We got a nice corner king room and one nice thing about the stay - very quiet. Solid construction. It's nice to have a room where you don't hear guests stomping around upstairs. Loved that it is a pet friendly property too. Our little pooch is quiet and well behaved and made a lot of friends during our stay. Nice having 13 Coins downstairs as it's always a solid choice. Very handy to just pop out of the elevator and head to a nice restaurant. If you feel like dim sum - just head over the skybridge to Din Tai Fung. Love that option too. Definitely recommended. Mobile check-in in the Marriott Bonvoy app doesn't work for this property. All of the hydration stations were broken and the glass "vases" you're supposed to use to get water were all dirty. No one ever picks up the phone from an outside line. Extremely lethargic staff that seem to be very lazy and have no care in the world. Air conditioner shuts off after you leave the room so if you're gone for a few hours you come back to the room being hot and it takes over an hour to cool back down. Overpriced Valet and overpriced hotel. Very low end service and experience. Aesthetically a nice looking property but all these mishaps should NOT happen!

The power charging cords provided were not working. The reservoir on the toilet would not fill properly, had to manually add water. The seal on the shower was not good which lead to water leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Check in and check out through the app and the digital key were really the only positives about the stay. I would definitely not stay here if I was on a personal trip.

Inside the banquet room, there was tons of space, a DJ, a stage, two huge screens, and plenty of tables and seating for everyone to eat and hang out. While the rest of the front desk staff weren't outright rude, they were completely uninterested in helping or going above and beyond for a couple on their wedding weekend. Some days they had potatoes, someday french toast. Always good amount of fruit, juices and coffee. We had initially booked 2 nights with an option to switch over to downtown for the rest, but I found the experience so good that we decided to forego the downtown stay and booked this one for rest of the stay with points. While online it only allowed us to book a king bed, I requested that we continue to keep the same room which they were nice to allow us to do so. There was a bit of hitch, while we requested late checkout, but the cards stopped working around noon. So had to go back to the front desk and get them redone, but I am assuming this was more of employee training issue.

Generally, there's some kind of eggs (scrambled, cheese omelet , or western-style omelet with peppers are the kinds I've seen), protein (bacon/sausage), and carb (French toast, potatoes). Yogurt, bananas, pastries are consistent. Parking is free which is a huge plus compared to other places around. Downsides: -Can be quite loud if you lose the neighbor lottery (definitely can hear people running upstairs or the shower in an adjacent room). Definitely the worst part of it. -Hilton Diamond benefits doesn't give you anything except a snack / extra water -Rooms are a bit dated and can feel stuffy Overall, it's a fine place to sleep that is pretty conveniently located.

With two people on my reservation, I was given two vouchers for a drink or appetizer at the Solarium bar, which were very easily used with great options (separate review). We also got $30 daily food & beverage credit ($15/person) which I also easily redeemed (and tips count! Also separate review, but shout-out to Hieu for being a one man army in there sometimes). My room was very spacious and had a great large working desk. The gym was adequate and well stocked with towels and cold water. It's a little dated in some ways like the benches but there is a Peloton! The night staff are also incredibly helpful, both getting me a leftover box from the closed kitchen and helping me to reset some room keys that got deactivated accidentally. I actually never ate breakfast here, so can't review. Had dinner almost every night and they even did to-go easily (otherwise reviewing the Solarium Bar separately). A small hidden perk is that the giant parking lot is often used for Uber drivers starting the day. Every day, my Uber arrived in less than two minutes from when I called it. Also located very well on the Redmond light rail. Can't wait for it to open all the way to downtown but I rode it up to Bellevue easily. I would say the only hiccup here was that room service has both a $4 fee and 21% mandatory gratuity. It makes a $20 salad into $31+! But that is my fault for calling in and not reading the menu fine print.

We had a late flight with a long layover and simply needed a place to rest for a few hours before heading to the airport. We booked a Day Use room and were told our checkout time was 6:00 PM. Instead of treating us with courtesy, a manager named Lowana came to my door, my mother's door, and my sister's door around 5:10 PM, pounding aggressively and demanding that we leave immediately. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong. Even if the hotel's position was that checkout was 5:00 PM, no guest deserves to be treated this way. A simple phone call or a polite knock would have been appropriate. Instead, we were humiliated, intimidated, and treated with complete disrespect. I reported this experience to Hilton's Executive Office because I genuinely believe my family was treated differently because we are Black. I requested a thorough investigation, but despite being told someone would follow up, no one has meaningfully addressed our concerns. Every guest deserves dignity and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at the Hilton Bellevue.
