My daughter has only completed 3 out of the 12 month plan for her braces and I am so satisfied with EVERYTHING! Their staff is always so kind, patient and very detailed about the treatment plan based on their latest technology. They should you a timeline of the teeth structure as you come ever so often for check ups and the maintenance on your teeth. The office is always clean and cozy, I absolutely love the shabby chic decor and every local school district's school calendar to work around your child's schedule. Which as a busy mom, I appreciate it! Lastly, the office offers an amazing reward initiative program for teens, gives them something to look forward to when they come in! :) read more

I really can't say enough about Dr. Studebaker. We had a dental emergency over this past holiday weekend where my sons metal spacer had moved out of place causing great pain and unable to eat. I left a voicemail not thinking he would return my call, but he did. He also agreed to meet with us on a Sunday afternoon to remove. Thank you so much Dr. Studebaker! Highly recommend to anyone in need of an orthodontist. read more

I got braces with Studebaker at 21 and had them for two years, my teeth turned out so beautifully. Patient education is fantastic, I always received a full explanation of why something could or could not be done. They stay at the top of their game with machines that enhance patient comfort and experience. The office is wonderful and I am extremely happy with the orthodontic and emotional care I received during my time with them. read more

My son had braces installed yesterday. They told me to sit in the waiting room; they would not let me be in the room with him. I think it nonsense that a parent or guardian not be allowed to be with his minor child. read more

I went here for a free consultation so that I could make an informed decision about which route to take for braces. I had already given up on Invisalign due to knowing of many who had bad experiences and pretty much the cost of it. So I was set on the traditional route. Or so I thought. I originally wanted an ortho place near where I live and found this place. I went to their website and was happy to see so much information posted on there that let me get to know the doctor, staff, and everything about braces. I felt that coming in for my consultation I was already well informed due to their website. Now on to the actual visit. I walked in and was greeted with friendly smiling staff and a very fun looking waiting room. I was given the paperwork beforehand so I only had to sign the usual disclaimers and waivers and such. Then I was shown the fingerprint scan machine that will be used everytime I come in for check ups in the future. Pretty cool! I was given a brief tour of the brushing station, exam room, and x ray room. Shortly after the staff began the picture taking and xrays for my consultation and then took me to a private office to discuss my options. Dr. Studebaker then came in to look at my teeth and talk with me and answered my questions. I like that he did not push which braces route I should take. He only gave me information and answered my questions and told me that he would leave it to me to make my own decision. I greatly appreciated this. So after looking at the difference in costs of traditional vs. Invisalign, I saw that with my dental insurance ortho coverage was really good and decided that since there was only a small difference between my own costs for each route, I decided on Invisalign. Now I went ahead wtih getting my molds done and everything since I was already there, which meant I had to pay the intial start up cost. But you can go home and think things through before making a decision. I only wanted to get the ball rolling and was already determined to get things done asap. The staff moved fast and I just love that my appointment was on time from the moment I got there. Kudos! Oh, forgot to mention the facility is really state of the art. They also offered coffee, water, and cookies and a really decent selection of reading material, which comes in handy if you have to ever wait, but I doubt that cause I always saw a steady stream of patients in and out. The only people waiting were their parents of course. :) So my steps to getting adult braces turned out pretty good. I am looking foward to getting my phone call about my Invisalign arriving so that I can start wearing them and looking foward to my future visits to Studebaker Orthodontics. read more

This place is beautiful!!!!! This is really a high end fancy orthodontist. For the amount I have to pay for treatment im glad I picked this place. At the age of 36, I never thought I would have to get braces. I am so glad I was recommended to Dr. Studebaker because he and his staff truly made this journey as comfortable as possible. Beginning with Dr. Studebaker, he is awesome! He is very kind and patient. Unlike many doctors, he takes his time and explain in detail all procedures. And, he always has a big smile on his face! The Studebaker staff is awesome! They make all patients feel welcome! When you walk in the door, the first two smiling faces you see are April and Sally. These ladies are so sweet and address each patient by name as they check-in. The orthodontic assistance are also very sweet. They make sure you are comfortable and they are very gentle while working. The office is nice and clean. There is water, coffee and cookies (in the evening) for patients to enjoy. They offer Studebaker points for clients that wear their Studebaker t-shirt provided on their first appointment. You can use those points for Studebaker treats! I love that Dr. Studebaker allow high school students to come to his office. I have witnessed students asking questions and being provided with detailed responses. If you are looking for a great orthodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Studebaker! Tiffany S. read more

We are really enjoying this office- it appeals to the kids (iPads, cookies, incentives), and to parents (clean, friendly staff, coffee). Love how they explain everything up front and no charges for consultations, including x-rays, (several offices we checked out charged for that). read more

I just got back from an appointment and they are the funniest orthodontist office I have ever been to. They have amazing doctors, they're funny, they're nice, and they're just really good at their job. They have really cool game stations at the front of the building when you walk in to keep you busy when you wait. They also have a TV with Netflix on in the same game station at the front. And then they have another game station right next to the cleaning room. They also have coffee, hot chocolate, and water station (just in case you were wondering). They also have pepper mints (also In case you were wondering). They have a rewards system that gets you gift cards if you save up enough points. I haven't gotten braces yet, I just went there for them to check what they can do to fix them (which they did a really good job on). But I'm sure they will do a really good job with that too. If you're scared to get braces, don't be, these guys are good. Again, I haven't gotten braces from these guys yet, but both of my cousins have gotten braces from them and they have the straightest teeth I have ever seen on a kid. read more

Absolutely the best! Front office staff and overall staff in general should give lessons to other medical offices on how to give consistently efficient customer centric service that is consistently upbeat, always professional, yet fun! Dr. Studebaker is always caring, available, flexible, and puts my childs needs first. I've had him assess myself, my husband, and all of my four children re orthodontic needs, he has always given me honest/accurate information. I would recommend him highly.... read more

I love Dr. Studebaker and his staff! As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile. Everyone is so happy enthusiastic and helpful there. They explain every procedure they will be performing and make sure you understand and are comfortable with it. They really go above and beyond to keep their patients happy and to give them the best service possible. I just can't say enough great things about this practice. You would think I work for them when you hear me talk about my Orthodontist. This is a practice that really cares and does a great job. A few months into my Orthodontics treatment and my teeth already look great! It's a complete night and day difference. Another great thing is that this doctor really cares about his employees and it shows. If you expect your employees to treat your customers right, you treat your employees right. And I almost left out his rewards program, basically you get points for keeping up with your dental hygiene and not breaking anything which would encourage a child who probably wouldn't care for his orthodontic procedure keep up with the care required. read more

Great experience. Very nice clinic, friendly staff, Dr Studebaker really takes the time to explain everything and is not trying to give you treatments you don't really need. Complimentary consultation, x rays and they also give you a folder with all the information including photos and explanation of needed treatments or procedures. I totally recommend Studebaker Orthodontics. read more
