. -Bathroom door was super beat up / wood chipped & splintered at the bottom, etc. -Could not shower (See Above) -Could NOT sleep (See Above)

We visited the Hilton for a State PTA conference. The hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. I personally purchased two rooms that were joined. We were charged $50 more for one room because we had 3 people in it vs 2 in the other. I normally wouldn't mind this but there is nothing extra to validate that fee. There is no free breakfast, the two rooms were the exact same- so that was a small put off. We did have an air conditioning issue, but the hotel staff took care of that very quickly. Overall I would stay here again!

Gross and old hotel. Rooms outdated and just old. I wouldn't come back, the breakfast isn't good and gym is old.

My room smelled like a smoker had used it. The whole place feels dated but lightly refurbished. Never my first option

Clean but really tiny room for the price. Charge way too much. Friendly staff and yummy cookies but breakfast pastries were not good.

Gorgeous new place on the block!!…read more Stunning new event space right in south lake union/ downtown with sweeping lake union views. Views alone were worth a trip or 4!! Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. I wouldn't mind coming here for a photoshoot: hello contents!!Or just a fun anything event.Did I mention the views?? Ahh the possibilities!!!

A pretty venue for a small wedding. Two things I did not like:…read more1) they only let you have a rehearsal for an hour between 9 to 4 weekdays which meant anyone working normal business hours or coming from out of town could not make it. 2) Joanna interrupted me during the reception to go over the credit she was giving me. We had scheduled an hour at the end of our rental for clean up (which was plenty of time since we did not serve food) so I don't know why she felt the need to interrupt me during a busy hectic time for something like that.

My husband and I got married here in June of this year and we were so happy with our venue choice…read more Robinswood is a lovely space, it seems sort of rustic, but we were able to design our wedding to be anything but rustic. The highlight of working with this venue is Joanna. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming and focused on creating the event you want. She was available all the time and always answered emails and phone calls promptly. She is flexible and happy to meet and show you around and walk the grounds with you. She also suggested my amazing planner, Julia Pavlovski of Wedding Wise Seattle, and for that I am forever grateful (sorry, shameless plug, but it really was such a great recommendation). When I arrived to Robinswood on the day of, overwhelmed by everything that was going wrong (sooooo many things went wrong) Joanna saw me and gave me a giant hug and it really reassured me that she and the team were going to make sure everything in their power went perfect. And they did. The space is intimate. They say that they can fit over 200 people, but I wouldn't suggest it for over 100-125 as I feel you'd be quite cramped. We wanted an outdoor wedding and as it rained (even though the forecast was only 10% chance!!) on our big day, having the log cabin and awnings was a great relief for ourselves and our guests while the teams were prepping the reception area. The grounds are unique. I am actually a huge fan of the flow from ceremony garden area to cocktail/dancing area to reception area. It kept everyone organized and in one place. Additionally, their staff for day of is really great. We got compliments about the bartender and serving staff. I would say the things to be aware of is a lack of flexibility on their policies. Their policies are their policies and there isn't wiggle room, so if you were hoping to work with a specific caterer who isn't on their list, or serve liquor, or do a sparkler send off, etc be prepared to nix those ideas. In a way, it actually does make it easier for a bride to make decisions by narrowing down the options (trust me future brides, a million options is not always a good thing), but for people who have a very very specific idea in mind, talk to Joanna about those specific ideas before signing your contract to ensure detail you have in mind is allowed. Over all, we are very happy with Robinswood House. It was great for our perfectly imperfect day!

Very easy to see, and they also do a good job arranging cars by size so no one is in the way and enforcing people who randomly decide to turn their lights on. Real movie theatre popcorn! I had no idea how much I missed this after months and months of not having any. The neutral: Donations go to the nonprofit wing of the park! The not good: Sound is terrible. It's through the radio and the first fifteen minutes of the movie wasn't even working (they did not restart it). I guess you could say it made for a retro drive in movie experience with funny sound. Even with bad sound though this would have been a five star experience - IF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Every single one of the guests wore a mask. Only two employees were - the ones working the concession stand. The other four I saw did not even have a mask around their neck. Sure; they were outside, but come on! It's the law, and you are yelling directions so projecting your voice. I had even asked before if employees would be wearing masks and they said yes - but nope. Why????
