The W Bellevue was my one night staycation that I truly appreciated. Located in Lincoln Tower it is amazingly convenient. I loved the fact that I felt I had all the perks of being in the mall but also feeling separate from it. For the event that we attended it was super convenient and I couldn't have asked for better. The hotel is modern and chic. It embraced the industrial feel with the unfinished walls and floor, a bit of a pop deco feel with the silver bubble headrest and the uneven stacked vanity. It is cool. The room we were in was an ADA room which no idea how that happened but whatever. One thing that caught my attention in this ADA room was the shower. It was an open shower - no door and no curb so easy for a walker or a wheelchair to get into the space. Downside was the slope wasn't done efficiently so water went beyond the shower area. It was a bit wet. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I was very happy here!

We stayed here for 2 nights on Friday April 18 and Saturday April 19 2025. We flew from Montreal, Canada for a quick weekend trip. Loved the central location, close to everything and downtown. Best part is being connected to so many restaurants and the large Bellevue Square mall, all shops can be accessed indoors through connecting skywalks. There is so much to do within just a few steps it can be overwhelming. There is paid valet parking ($47), otherwise free self serve parking underground on weekends. The hotel itself is super modern, slick, stylish and vibrant. The lobby area and bar transforms into a nightclub basically over night but if you are staying on the upper floors you will not hear a thing. We had some trouble checking in, as our reservation was initially booked by someone else and the staff had to keep us waiting for quite a while before we could get to our room. They offered free water bottles while we waited then we got coupons for free drinks at the bar along with a food coupon if we wanted to eat at one of the restaurants. We were on the 7th floor in room 731. It has 2 queen size beds, a large couch area you can lay on close to the window and huge bathroom with enormous glass shower. The toilet is in a separate closed room. I loved how open concept the design was, you can shower with the doors open in full view or choose to use the sliding doors for more privacy. The amenities provided were top notch luxury - there is a bottle of face wash, body lotion and bar soap at the sink. Then in the shower, you have "Davines Momo" shampoo, conditionner and shower gel. All products were new and fully restocked, you get full bottles of products, nothing half empty or previously used. There is a card in the room stating you can take a bottle home for a fee of $45 or buy these online. In terms of comfort, bedding, mattress and pillows were very comfortable and I am usually difficult in this department since I suffer from back issues. Only complaint is the light switches which work on sensors, we had a hard time figuring this out and particularly the toilet area had a sensor where the light always came on whenever we walked in. We asked the front desk about this and they even sent a mechanical guy/engineer to assist but they could not disable the sensor or change it. His suggestion, which I had already tried, was to cover the light panel with a piece of tape or paper. We tried this, but to no avail, whenever we used the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light would still turn on. This is blinding and a real disturbance. It can be hard to fall back asleep when this happens, and bothersome to other people in the room too. I am wondering if there was another sensor in the ceiling or elsewhere, we just could not disable it. If anyone is reading this working at W or Mariott, please please come up with an alternative or fix. It is a real pain to have lights going on and off when you don't want them to.

As far as upscale hotels go, the W delivers with incredible views, fabulous dining options, vibrant decor, and upbeat atmosphere. Our room for our special occasion, the Extreme WOW Suite, was frankly badass! But, the value and cost didn't align. It was abundantly clear that room service cut corners. There was a white tray in between the two bathroom sinks in the main bathroom, that holds the hair dryer and any toiletries you want, that wasn't clean. There were hair shavings and goop in the corners. Seems like a white tray would be an easy win, so it made me wonder what else wasn't clean. Naturally, my eyes went to the bathroom corners, which also had some hairs and lingering dust. There was a long black hair in the towel that hung on the shower door. And then there was the shower. The shower grout was laden with mold. A few bleach applications would have cleaned it right up, but there it was, where I was meant to feel my cleanest. There was also this mysterious coffee pod that hung out in the hallway there entire time. I called him my little espress-h-o-mie. So, all-in-all I felt a little ripped off. Bit of a bummer.

This was my first trip to Washington and the W Bellevue first impression did not disappoint! The woman who checked us in was so friendly and accommodating. She told us she gave us a room with a beautiful room and she wasn't exaggerating- you could see the Seattle skyline in the distance! The room was clean and comfortable. The oversized shower felt luxurious and modern. I was able to use the mini fridge for my medication which was helpful. Overall a great location, close to lots of places to shop and eat. There's a nice park about a block over from the hotel. I felt very safe walking around by myself in the area.

We stayed here on NYE and loved the room, the location, and the ease of check-in and check-out. I've passed this hotel a million times in Bellevue and always wondered what it looked like inside but since I live 45 mins away why would I ever need to stay in this hotel? The husband of mine planned the perfect NYE celebration with tickets to Ascends party and a night at this hotel which was just an elevator ride away making getting to bed after the party so so easy. Check-in was fast and we got a bonus upgrade which always puts you in a good mood. Our room was amazing with a killer view of Seattle, the most incredible feature shower, great smelling toiletries, and a comfy bed. We had a mini fridge, safe, and espresso maker, just wish they had tea in the room also. This hotel is conveniently located in the mall so you can access tons of places to eat and shop. Right in the hotel they have a restaurant and lounge we didn't try but we did enjoy the cocktail bar Civility and Unrest. There was also a Safeway walking distance for anything you've forgotten and the parking in the underground lot was complimentary. Check-out was easy and accomplished online. Definitely was pleased with our stay and will return next time we're to stay overnight in Bellevue.

PLEASE READ SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS (or anyone really - it applies to all). On March 10th I was checking into the hotel around 11:25pm. By 11:35 I was texting my friend frantically about how I was undressed in my room when a man attempted to get into my room twice & while I had called the front desk, they had me on hold. That is the very short version of the events, and I'd like all to know this before I go into further details that you may want to skip out on. Again, I checked in pretty late into the night, I flew in from the east coast & I was tired. When I came in, the only person in the lobby was the concierge and a security guard, it was dead. When I was in the process of checking in there were 2 men who I assume were Guest of the hotel come and ask for directions on how to leave to street level. The concierge instructed them & they went on their way. I finished the check in process and spoke to the concierge for a few minutes, she was very friendly - I observed no one else before I left the lobby. I got in the elevator and went to my room, first thing I did was close the window blinds since I was advised there would be window cleaning through out the week. Then I started to undress to get into the shower. Already undressed I suddenly hear the unlocking sound of the door from when someone taps their card. The door goes to fling open but I had placed the latch on and that prevented this man from fully gaining access to my room. I ran to the door and pushed it back close. I'm in utter shock naked against the door and the only thing I can verbalize loudly is WTF. Then I hear it again, the tap of the card against the door and the room door unlocking. The man attempted yet again to get in and since I am already at the door I am able to shut it quicker. I stay there for a little bit to see if there is a third attempt. When I no longer hear anything, I run to cover myself up and call down to the front desk. Now the same concierge who checked me in answers the phone and the first thing she is asks is to put me on hold, I ask her to please not put me on hold because someone just tried getting into my room & she says ok but still put me on hold. This is now 11:35... all of 10 minutes since checking in. She comes back on the line a few minutes later and tells me they would investigate but it appeared to be an error from a mobile key I was given. I still don't know what that means since I was never given a mobile key. I had a physical key that was just given to my at check in. She ask for a few minutes to continue investigating & that she will call me back. As I still sat there in shock I asked myself how is it possible that in the middle of the night when there are no guest in the lobby or a rush of people checking in that they give 2 people the same room and keys back to back. My senses told me this was not a mistake and it felt very intentional. If I were already in bed or in the shower this could have gone very wrong quickly. But I had the response time needed for that not to happen. I started to gather my stuff up to leave since I no longer felt safe. The concierge calls back up and offers apologies and to move me to another room. I tell her I am just going to leave & so I left. The next morning I call Marriot and explain the event that occurred and they opened a case detailing the events & sent it over to the GM. By late morning the GM, Irina Samarina, emails me offering me a cookie cutter corporate apology. That was to be expected. But then she disrespected the whole experience and negligence in her operations by offering a very special complimentary 1night stay at her hotel. let me get this straight - I had a 4 night stay booked at the W & left in less than 30 mins due to this event BUT YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO COME BACK FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. The stupidity and disrespect of this line is overwhelming. If I wanted any sort of freebie I would have stayed and asked for the full 4 nights to be comped, not rush out of there. Needless to say I rejected the offer. If you made it this far please reconsider staying at this W.

Service. Response time. Above and beyond. I haven't even gotten to the en-suite yet. Vinyl spinning. Beverages and snacks are stocked. Love the colors. The pictures and mural. Lots of feelings and emotion. The eastern exposure. Quiet. Feels like an uptown loft. Modern. Clean lines. Tastefully chic. It's like the vinyl was procured just for us. 10/10. Namastay!

Dirty laundry from previous whoever. Underwear n sock... disgusting

What a.. last thing I was expecting is dirty underwear n socks in the laundry box. Ur famous whatever/whenever service had no one picking up after calling three times I turned to Concierge for them to send someone. Now it has been over 20minutes, no one is here, and Im just waiting. We paid for $1000 for two connecting room for the night and really it's not worth it.

Attended a business meeting here. The hotel is very nice, super clean and modern. It is also conveniently connected to a mall with some nice restaurants nearby. They have a little library by the check in area which is cool but their unisex (and the only) bathroom by the front lobby can be confusing at first to people used to separate ones.

Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. The highlight of working with this venue is Joanna. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming and focused on creating the event you want. She was available all the time and always answered emails and phone calls promptly. She is flexible and happy to meet and show you around and walk the grounds with you. She also suggested my amazing planner, Julia Pavlovski of Wedding Wise Seattle, and for that I am forever grateful (sorry, shameless plug, but it really was such a great recommendation). When I arrived to Robinswood on the day of, overwhelmed by everything that was going wrong (sooooo many things went wrong) Joanna saw me and gave me a giant hug and it really reassured me that she and the team were going to make sure everything in their power went perfect. And they did. The space is intimate. They say that they can fit over 200 people, but I wouldn't suggest it for over 100-125 as I feel you'd be quite cramped. We wanted an outdoor wedding and as it rained (even though the forecast was only 10% chance!!) on our big day, having the log cabin and awnings was a great relief for ourselves and our guests while the teams were prepping the reception area. The grounds are unique. I am actually a huge fan of the flow from ceremony garden area to cocktail/dancing area to reception area. It kept everyone organized and in one place. Additionally, their staff for day of is really great. We got compliments about the bartender and serving staff. I would say the things to be aware of is a lack of flexibility on their policies. Their policies are their policies and there isn't wiggle room, so if you were hoping to work with a specific caterer who isn't on their list, or serve liquor, or do a sparkler send off, etc be prepared to nix those ideas. In a way, it actually does make it easier for a bride to make decisions by narrowing down the options (trust me future brides, a million options is not always a good thing), but for people who have a very very specific idea in mind, talk to Joanna about those specific ideas before signing your contract to ensure detail you have in mind is allowed. Over all, we are very happy with Robinswood House. It was great for our perfectly imperfect day!
