I have been coming to this location for over 5 years now, and like it very much. All of the staff is friendly- from the front desk employees to the hygienists and dentists. They are great at explaining everything from your cost to recommendations for any procedures or preventative at home measures. They can even fit you in for any kind of emergency! I also like that they seem very organized and don't just have a temp answering the phone for someone else to call you back or put you on hold a lot. Every time someone answers the phone or responds to you, they look for a solution right away or direct you to someone that can answer your questions! Since the beginning of the year, I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I asked several times if a nurse would be present during the procedure since I was going to be put to sleep. Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough -- I've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else -- meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning? read more

We have been going to Element Dental for our dental care for about 8 years now. The office is always clean, and the staff are friendly. One of the things I appreciate is that they are open on Saturday's. It's quite convenient to do cleanings and minor dental work. read more

Honestly, if you can find another dentist, please go. Do not come here. I got charged a $25 fee for cancelllng the same day because i got a fever. Its a very long wait. When I was talking to the front desk they would start talking to other guests / workers mid talking to you. Horrible customer service it took me 15 minutes to say what I was trying to say when it couldve took a couple of minutes if they had been paying full attention. i call them today to tell them the crown is loose again over my implant. i have been dealing with this issue for months now. so the young lady that answered my call was given a message to tell me that they did not do the implant or the crown and there is nothing they can do about it being loose right now. but, i was told to let them know when it got loose again. they have charged my credit card and i am making payments for several months now. so now i am being treated shitty. i have been over patient with this process. if the dentist could not do the work they should not have charged my card for a procedure i am still waiting for. i am no longer patient, i cannot wait to find me another dentist, but first they are going to honor me and finish what was started. don't treat me like i don't matter. i spent an entire day there getting scans and xrays. if you could not do the work you should not have charged my credit card. this office is all about taking your money whether they can deliver the service or not. i'm not the one to mess with dissing me on the phone. read more

NEVER again. Constantly behind schedule and doesn't care to notify patients. You schedule an appointment and are the seen until 30-45 minutes later. No one calls to confirm appointments. Sure the place looks clean, but terrible service. Not returning. Never been so stressed out dealing with a front desk staff before. Train your employees better. I took off for an appointment and had to reschedule because they were an hour behind and did not notify my until I asked after waiting for 35 minutes. The next appointment I came in -- same deal again. After waiting for 40 minutes, they expressed an issue with my insurance which could have been clarified via phone before my arrival or upon my arrival to not cause further delays. They're very friendly, they take good care of my teeth without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need or want and I've never had to wait long for an appointment. Highly recommend. read more

Been coming to element dental for about 6-7 mos and every time has been great. The staff is always very friendly and our appointments are always as scheduled. I'm never waiting past my scheduled time which is great. We are seated and attended to promptly. So far, so good and I will definitely recommend coming. I had some tooth pain so I called to get information and try and get seen as soon as possible. They were very friendly on phone and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They offered a new patient special for x-rays and exam. Place was clean and had a comfortable lobby. I waited for a little while before seen. I was taken back to take x-rays and girl was very friendly. The dentist was thorough with me on her examination. Once completed I waited a bit longer to go over costs and recommendations. Overall it took about an hour and 1/2. I would recommend this office as it has a friendly staff and it is a nice office. read more

Great service from the front desk to the dentist! They made sure I understood what was going on and made me feel super comfortable. Never felt judged for having not been to the dentist since my childhood. Luckily, my teeth aren't in as bad a condition as I thought. I just got fillings and the procedure went smoothly. I have been using this office for about 4 years. Everyone is really nice. The dentist and hygienist are wonderful. I've had 3 crowns done and they are very gentle and understanding if you have anxiety about it. My husband also uses this office. He had some major work done recently and it was a breeze. Both of my young adult children have used this location also. I highly recommend this location. read more

Dr. Christensen is great! She is amazing with my son who's terrified of the dentist. I try to get in first thing in the morning. Occasionally, there's a 10-20 minutes wait in the lobby before you're taken to your room. Front desk admins are friendly and they don't make you feel like your a bother with questions. Very nice office staff. The wait can be unusually long sometimes. I went here for some minor work, done by Dr. Christensen. After choosing not to return to this office due to change in insurance carriers, my new Dentist told me that my most recent work I had done at Element, was on top of "old work". Dentists are very good, however, Melina, the office manager, was a very rude lady. Came to talk with her about how they overcharged for my son's service, and she had me waiting 30 minutes for her and she refused to discuss the bill with me and threatened to call police. Provider is in network with GEHA Dental Federal, and they breached the contract and charged more than the negotiated "in network" rate and refused to refund for over charges, the amount overcharged is over $800. Have negotiated with provider and they refused to refund of overcharges; until I get my money back, I will file formal complaints with GEHA Dental, Texas State Dental Board, Better Business Bureau, social media, local media, and I will take the provider to Harris County small claim court. read more

Yesterday I had my wisdom tooth pull and it was easy and painless thanks to Dr.Beetar. The staff was great and helped me to my car. The front desk ladies are awesome. I know the staff probaly got a kick out of me talking out my head and I kept calling one of the staff members CiCi which was not her name smh. My appointment was at 11:30 I was in the car on my way home by 12:30. The only downside is I have tiny rolling veins and it took a couple of try's before Dr.Beetar actually got it. I will recommend others to element dental for extractions. I must say Dr.Beetar you deserve award for being honest, quick,and personal. The Spring office is a HOT MESS! Do not go here I'll say it louder for the people in the back DO NOT GO HERE! I was scheduled for surgery at 10am they call me back around 10:30am I assume to prep me for the surgery (already full of anxiety because I have never had surgery nor have I have been under on anesthesia) and the tech (I'm assuming, was very rude btw definitely not a people person) was taking me to do x-rays I let her know that I had already done x-rays at my consultation and that I was here for my surgery she looked confused as hell! Good thing I spoke up otherwise I'd be paying for x-Rays again due to her not looking at my file correctly. NO ONE THERE KNEW I WAS THERE TO HAVE SURGERY BECAUSE AFTER MY CONSULTATION THEY SCHEDULED MY SURGERY FOR A WEEK AFTER BUT CODED IT INCORRECTLY. Then she takes me to a room to sit and sign consent forms. Another 30-45 minuets goes by staff is walking by looking at me going back to the front over and over. It's 11:20ish now and the "tech" not sure what to call her takes me to the room where they will do the surgery hooks me up to everything then leaves me there for 40 minuets no one comes in or out or walks by. Finally she comes back at this point I've been here for 2 hours and I NEED to use the restroom she seemed annoyed to remove all my cords and stuff and said "oh wow it's a good thing you asked before we did the surgery!" And I'm thinking it should be procedure to have me use the restroom before hooking me up or before any surgery... anyway I disregard it use the bathroom and come back the tech isn't there to hook me back up I wait 20 minuets still no one so I walk myself to the waiting area talk to my aunt we are both extremely upset (mind you we drove an hour to my appointment and have now waited about 2 and a half hours for my surgery) she speaks with the front desk who was rude as hell with an attitude showing no remorse for their mistake that's effecting me. He referred her to the district manager that was in office today... lucky us right? Hopefully she will straighten things out. Um NOPE she made excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. Finally it's about 1pm and I have my surgery. I do not recommend this office at all literally worst experience at a dental office in my life. If you need your wisdom teeth out I highly recommend not going to Element Dental Spring location. Luckily I'll never go back there again. BAD and RUDE front office staff, RUDE Tech (Hispanic woman with star tattoos on right wrist) doesn't know how to communicate or have one personable bone in her body, and unapologetic/ doesn't know how to run an office district manager. read more

Wonderful experience! New to Houston and didn't know where to go for a cleaning. Waited at most for like 5 minutes, got my X-rays done, and a cleaning. I got my teeth whitened for $99 which is supposed to gradually lighten for 24 hours, so I'll let you know if it was worth it or not. So far so good, can see a couple shade difference. read more

The hygienist there has a free spirit that makes you feel right at home, looking forward to seeing her again. I was attracted to this place because of the Saturday appt availability. The first visit went well, took my entire family, checkups were good. For my husband, the next visit, he had to have a crown and had to go to a different office to get it done, which wasn't a big deal except for that it took forever to get it in. My second visit I sat for 1.5 hours and just left, I had another appt and couldn't wait any longer (they called and supposedly gave me a $50 credit on my account for that but when comparing to my EOB's I actually paid them $18 over what I should have....never tried to correct this). Third visit I had some cavities filled and I'm not sure if they were done right, they constantly hurt now. Twice during our time going there they called and asked us to change our appointments at the last minute, the first time we accomodated them but the second time we were unable to. We have since moved but probably would've found somewhere else to go anyway. For checkups and cleaning, I recommend. For any work, find somewhere else to go. read more

I have non-consistent working schedule so I couldn't schedule any appointment ahead of time. I have a day off today and called this dental office to see if they have any available time slot for me. I told them it is not emergency, just exam and cleaning. I was glad that they told me to come in right away. The front desk lady was nice, i filled out paperwork and waited for 25 minutes until they called me in. I didn't mind that since she had to verify my insurance. The dental assistant was nice as well, she was really quick in taking x-ray and told me the whole appointment will take about 45 minutes when asked. I got seated, 10 minutes later a dental hygienist named Meredith came in. She was really nice, friendly and sweet. She did a great job cleaning for about 30 minutes, no pain felt. After almost 25 minutes waiting for an exam by a dentist, I asked a dental assistant about it. A minute later, an office manager came in and told me that the dentist is in the middle of a procedure and I have to wait since I was a walk-in/ add-on patient. That threw me off badly, since I made it clear when I called if they have available appointment slot and they told me to come in. 5 minutes later, a dentist came in, had my mouth opened, hold a mirror and blew air for 5 seconds. No other instruments used. Done! Told me that I had 3 small cavities that needed to be fix, then he left. I could not believe that. I literally saw the dentist for less than 5 minutes, and he did not check my teeth properly. So no thanks, I would not ever come back to this office again if that dentist still there. read more
