5 Stars ALL-AROUND from Check-In (with Shawn & Kelly) to our father's 85th Birthday Celebration with catering manager, Matt S and Keisha. The location was perfect too with a patio but, unfortunately with the wet & windy weather we didn't go out. We hosted our dad's 85th birthday here December 20, 2025 in the Anderson Ballroom. Matt was so friendly, accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. He gave us menus, options that were clear and answered our questions fast. When we met in person, we knew this was the spot not just for the view and ballroom but, by Matt's personality and smile. Keisha also was great with our block of rooms for our family. It was the 1st time our family was complete in over 10 years so this was really memorable for us. The Christmas decorations, the tree, the centerpieces and the FOOD. Everyone is still raving about how excellent the venue and party was. We checked in for the weekend and were greeted with a smile and ALOHA from Shawn. He always asked if our family needed anything or what he can do to make our stay better. Truly appreciated that. The chai tea latte was a hit. Never had that option at a venue before but it was the perfect touch for the cold weather. The staff during the event were awesome. So friendly, so attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Appreciate you all. Friends were even asking for more information to host a future wedding and event there...I gladly gave them Matt's contact information. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The lobby of the Anderson Ballroom was perfect for our family portraits as well. The location was key to many restaurants, bars within walking distance as well. And, family even hopped on the light rail to do some last minute shopping at Bellevue Square. I can't thank you enough, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond. Came here to attend an event - Women's Day Out - so can only speak to the space in general. Smiley faces at reception, for sure. Giant lobby with a side section with high ceiling and lots of windows - lovely for getting some work done, maybe, on your laptop (as someone was). The event, Women's Day Out, was on the second floor. It was a ticketed event. There were a couple of levels of tickets and you could be a "VIP" and get a swag bag (I was not a VIP lol). After browsing the vendors at the event though I wonder if the swag bag mostly included coupons to use their services vs "free stuff." That was the main offering at the vendor tables - not so much "free stuff" as invites to try out their services at a later date. One spot was doing it "right" imo - was @onceuponaspa. They offered cute stickers for your nails and a cute mini nail file with a card explaining who they were. It was the perfect amount of "freebie" to allow us to witness their work (watching them put on the stickers) and to learn more about them - thus inspiring a return visit. Point is, almost no free samples. Just expected more of those at an event I paid to enter. Most generous offer came from @europeanwaxcenter who gave free eyebrow waxes. Thank you! As for the space, pretty cool for this type of thing, only a tiny bit cramped, would have liked the "vibe"/ambience to be a tad more "spa" - it was pretty business like; the lovely patio was hardly in use; a floral photo op was set very far away from everything else, etc. Also no complimentary refreshments - just water - really?! Ok yes my review has a theme. What I enjoyed was meeting new people, especially artists just starting out trying to make a living from their art. This could be a great networking event for an event organizer, for instance. Lots of great products from local creatives. @catchingfeelings (find them on Etsy!) very creative aesthetic sculpture; #StudioGhibli fans - check it out. @winnie+shine (a must if you have a Frenchie); extremely talented and professional - offered a gift w/ purchase. @revsravishingchocolates gorgeous artisanal custom chocolate for personal and corporate gifting @downtoearthpaper lovely artist saving the world one recycled paper notebook at a time; also stickers. @savialux skincare that smells REALLY GOOD. The hotel is located very conveniently in Redmond not far from the Town Center, and with parking available. The Hilton Garden Inn Redmond was hosting a Yelp Elite event for women with women vendors and small businesses that are local. I attended with at least 200 other women that I saw during my 2 hours there. Truly excellent vendors offering everything from direct services to jewelry and opportunities to purchase clothing directly from designers and get to know nonprofits that are working with pregnant families, children, mental health, etc. A wonderful gathering of vendors that would be important to know about. The phone service when I called at 7:30 in the morning was answered by Shawn who seemed to be the front desk manager -- his hospitality and warmth radiated with everyone he interacted with. He directed me upstairs and I had opportunity to see the meeting spaces including the outdoor spaces that were so comfortable and spacious. It was an excellent summer day so the breeze was perfect and the space above the street seemed idyllic. The waiting areas were abundant and very comfortable. Seating was not tight and the floor ceiling windows allowed for ample light and a sense of having a view of everything going on around us. Though I didn't see any of the rooms I appreciated the clean and comfortable hospitable spaces that included wall fireplaces that I imagine coming in quite handy on grayer days when it's raining outside. They also had complementary parking which was wonderful coming from Seattle. read more

Easy check in even though I arrived early. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming me each time I arrived and acknowledging each time I left. The hotel was clean and easily walkable to many bars, restaurants, and shops. Mark at the restaurant/bar was extremely fun and friendly. It seemed that many of the employees were relatively new based on talking with them. The gym is one of the largest I've seen in a non-resort property and I had it to myself most mornings. I did have to ask for a correction on my parking charges on the final bill as I only had a car one night but luckily I noticed before leaving so they took care of it right away. read more

The rates are okay. The restaurant is good. If you're from a major city and notice the way employees are helpful or not expect the rest of the city and state to be the same. No smiles no energy just doing their job which is fine, just nothing extra. Place is clean. read more

I stayed here October 2023. My comments were shared with the front desk at checkout. The bed was comfortable. The pillows are the flattest I recall having. Even with two piled on top of each other, my head was on the mattress. The room is DARK. There are no overhead lights in the room. At 10 am, I shouldn't feel like it's 2 am. The front desk told me if I stayed there again, I could order a lamp. The room has a floor lamp, reading lights on either side of the bed along with lamps, a small penlight on the desk and overhead lights by the door. You may be able to tell from my photos that all the lights were on, it was the morning and see how dark it was. No free breakfast. They charge for parking but upon checkout, realized that due to my employer, it is to be free and corrected that. There are snacks next to and behind the front desk. $5 for 1 ice cream bar, ouch. It's convenient to scan anything you want and have it added to your bill. There is a small parking lot, however, they also have an underground garage with access after you receive your hotel key. The hotel seems on the new side. It is really clean and well taken care of. I had to inform the front desk that someone threw up in the elevator though. Decent toiletries. Good towels. Shower is in the dark - no light there. There is a makeup light in the bath mirror. read more

Rooms are one thing. The lobby is incredibly creepy. I couldn't and don't want to discern whether those are guests or not. From a location standpoint, you might think it's idyllic in possibility. It's an upper-middle-class city, very walkable, lots of interesting little restaurants, a large town courtyard, and close to many large corporation headquarters. It's not idyllic here. read more

Excellent stay here for a week in Redmond, July 2021. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Be it a spacious room at the top floor overlooking all of Redmond, to the wonderful hospitality of Fork N Spoke restaurant, to the ease of use underground parking lot ($15/day), and the massive fitness center within the interior and Anderson Park adjacent to the hotel. The property seems to be new- at least 1-3 years old at least. It has that chiqueness to it, as well as nouveau ambiance that makes you say "Yeah, I'm in a town full of money." Given what the hotel offers with room comfort, quietness, and excellent customer service- what's not to love. Breakfast at Fork N Spoke isn't free, yet HGI does give guests a $10 credit for breakfast each day (the new thing that Hilton is doing). The large parks & rec area of Redmond are within easy walking distance (I certainly walk/ran all of it), as is the Town Center. Well worth the $$$. You're welcome. read more

*UPDATE- We left after our first night and switched to Hampton Inn. We absolutely loved that we switched. They have hot breakfast open, pool open and are super helpful! And they only charge an extra $50 per stay instead of night. * It's our first night staying here. There is a sign saying they are short staffed. Our room wasn't cleaned well but we will buy cleaning products and clean it ourselves. The amenities are still shut down. I love Hilton hotels, but this is my first garden stay. 3/5 due to high prices ($50/night on top of room fee) with little or no amenities and unclean bathroom. read more

Construction defintely cut corners. Walls and floors have no sound insulation so you'll hear everything your neighbors are up to and upstairs walking will amplify. Instead of a bathroom door they use a sliding panel that has a large gap between the rail and the opening, so there is no privacy. Parking spots outside are tiny but the parking garage below has a lot of space. Staff were very friendly and overall the rooms were clean but the housekeeping service only runs every other day so you can easily run out of tissue or fill the tiny trash bins up. Hard to recommend overall. read more

I just enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel. I was in town for work and was looking for the closest hotel to the office. The hotel seemed new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Yes, the room is a little dark, but the lights in the closet and bathroom are bright, which is where you probably need it most. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a little store where you could get snacks and drinks (including bottles of wine). The hotel felt centrally located where we could walk to restaurants and stores. Overall a really great stay. The only thing I would flag is that the restaurant hours on their website says that the restaurant is open until 10pm when they actually close at 9pm...which seems early for travelers. We were able to score a quick glass of wine right before closing and within that time several people came in wanting a bite to eat or a drink...all of them quoting the restaurant hours on the website. The folks working at the bar were making no exceptions. read more

I'd have given this hotel 5 stars if not for misleading breakfast info. In this day of Covid they have a grab n go breakfast with printed choices and wrapped selections, which I totally understand. BUT, they list hard boiled eggs as one of the options. However, when requested, we were told they're not available as their restaurant isn't open. How difficult would it be to cross that option off the list of items!!?? I'm on a modified FODMAP diet, and eggs were the only option suitable for me. I'd even called to inquire. This hotel is only 8 months old, and the staff is very friendly. read more

The hotel is new and very modern. Sterile even clean lines for the furniture. The beds are very high (32"). Check the outlets before you use them. Because it is new not all have used. The bathroom one didn't work with the hair dryer. The lobby you can buy the usual supply of junk food for outrageous prices. The restaurant in the lobby is also over priced. The internet is so slow you can't stay connected for very long. You can "pay" for better but it is not faster. Really bad for being in the high tech neighborhood of Microsoft, Google, and many smaller tech companies. Very few channels on the nice big 36" TV. Good Luck. read more

My husband and I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is beautiful, lots of seating area in the lobby and business section. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was kind every time we came and went. And we loved its proximity to Town Centre, book stores, and restaurants. Not good stay, as a Diamond member and stay at many Hilton properties, this was the worst stay. - No welcome for Diamond member, the guy at the front desk should learn customer service - Hard bedsheets- you need to visit your sister hotel, Home2. - No ready made coffee in the lobby, the guy says we only do in the AM. Again you need to visit other Garden Inn hotels- your just not competitive! - lastly, ever try to get to parking garage after checking out? Guess what, you can't! I had to ask another guest to swipe their card so I could operate the elevator to the basement. Total disappointment for the Hilton brand! read more

My wife and I stayed here for a few days while visiting Redmond earlier this year. We really enjoyed the hotel because it has nice rooms and nice amenities for guests. The lobby is pretty comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. I personally found the staff here to be excellent - very kind and helpful. At breakfast, our severs Carmen and Shelly were really friendly. The front desk staff, including Shawn, was always nice and answered all our questions. Most importantly, I had a special request to use a conference room for remote work while I was there, and I was able to make it happen thanks to the Sales team on the 2nd floor - Crystal and April in particular were fantastic throughout the whole experience. I wrote down everyone's names because I was so impressed and grateful for all the help we received to make our stay perfect. Thanks again! read more

Choose to stay w/o doing a very rigorous review of other hotels. Arrived in an electric vehicle because I was lead to believe they provided EV Charging. Not true The provide designated EV charging parking with 110V outlets. VERY disappointed. That being said, the room is very nice. So would recommend for those w/o EV charging needs. Their kindness and service lit a flame in my heart, making me forget of the daily turmoil I endure on a daily basis. This hotel served a beautiful spread of a southern barbecue. The smokiness of the meat nearly matched the smoking good looks of the people that were working at this hotel -- absolutely delish. This hotel was here for me when I needed it most. In a world of uncertainty, fear, and political turmoil, the Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Town Center was my lighthouse guiding me home. And let me tell you, I found my home. Checked in and took the elevator to the third floor where my room was, room lock would not let me into the room and I had to go back down to the lobby and get new keys. That still didn't open the room so the nice lady at the desk came up with her god key and it still didn't work so she told me to hang out in the hall and she would be right back. I was originally supposed to be in room 316 and got moved into 338. This took about 45 min in total... The next evening I am in my room (338) sleeping and the door opens on me! Two women walk in and immediately leave after realizing someone was occupying the room. OK, that's odd... So I wake up and go grab some food and come back to see that my key to the room did not work AGAIN! I went to the front desk and explained and the front desk worker realizes that I was not moved rooms in the system and the room I was in had been reserved for someone else (the two gals that came into my room)... After sorting it all out and squaring everything away I was offered a free breakfast for all of this nonsense... BREAKFAST!? I would have rather had my parking comped. To say the least I was disappointed and expected to not have these little snaffus here. Side not though, the room was nice and clean and the beds comfortable. read more

Facility seems pretty new; room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, just a bit dim because the lights weren't that bright, but there were signs in the elevators saying the floor lamps were being replaced. This property is clean, AC is awesome, and it was high 90's while I stayed there. Very courteous staff, while their names are fresh in my mind, Sean and Sameeta from the front desk, and Heather, the chief of housekeeping. Due to a cross-up at my job, unable to go to my Customer at 1pm after driving up from The Vancouver area in SW Washington. Sameeta seamlessly checked me in early even though the room I had checked in thru the Hilton honors App was not ready. I left in Haste after a schedule change occurred, and in my hadte I left two dress shirts hanging in the closet. The housekeeping head, Heather, contacted me, left a voicemail saying they in fact had found the two shirts and wanted to arrange shipping them back to me. Sean followed up with a similar message. This is called exemplary Customer service!! When people take their jobs seriously, you can anticipate courtesy and assistance when you need it. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to choose my room via the app prior to arrival. It was very quiet and I never heard any of my neighbors. The bed was very comfy. The room was cleaned every day even with their short staff, and it was cleaned well. The staff checked up on me daily to make sure I was enjoying my stay which I appreciated. However, the constant texts did become annoying. It was nice being able to unlock the elevator and the door with the app. They do not offer free breakfast in the mornings. I stayed by myself so the barn door other reviews were talking about didn't bother me, but it would've been an issue if I was staying with someone. The door to the bathroom is a barn style with large gaps in it and it does not close securely, leaving you with very little privacy. The room itself was very nice but the lighting wasn't very bright, making it hard to see for even the average person. Overall, the place was very nice and I'd stay here again. read more
