Quality beds, plush bedding, great customer service, ideal location to everything in Bellevue and only charged parking on the weekdays.

Cheers to a night out!

We enjoyed it all! I will say I was more impressed with the balcony rooms rather than suites on 18 floor. I highly recommend balcony level. Celeste was so helpful and love the location. Love the shower room and cleanliness. Great stay!

Visited Bellevue for my best friend's 21st birthday and the Westin made our trip perfect! The rooms were so nice and even had balconies with amazing views of the city! We ordered room service one of the mornings and it was delicious! All of the employees were friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the amenities that we needed to have a perfect stay. This is a beautiful hotel and I can't wait to come back!

I came to Bellevue for a night and ended up at the Westin. I found all of the staff, from Valet to the front desk, everyone I met was awesome. The room was great. I was told that the room had been updated. All I know is when I walked into the room, I was super happy. It was gorgeous. I had plenty of room, my shower had frosted glass, the whole room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. And I had a corner room with a lot of light. The location was perfect, I was there for a conference at a hotel a block away, this hotel was across the street from the mall, surrounded by so many food choices. And it was obviously easy to walk a block to the other hotel for the presentation. The hotel itself was quiet, and that's saying something because there was a DECA conference going on and a lot of young people running around. I couldn't hear anyone from my room. The only downside, and this has more to do with cities and has nothing to do with the hotel, but geez, it's crazy how noisy cities are. I didn't sleep well between the loud cars, sirens, and garbage trucks. It's just a suggestion, take ear plugs and have a white noise app.

If you want a relaxing stay, do not book this hotel. You will leave so much more stressed out. From bait and switches to the absolutely disgusting state of the rooms, it's not worth your time, money, or energy. The website is not honest and clear about what you will experience. The problems and decline in quality went on and on. It was an absolute waste of money and time. I do want to say the staff helped as much as they could and I know that mismanagement and profits-over-people comes from higher levels than the front desk staff. The main reason we were staying at the Westin Bellevue hotel was because at the time a promotion was running (the Snowflake Lane promo; you receive a $100 gift card to the nearby mall every night you stay). Three hotels in the area were running the promotion and we picked The Westin over the others, again based on what the website says you'll be getting. On our end we did everything right to book with that promotion but when we arrived (around 11:40 pm) we were told that we actually didn't book the promotion. We didn't understand why and honestly at that point we were too tired and hungry to deal with it at that time. It was also a bit of an ordeal to get into the hotel as the accessibility button to automatically open the door was broken and my partner uses a wheelchair. On the second day of our stay we went to the desk to talk to them more clearly about the promotion issues and we were told to pay an additional $60 to gain access to the gift cards, which the web site did not mention at all. The first thing we noticed in our room were coffee stains on the nightstand and stains on the sofa. We also noticed there was no bathtub in the bathroom. The web site clearly stated in the description of the room that it included a bathtub/shower combo. Unfortunately my partner can't bathe without the bathtub and we would have booked an accessibility* suite if we knew, but the information on the site clearly does not match. I talked to the front desk about the bathtub issue and they told me that none of the floors above the 5th floor have bathtubs. Again they expected us to pay more to upgrade our room for it, but we should have gotten what the web site said. We found old toe nail clippings and a basket full of so much dirt, dust, lint, and who knows what, showing that the room hadn't gotten an actual full cleaning in a very long time. I will be sending photos and videos taken of the aforementioned disgusting state of the room. We've stayed at cheap motels that are cleaner. So again for the third time in the night we had to talk to the front desk about issues with our stay. They moved us to another room across the hall. Super staff, however it worries me that they had to make sure it was a clean enough room before moving us. That wasn't even the final room move for us. They were able to get us into a 5th floor room with a tub for our second and final night for my partner to be able to bathe. Every night we stayed we could hear nearly everything our neighbors did though. Talking and laughing loudly, TVs blaring music, dogs barking and owners yelling at them. We never got a full night's rest and then we wake up to discover the toilet had been leaking water on the floor. The hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, one of the main reasons we came here. The pool, while big, wasn't deep. It wasn't deeper than 4 ft all around. It's meant more for swimming laps. It was clean from what I noticed and while shallow we had a nice time. Then we moved on to the hot tub, which was a huge disappointment. The temperature was lukewarm at best. You could have much hotter baths at home and half of the jets were off. I went to turn the jets on and they blasted in cold water, which explained the mild temperature. Then we started to notice that the movement in the water wasn't all from the jets. There was hair, skin flakes, and even a bit of oils floating around as well. It was so gross. I looked at other online reviews of The Westin Bellevue hotel and noticed a pattern of people complaining about how gross the hot tub was, even months back. Everything about this hotel screams that whoever owns it is making you pay luxury prices for cheap and disgusting services. The towels and toilet paper are cheap and exactly what you'd find in a motel for $70 a night as opposed to the near $400 a night at the Westin. The only way this hotel will improve is by actually offering the luxury and down right basics of a hotel room of this cost, and by providing the cleaning staff the time and tools they need to clean a hotel of this size. Also, update the website to reflect what you're actually selling. Lying about what your customers will receive is completely unacceptable. *If you're questioning why a disabled person wouldn't book an accessibility suite over the others. The short answer is that disabilities are dynamic and there are only so many rooms suited for disabled people and have more support needs than others.

Queen Beds

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice view of the water from our room. The gym is open 24/7 and plenty of gym equipment but I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations during my stay.

I hold a Marriott Gold status and The Westin in Bellevue did not disappoint. Customer service was excellent. I was upgraded to a corner room because of my status. This location is walking distance to everything in Downtown Bellevue. Modern classic rooms that were clean and organized. I liked that there were plenty of glasses to drink out of. Would recommend when staying in Bellevue.

Late night/early morning at The Westin.

Austin from the Westin Bellevue is the employee of the year. This gentleman was kind, professional, personable, funny, and extremely helpful. He definitely made us all feel like we were at our own home. Big thank you to Austin, you surely conduct yourself with passion and humbleness that allows everyone to be chill while staying with you. Thank you for your time and your great attitude. Salute to Austin!!!

Lovely upscale hotel. Great views from the "deluxe city view " on top / 19th floor. Very comfy bed and the rain shower was great. Centrally situated but outside the city-ness of Seattle proper.

Just ok, this location doesn't meet expectations compared to this branch level and other Westin properties. Struggled with basic tasks

Gorgeous new place on the block!!…read more Stunning new event space right in south lake union/ downtown with sweeping lake union views. Views alone were worth a trip or 4!! Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. I wouldn't mind coming here for a photoshoot: hello contents!!Or just a fun anything event.Did I mention the views?? Ahh the possibilities!!!

A pretty venue for a small wedding. Two things I did not like:…read more1) they only let you have a rehearsal for an hour between 9 to 4 weekdays which meant anyone working normal business hours or coming from out of town could not make it. 2) Joanna interrupted me during the reception to go over the credit she was giving me. We had scheduled an hour at the end of our rental for clean up (which was plenty of time since we did not serve food) so I don't know why she felt the need to interrupt me during a busy hectic time for something like that.

My husband and I got married here in June of this year and we were so happy with our venue choice…read more Robinswood is a lovely space, it seems sort of rustic, but we were able to design our wedding to be anything but rustic. The highlight of working with this venue is Joanna. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming and focused on creating the event you want. She was available all the time and always answered emails and phone calls promptly. She is flexible and happy to meet and show you around and walk the grounds with you. She also suggested my amazing planner, Julia Pavlovski of Wedding Wise Seattle, and for that I am forever grateful (sorry, shameless plug, but it really was such a great recommendation). When I arrived to Robinswood on the day of, overwhelmed by everything that was going wrong (sooooo many things went wrong) Joanna saw me and gave me a giant hug and it really reassured me that she and the team were going to make sure everything in their power went perfect. And they did. The space is intimate. They say that they can fit over 200 people, but I wouldn't suggest it for over 100-125 as I feel you'd be quite cramped. We wanted an outdoor wedding and as it rained (even though the forecast was only 10% chance!!) on our big day, having the log cabin and awnings was a great relief for ourselves and our guests while the teams were prepping the reception area. The grounds are unique. I am actually a huge fan of the flow from ceremony garden area to cocktail/dancing area to reception area. It kept everyone organized and in one place. Additionally, their staff for day of is really great. We got compliments about the bartender and serving staff. I would say the things to be aware of is a lack of flexibility on their policies. Their policies are their policies and there isn't wiggle room, so if you were hoping to work with a specific caterer who isn't on their list, or serve liquor, or do a sparkler send off, etc be prepared to nix those ideas. In a way, it actually does make it easier for a bride to make decisions by narrowing down the options (trust me future brides, a million options is not always a good thing), but for people who have a very very specific idea in mind, talk to Joanna about those specific ideas before signing your contract to ensure detail you have in mind is allowed. Over all, we are very happy with Robinswood House. It was great for our perfectly imperfect day!

Plus- since it is private (versus state/city) you can being beer or wine in if you choose :) This private park on Lake Sammamish is a great alternative to state parks. This pay-to-enter park is maintained at a pristine level, has restrooms, picnic shelters with bbq pits and sinks, and even a concession stand. There is a boat launch, a designated swimming area (life guard during warm weather), and a small play ground for kids. There is a free private parking lot across the street that makes visiting with kids convenient. Designated picnic areas can be rented out for private events- there is also an option to rent out the entire park if needed. Very easy to see, and they also do a good job arranging cars by size so no one is in the way and enforcing people who randomly decide to turn their lights on. Real movie theatre popcorn! I had no idea how much I missed this after months and months of not having any. The neutral: Donations go to the nonprofit wing of the park! The not good: Sound is terrible. It's through the radio and the first fifteen minutes of the movie wasn't even working (they did not restart it). I guess you could say it made for a retro drive in movie experience with funny sound. Even with bad sound though this would have been a five star experience - IF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Every single one of the guests wore a mask. Only two employees were - the ones working the concession stand. The other four I saw did not even have a mask around their neck. Sure; they were outside, but come on! It's the law, and you are yelling directions so projecting your voice. I had even asked before if employees would be wearing masks and they said yes - but nope. Why????
