The staff at this location is incredibly unprofessional. As a parent, I have the right to refuse any service offered to my children. Both of my children's teeth are well taken care of. Upon examination, I was told that their teeth look fine. However, I had two staff members approach me with attitudes because I chose not to expose my children to unnecessary radiation. The staff at this location is very friendly and make you feel really welcomed. No complaints about cleanliness or staff and wait times are decent. They have offered to put top braces on the day of the consultation and then bottom braces during a regular adjustment appointment. There was no warning that the appointment might be longer or more involved. Not necessarily a bad thing, just unexpected. Maybe it was good considering how hard it is to get an appointment if you have to reschedule for some reason. So far the experience has been pretty good. read more

I really Wanted to get a second opinion on a couple of things I needed done and I'm so happy I've chose Mint. I will never go back to regular dentistry. I felt welcomed and confident going in. The staff took about 40 min just to get my x-rays done I know the machine wasn't properly working but they took over 50 x-rays and I know they could tell my frustration but besides that, the orthodontist was highly intelligent and knew exactly what he was doing. Just left my dental cleaning appointment WITHOUT a cleaning. My appt was at 3pm. I got called in for X-rays at 3:20pm, completed my X-rays, pictures, trays for whitening gel then my consultation which included almost $400 worth of cosmetic work they wanted to do. By this time it was 4pm and I was told they did not have a hygienist there to do my cleaning. Excuse me, then why did you schedule me for a tooth cleaning at this time? Why didn't you let me know you wouldn't be able to do my cleaning once I arrived or better yet called me to reschedule rather than waste an hour of my life. Time is precious and irreplaceable. No, I will not be rescheduling or going back to this business and I won't take my family anymore either. read more

I was running late to my appointment and they called me and were very kind, kind enough to reschedule it to a later hour. The ladies at the front Ana and Neisha were both very friendly when I came in. The assistant Maria was very funny and made me feel very comfortable and let me listen to music. The dentist Dr. Truong was very fast and efficient with his work and he was very sweet we even talked about motorcycles cause I rode mine there. MOST HORRIBLE PLACE EVER !! So unprofessional as well as trying to charge me when my insurance covered everything and tried to get extra money out of me. Even had my insurance on the phone while the lady spoke with me and as she's talked my insurance stopped her and told her yes that is covered you basically just wanted money. I had a dental appointment on last Wk ( the Wk with the snow storm)-, on Friday I Spoke w/Candace @ mint dentistry, ( call center) who gave very, uplifting & encouraging words as well as rescheduling my appointment to accommodate my work schedule. I got there this morning 2/26 and the receptionists were all soo friendly. Even offered bottle water. My hygienist "Co-Co" was very friendly & professional. She put on music " my request " Gregory Porter, in which she also enjoyed. After we were finished she walked me to the front and requested my next appointment date. My Goody bag is always on point. Had my first visit this week because I was in a hurry to get into a dentists office since my dentist was far from where I was at the moment. I was having excruciating pain, so I took my chance with Mint dentistry and here was my experience: There are definitely things I liked, like how they use little microphones to communicate with one another. I was given 6 numbing shots plus ibuprofen and I was still in pain. I was told I had a hot tooth so then given antibiotics and asked to go to a specialist. I went right away to the specialist and was told that the dentist should have not tried to do the procedure without first giving me antibiotics after seeing the situation on an exam. I called my own dentist and she was surprised that I wasn't able to get numb because she did a very similar procedure with a similar situation on me a while back. I now have an appt with my own dentist to get this situated after 1 week of antibiotics. Sorry, I had high hopes but ipads and netflix don't beat quality and experience. read more

I didn't called back until about an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I got xrays and all that, did the whitening trays, etc. I was told that my cleaning was free - but when the dentist came in she did say that I would need a deep clean. All I really wanted was the general clean anyway.. but instead I waited there for two hours just to leave with free toothpaste and whitening trays. They didn't even touch or try to clean my teeth. I wanted a consultation on braces or information on the referral - nothing. I wanted to talk about getting my wisdom teeth removed or a referral - nothing. Honestly the biggest waste of time and biggest waste of 2 hours. I'll be going back to my previous dentist. The office manager did offer me a $50 credit but I honestly don't care to go back and use it. read more

First, customer service at the desk is very polite and quick to help. The dental assistant was very thorough in questions and tests, such as x-rays. Also, got free whitening as a promotion. Very disappointed! This was such a convenient location for me, and I had a great experience with the dentists of this office, but their customer service, specifically appointments and wait times, is terrible! They do NOT understand the concept of an appointment! It is very frustrating when you schedule an appointment (which I purposely scheduled for the earliest am appointment possible so I could get to work at a decent time), you show up 10 min before your appointment time, and they allow walk-ins to go ahead of you!?! I have waited an hour before for an afternoon appointment, so I thought maybe switching to the morning appointments would help. I expect to be seen at or near my appointment time and not be told I have to "get in line" behind walk-ins or others who show up at the same time as me without appointments. I will be taking my business elsewhere as MINT does not respect people's time. read more

Mint Denistry, spring location is a beautiful, clean office. Professional and gentle dentists. But my customer service experience (appointments) has been HORRIBLE! My wife and I have been clients of Mint Denistry for about 3-4 years. During 2017, I made an appointment with this location on Monday. The friday afternoon before my appointment I received a call saying that this location would be closed that Monday and I need to reschedule. My wife and I both made arrangements to be off for this appointment. But okay whatever. I was unable to make an appointment that would work with our schedule during 2017. So I was finally able to schedule an appointment for Friday, May 4th. Only to make it the office and be disappointed AGAIN. WHY??? because they call my wife's phone to confirm the appointment and she didn't answer her phone. Why??? She was at work. And I was the person that scheduled the appointment. No one told me to be sure to answer either phone to confirm the appointment because if not the appointment would be canceled. I would have been looking for the call and could have informed my spouse. Thank you Mint but my time is valuable. I will be glad to take my business to someone else who will appreciate my time. Rome- Mint Dentistry That is understandable that you call to confirm appointments. Again it was NEVER told to me that if I missed the confirmation call my appointment would be canceled. So they area really nice and all and the services provided were good. They did say I needed double the dental work two other dentists suggested so that's iffy. Also be aware that the Smile more club is not like a second insurance it doesn't cover anything it's a payment plan. Of course if I read the paper work they provide after I agreed and got the services I would have known. They make it seem like it is a second insurance that brings down the cost and tell you that you can cancel at anytime. That's not true it's a payment plan. So now I'll be paying them $5.00 for the next 27 years or pay "what's owed" in full. read more

been with them for 2 years I been paying the $5 membership since then.. I was scheduled for an appt Tuesday 7/16 at 2:45.. Wednesday 7/10 I got a text to confirm appt, I deliver mail and was in the heat so ignored the text .. the next morning I replied yes to the email .. I got a call from the staff at 9 am Thursday letting me know they gave my appt away for Tuesday because I didn't jump at that moment and reply .. obviously if I made the appt and never called to cancel I will be there just like all my other appts I been to ... I will not be returning and I canceled my membership .. I give 0 stars if I could.. So unprofessional... They could of at least called before giving my appt away ..
